At the headoffice crowded.staff over burdened. Impossible to reach them by phone. But the Kiois like in Deira City Centre very efficient and smooth service.

I had a really bad experience today at aramex courier delivery. I should receive today my shipment but the delivery guy said he is calling me. How come i already put my address and they just need to door bell so my wife can receive my shipment. The delivery gusy is rude i tried to call him

Very bad service my shipment been in Dubai for 10 days.no matter how many time I call or write emails no one can answer where is my shipment.

Very unprofessional and thier services are very poor. This is based on my experience with them. My shipment will consist of two items they delivered one and they told me this is your shipment. When I doublecheck I told them I miss another item representative. He told me this is the only item he had. When I went to the company. They told me there is another bag and they will deliver to me as a delivered to me after like 10days. Very unprofessional staff

They have the worse delivery service that I have ever seen. There are always issues with delivery and I always need to end up changing to the option to collect myself from a pick up point.

سي جدا شحنتي تعطلت ١١ يوم وبعده تواصلو معي وقالو شحنتك ناقصه بيانات ومتكدسه طيب وينكم من ١١ يوم وصارلي الان من تاريخ ١٥ اكتوبر سلمتهم اشحنا من السعوديه الى النيويورك الى هاذا اتاريخ لم تصل ١٢ نوفمبر

كنت بكتب تجربتي السيئة معكم على امل ان تجد حل لكن بعد ما قرأت اراء عملائكم اقتنعت انكم شركه فاشله ولايمكن الوثوق بكم مره اخرى

Actually i dont know what im saying.i went in deira city center to pickup my card but i recieve only 1 debit card from NBD but may credit card is not yet recieve.why the aramex they deliver separate or they will give separate your parcel.please think about it about wasting the time.and also the long wait heavy line

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from your company recently. On 9th of april, I received a link to submit my address for a delivery, and shortly after, I received a message from the delivery guy informing me that my goods had been delivered to my old home, despite the fact that I had provided the correct address.

When I contacted the delivery guy to inform him of the mistake, he repeatedly claimed that he had called the wrong number and that the person who received the delivery was not me. However, when I challenged him on this, he eventually admitted that he had delivered the goods to the wrong address.

I requested that he bring the goods to my current address, but he refused and told me to contact customer service instead. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact customer service were in vain, as no one answered my calls and there was no option to select to speak with a representative.

To make matters worse, the delivery guy also refused to answer my calls when I attempted to contact him again. I find this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service completely unacceptable.

I expect Aramex to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that such a mistake does not happen again in the future. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding this matter.

They are not delivering the dispatch on time. They don't have direct customer service. They will deliver only as per their schedules with delay process.

My delivery received 2 days before and not yet delivered, every time they are rescheduling form their side without any confirmation from clients.

The worst courier company since from last 5 days i m following up with delivery they said it will be done in 2 days now 5 days have passed i donf no to whom contact and they dont have customer care on call or live chat. Worst service ever

Worst service. There is no way of communication. I have been waiting for my shipment from last 10 days. I don’t prefer my any shipment to come through Aramex.

Worst service they never bother to call you for delivery, delivery guy called once at door & i tell him m outside coming back in few minutes but he is making excuses i have a lot of work, i agreed with him and ge promised he will come in few minutes and than i check in app he rescheduled without prior permission…. Or notice… it’s not finished here i start reaching on different social media accounts… tried there local number… BUT all is unsuccessful and failed… we are expecting some better communication and customer care & being a multinational company they should have proper customer support at least client can reach u not only BOT … for your reference i give tracking number 47570492406. Worst Service and fake commitments. They will promise you an amount and delivery date after they will change several time and we will be trapped and they will Ask you more Money. Really Unprofessional and Cheating.

AVOID - Shop and Ship services - I’ve has a number of parcels go missing. Delivered to wrong address. I’ve had a number of parcels stopped. This time it was because the item contained magnets… it’s a console game controller. The CUSTOMER CARE is the WORST on the planet. Nothing good about this service.

There is no way of contacting them back again. If we missed any call, they wont call back in few minutes back again. Sometimes, the package is very important but they delay it by saying the customer dint reachable wherein they contacted only once. Very irritating and disappointing.

Useless service, shameless courier and pathetic call center/service agent (if they happen to answer).
Deliveries with this company is a nightmare and shipping is even worse!
All the operation is manipulated by the so called courier and his willingness/mood to drive to your location and make the delivery or pick-up. This individual can constantly cancel and reschedule your shipment as he sees fit!
I am not sure if there are people managing this company, but if it happens to be, then they definitely haven't heard of respect or customer service!

Very poor service. I had came to collect my parcel in deira city center outlet & the guy who was in duty put a board & went for iftar break. In the website there working timings are showing 10am to 12 midnight & nothing mentioned about iftar timings. At least no contact number mentioned & customer service center also no response. Very poor service

First time visiting aramex collection outlet, quick n easy. Though had to walk all the way to the corner. Nearest way to reach is from DCC parking3-entrance exit.

I was advised to pick up my shipment by one guy from this outlet as scheduled next day. When I’m getting it, one guy said it’ll be delivered to the apartment. Seriously waste of time!

Good service and fast. You will not stay for a long time just to get your parcel, just make sure you have all the details with you.

They promise something and then dont deliver. I have had a bad experience. Normally aramex is very professional. But this time i dont know what has happened to them. Repeated calls and requests have gone to no avail. Leaves a bad taste.

Its been a week i can recive my order and i cannot reach the customer service.

Without informing the package I was waiting urgently reach the place in advance plus we told to download ICA app because they don't read/ accept the new Emirates ID

Very unhappy with their customer service! The worst ever! The shipment has arrived to UAE and until now the shipment has not arrived! Spoke to Maram who promised to deliver it yesterday! And to my surprise she didn’t even update my home address! Now called the call center who said wait for a call from our end! Horrible do not deal with them!

Very accessible, just a minute away from the metro station. Crowded and no social distancing. Hardly find a table to dine at the foodcourt.

Can’t find the way to contact them, even they have customer service hotline number it’s only an answering machine who speaks only arabic! Worst thing is they have all the items but not able to deliver it. My shipments came here in UAE all the way from USA only after a day of my purchased online, aramex received my items 2 days after I ordered from iHerb but it took a million years before they deliver it or should I ask, are you still able to deliver it because it’s more than 10 days now and still waiting for your message in whatsapp that the item is out for delivery, but no I haven’t received any messages. So what I did is I make another schedule for delivery and still not delivered for the second time around! I have 2 shipments from aramex and one came only from carrefour! Both did not come yet!

At the end I did the pick up option instead and it was successful, then upon tracking it, it still says need the delivery address! I will collect in one of you branch but still you need the address? For what? Very disappointing and bad service! The items are very important because that’s our vitamins!

Regret to send an express shipment with aramex, they kept verifying the shipment for 4 days and due to urgency i canceled it and send it by DHL and it was delivery in 30 hours, if you are going to send any urgent shipment. Try to avoid aramex. They don’t care and you will not reach the customer support easily and it will end up going to their location.

I have a very very very very bad experience with aramex, as I'm waiting for my courier for one week but I find out that they sheaped to a wrong address without confirming with ID or calling me on my phone and now I'm begging them to send it back to me they just keep telling me that on the way since Thursday, they are not professional at all

Very bad experience 14 days my shipment to Istanbul.just 2 papers and they made mistake to right the shaper name completely rung.

I called the customer service of ARAMEX and asked them if the branch was open. He said yes, coming from a recorded conversation. I went to Deira City Centre branch and their branch was closed. From where did the customer service got the WRONG INFORMATION? It was very disappointing that a SIMPLE question can't be answered correctly.

Returned package was suppose to be picked up by Aramex but no calls on scheduled date. I tried calling their phone number but they don't pick up the phone or respond to the online service complaint. Ended up dropping the package at DCC counter which there was no customer service rep and had to wait for more than 15mins. It's now been days since I dropped it off and no tracking scans or updates since leaving at DCC.

It takes 5-7 days to get delivery That is not Good if its local delivery 1-2 days not 7 days i probably recommend to go thier office and Catch your package that is easy way

Very worst company ever! Almost a week waiting for my adcb kit! Many times im calling their hotline but its useless no one is picking the phone. I just received sms from aramex everyday that they trying to reach me, the fact is no once call me from aramex to deliver my kit! Very bad service! Very bad courier that i ever encounter! 0 star!

Aramex is worst, they usually deliver late and when you contact their customer service they will give promises.they should add delivery staffs. Though aramex deira city center staff was excellent in service.
