Probably one of the worst service, unfortunately Amazon uses them for international shipments. They use their worthless app to buy more time, even if the delivery address is mentioned correctly they will send u a link to choose delivery or pickup if you select delivery they consider this as address change by the customer and delay the shipment further. They have no customer service number its just worthless IVR. The app will never ever show you the correct status of the shipment. But in this part of the world we need to suffer with this service due to monopoly and say nothing about it.
If given a choice would never ever use it. In-fact if its notified during the purchase that its Aramex i would never buy the item. The Worst!

Aramex is one of my favorite shipping companies. They keep clients informed about delivery time, the staff is always polite and punctual.

I was waiting for my shipment from along time & when they contacted me for delivery i choose 18 nov & since now I didn’t received my Debit card
When i called the Csa they told me its not yet out for delivery for no reason, this is very bad to do this with your customers

To deliver from Fujairah to dubai they need more than 4 days. Still not delivered. In tracking it shows recipient could not be reached due to contact number/address. Right contact number and complete address shared with aramex and recipient did not get any calls from aramex. Randomly they updating in tracker wrong information.
Better deal with small courier companies who provide good service in lesser prices

So it's been a week since I ordered a new bank card.

1st attempt: driver calls saying I can deliver up to 7 pm I say ok I'll be there, and I end up waiting 5 hours, cancelling all my commitments for the day because of him.ofcourse he never calls back neither does customer care.and yeah you cant call back because it's all robots answering you now without an option to speak with a person and explain what's going on!

2nd attempt: he calls saying he's in the area, I tell him yes I'm 5 minutes away, he directly cancels and switches the date to Friday (5 days later!), and I had told him multiple times that I'm here and available! He says another delivery will happen which is about 2 minutes from my place and he chooses not to deliver anyways, and again there was not a single call from any operator and I cant reach out to anyone to complain about this driver who's clearly doing this on purpose to get paid by me as a bribe for delivering to me fast!

P. S.yes I had to do that once with a driver and he was there in less than 10 minutes.

I urge people/companies to stop dealing with Aramex.

Truly the worst delivery service ever.
Drivers are not cooperating. I establish what days I am available and they come to deliver on different day, making the parcel just go back and forth from this branch. Never seen such before. Definitely not reliable company if you need your things in time.
Customer service also doesn't respond quick at all.

Very bad delivery services and extremely unsatisfied about the customer service and the delivery services you provide, people are unwillingly working with no help at all even though they’re called “customer service” i have seen no service has been provided to me as a customer. My shipment have arrived the UAE as quick as possible but due to aramex my order have been delayed more than expected even though it is not my first time dealing with delivery issues with aramex. My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday, the driver came for a short amount of time and ringed the bell and i was not at home, he told my family member that he’ll come back in 10 minutes and i then i came back waited 3 hours for him. I contacted customer service they told me they’ll leave a message for my order to be delivered at afternoon the day after. Even though you guys provide no timings at all, through whatsapp you only provide 9AM - 6PM, and today he missed called me without even ringing the bell with the message to come afternoon he still came morning time. I called customer service again they kept on wasting my time with that the will call the manager of the delivery services telling me that they will call after 1 min or more, i waited for 4 hours today. And they kept saying this until now and now when i call the same number it says the working hours from 8-6 was this all to pass the time of their work?
I don’t want my shipment and i’m not paying for anything.very bad delivery services and would never recommend anyone to get things through aramex.

This Company deserves the award for one of the worst customer service ever.shipment was supposed to arrive 2 days ago and the delivery team tries to reschedule the delivery with the reason as "customer is unreachable"

EDIT 1: DAY 3 since I haven't received my order, when you try to reach them over the phone it directs you to their website. Multiple attempts made to reach them over the email and still no feedback from aramex.

Very poor app, no respect of time, difficult to get it connect with any support no to know about parcel where it was and importance of shipment.i never see in my life such a poor customer management service. I am still hung where to go to find my shipment.

If there is -5 (negative 5) in the option that is the rating i will provide. WORST delivery service i encountered in my life. They have an App and a website that is totally useless.the customer service number doesn’t help at all as it will lead you to check the app that don’t provide helpful information. They don’t understand the term “urgent” or “express”. The scheduled system is a big lie! As it will not be delivered on your preferred date and time. They will not call nor inform you ahead of time that they cannot deliver the parcel on your selected schedule. The app is pretending to deliver the parcel on the office location and theb indicating that the office is closed well in fact the parcel is not moving and still in their warehouse and when you schedule it to be delivered in your house instead they end up delivering it when it is on a weekday and you are in the office. Most of the delivery riders are also rude. Overall experience is not really good. The management should be looking into improving their App, Website, Call Center, Customer Service or rather the entire business itself…

They have less delivery guys,
So they force u to come to al quoz main warehouse.
No proper call center, no direct number for complaints.

I wish there was a zero star for this rating. Their customer service is non existent. No one to talk to about delayed or lost shipments and they don’t even care if you never received it. I have shipments from one year pending that were never delivered and they never take any responsibility or give you compensation for losing your shipments.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Courier was terrible. Called for my location and then said tomorrow as he was somewhere else. This was only around midday. Courier would then not take any of my calls. Worst service ever used.

If I can give zero start I would give here is my issue. I have an order from Amazon UK and the application of Aramex showing the item reached the warehouse in alqouz so I contact the customer service and they inform that the shipment is ready and I can go and collect and once I reached reached there first impression that the wearhouse looks like a fish market from what I see no organization no coordinate I had to wait for exactly 3 whole hours to get my item and finally a supervisor gentleman came and inform that we lost your item and we aren't able to find it here anymore for some reason and promise me they will find it within 24hrs and up to now it's been more than 6 days and still they couldn't find it what a disappointed for anyone responsible for that please be more careful and well recognized and thanks

PEOPLE WITH NO RESPECT for my time! Shoutout to the supervisor name is who don’t know what customer service and ethic means! 2 days ago package arrived in Um Ramool which I came to collect but they said wait 3 hours they will fine then after that asked me to come back tomorrow. When I come back they said it is in Al Qouz come 9am! Now they said they cannot accept people from 9am and come back 12nn!

This is no doubt the worst courier company in the world! I asked for a parcel to be picked up a my place and be delivered back to Amazon (20km ride) and they messed up the whole thing making the recipient my own address and mobile number. I tried no losses than 10 times between phone calls, emails and filling out of forms for them to make it right or give the parcel back with no success. It's been 1 week later and no sign of my property! I am going to take it to the authorities!

Worst shipment company named ARAMEX. I was supposed to receive my shipment on 19 th October. But I’ve not received yet after providing the delivery address in the Aramex bot. When I checked in the aramex app its say’s already delivered. Even their customer care number you don’t have the option to speak to the agent. Its just IVR guidance.

Extremely poor service. I have an order and I have been calling them to deliver it to me and they have such a slow and poor service it’s been 4 days and there’s no update. It was expected to deliver on 2 august and it’s still pending and they keep rescheduling.

I don’t even want to give it 1 star.

The worst service ever, I got my shipment delivered to a wrong location and I logged more than 4 complaints which all gets closed without any resolution and my shipment is delayed for more than 3 weeks in the same city!

Headline: they will pretend you are at fault to cover delay in delivery.

Avoid their services. They pretend they tried to deliver goods while actually they did not. As I see it happened with many people.

I'm working from home and I was leaving home at 8pm both Monday and Tuesday. In both days I received 'attempted delivery' status, which was obvious lie. There was no calls on phone, nobody tried to call my door. Nothing. So they are simply lying to cover their faults.

Moreover I had 2 deliveries with Aramex on Tuesday. One courier managed to find me at home yesterday and handed me delivery. Another one was not able to find me at the same address in the same time. I bet the second courier was lazy to go to Motor City for delivery.

Worst of the worst delivery company i ever experienced.

The carrier of the my item from dropkicks was call me and he said he was at the door so when i open I expected he was there but no one and then i waited for 5mins no one came so i close the door and try to call back the carrier and i cant call the number and i try to call the company regarding to this situation is very hard to connect with them only can speak with you is a AI and i received a message that my item was delivered alread.

0 starts for this company. My order has been sitting in their facility since June 23! God knows in what conditions! And they do not reply to emails or to calls. They know how bad their service is. They do not deserve 1 AED of the 30 AED that i had to pay for their service. NB: its a LOCAL PARCEL!
The amount of bad reviews this company has is amazing they should quit this job asap

الخدمة هالمره جدا مخيبة للأمال ومحبطة. صار لي اسبوع وهم حاطين شحنتين للبيت عندي في الهولد وكل بكره بنوصلها! وبعده! ومره السواق أتصل ومحد رد! أعذار واهيه وإضطريت إني اروح المستودع في القوز علشان أستلم البضاعة.

Very poor service, unprofessional employees
They hold the shipments for weeks in their warehouse for no reason.
Last month they lost my banks debit card.
So careful while using their services, your sensitive information may land in the wrong hand.

Aramex is not even worth 1 star.one of the worst courier companies in the world.
From last four days my parcel is going out for delivery and by the end of the every day system is updated by saying 'unable to reach'.
On top of this, all their customer service agents are trained to say and make false 'Promise' of 100% delivery will be done by today.but its seems normal to them.and they are never able to connect to the delivery driver.till now I haven't received the package.

Terrible service. Unnecessary delays of package deliveries, customer service staff are unable to help and promise a call back only to never call back which leaves you with no choice but to call their tolled number and be on hold practically begging them for an update.

Would never trust to ever use Aramex again considering what I’ve seen inside their warehouse and how unorganized and unprofitable this place is.
I’ve seen it waste collection area that looked more organized.

Very bad and poor service I have ever had. Aramex continue to go down with its service and no improvement at all since long time. Even the customer service is very bad and not polite. I have a shipment since june and did not receive it till today despite multiple calls and follow ups from my side.

It seems my order stuck or lost since 25.06.2021 as per Aramex application and today is 13.07.2021!

I dropped an email before one week to Aramex and got reply today only that my request sent to concerned department.

I thought the Reply email contains an action but unfortunately no action (only reference number) and for future I can submit new request prior assisting me!

Please Aramex, First assist me & deliver my purchased item then ask me about a new request.

It is better to place new order again instead of waiting and select another shipping courier.

Worst service ever. This is the last time I will ever use Aramex and specially shop and ship. My package has been in the warehouse for 10 days and I keep calling and they keep giving me false promises. I even offered to collect the package myself.

Absolutely shocking service! I have been waiting for over 10 days for my shipments that are in al quoz. I’ve called every single day to be told they would be delivered the next day and nothing! No one seems to take ownership of the issues and actually help the customer. I still don’t have my parcels I’ve even offered to collect them but they also can’t accommodate that either. Truly appalling.

This company need to clean up their act. They don't care about their business and it is evident in the way they approach their business. Just because service providers use them does not mean they have a good business, having a good business means that you are loyal and trustworthy to that which you do, delivering goods, on time and in the manner that you undertook to do it. There is no way around it, it is just hard to deal with an unresponsive and cold company.

Ppl are good and rude plus sometimes the token machine is down but 80% of staff are good and polite, management should look into staff issues to help them improve their issues so they can be nice and productive which will lead to a better customer service experience.
