Worst service ever. They don’t deliver when they say they would. Phone lines don’t work so can’t contact them to understand what’s going on. Emails just get ignored. Better to us another company

My shipment is within dubai and i haven't yet received for icer 7days. I have written yo all aramex mails.and contacts to no avail.

Annoying, no delivery, waiting the whole day, nobody arrived. If you call them, you are put on hold and you can wait 1 hour listening to music. Seems to be part of their business Modell to never answer any question about your shipment. Was it lost? Should we still wait? Will it ever clarrive?

delay of 10 days and still I didn't receive any thing, keep saying tomorrow tomorrow until when please? This is your way to work!

Awful company rude amd they hung up on me when i tried to call them because they were delaying my package. Do not use them ever waste of money!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Waiting for my delivery since 2 days and the courier never came. They keep lying in the app that customer not available however no one ever came because I stuck in the flat since 2 days waiting for it.
Called customer service and they are same lier. Said that will arrive today at 2 pm and until now 3 hours after nothing came.
THE WORST COURIER EVER!

Hopefully I will receive my parcel ever in this year hopefully!

Ah btw.the app which should show the “life” tracking is not working as well. The car stuck in one place

The delivery person is not calling in advance to check with u ur availability. And the worse thing- couriers just are living the shopment, even important documents, to the third people, irresponsible work at all!

I have been waiting 2 weeks for the delivery of my shipment and when calling to Aramex customer service I have to wait more than 30 minutes and finally I have to end up the call without being able to complain about my late shipment! Aramex do not reply to emails either! Very very very poor service!

Nothing is good about this company, not sure how did they make their name to be honest.if you had the option to go with any other courier just do it. Don’t waste your time and money on Aramex

اسوء شركة توصيل في العالم لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابدا لي اكثر من عشرين تجربه عطيتهم فرص كثيره وفي كل مره لهم عذر بالتأخير لاكثر من عشر ايام او اسبوعين دائما ردهم شكوتك مهمه لنا وستأخذ بعين الإعتبار ولا حقيقة في ذلك شركه سيئه اتمنى ان تغلق ابوابها لأن العميل لديهم ليس من الأولويات والخدمات جدا رديه

Very bad experience as usual today i spend whole day waiting for to call me and tell what he is going to deliver my consigment but he m
never caled so I around 14.00hrs I decided to go go gor a shawer to my suprise in middle of my shawor I was called by the driver that the aames man outside waiting for without any call whatsoever, I told the driver let him wait for me I shall soon will be there but to my suprise he left e
with any consideration for customer time whatsoever

Drove all the way only to get told by customer support on the phone that they moved the package without notifying me, not a good experience all in all.

Horrible service. Better use cheaper courier companies. Aramex delivered to a stranger at my destination and aramex uae didn’t even had a number of Aramex branch in India who delivered my courier to stranger! Pathetic!

Was told a manager will call me back in 20-40mins as he is dealing with another complaint.
It’s been almost one hour and No phone call, No email, No contact by Aramex.
I call them back and was on hold for 15 mins!
This is just such bad service! I am so shocked at this kind of treatment.

Very disappointed. Received a confirmation about delivery of the pack, where I must sign! Were waiting whole day out, couldn't do anything but just wait.
Gave them a call and complained, should receive a call back as well to confirm exactly what
time should I get an item but NO RESULT FROM aramex،!

Very weak customer service.

Impolite delivery guy
Received my package in good condition in Doha (Qatar) but he wasn’t very clear and polite with me on the phone when informing me that he has reached the location. So overall I give one-star rating.

Real company scammy practices
this company adds insane import fees to your item and holds them until you pay. Their emails and payment portal aren't secure.

My item was shipped to Canada from the uk using DPD. Somehow Aramex got their hands on it before it would go to purolator in Canada. They call form a USA number demanding payment. They have no ways of proving they are real. A Nigerian man calls from a USA number to Canada demanding payment for a shipment with no other details. It feels like a scam.

I eventually got some info on the company and risked paying. My item cost 120 including shipping they added another 55 ontop of that. Crazy for a used item.

Why this company still exist? !
The only reasons for this company to exist is that most government and semi government companies are still using their services. They are supporting this company because it is established in UAE.

Stay away for your own sanity!
TERRIBLE Service - Waited 8 weeks+ for a shipment that should have taken only 2 weeks. Charged more for clearance than actual shipment is worth. Supplied all paperwork, invoices/payments etc. I can not describe not only the loss of income I am experiencing because of this useless company, but also the complete and utter joke they are to actually deliver a service. NEVER IN MY LIFE will I EVER use Aramex for any of my future imports every again!

Worst courier company
Worst courier company! Ive had several bad experiences if not to say ALL of them with this company. They can never be on time and horrible customer service when one tries to reach their call center, very inefficient. The last experience i payed for a 24 to 48 hr delivery of something i purchased.i stayed home ALL DAY yesterday waiting for it to arrive, never did (its been more than 76 hours now). And today i wake up to a message from the tracking page saying "customer was not available.delivery rescheduled". ARE YOU JOKING? Ive had it with this company and unfortunately some companies dont give you the option to choose your courier when you purchase online. WORST COURIER IN DUBAI.

Really bad shipping

My package was in transit to New Zealand for 5 days and then after they finally updated the tracking to say it had arrived in New Zealand it took them another 3 days before they sent it to me. I have received one of my packages but the other still isn't here. My package was also left by my mailbox which is pretty much on the street. I have not had this issue with any other company. Very disappointed!

Should be zero starts
Should be zero starts. Tried 6 times and there was a problem every time.
The last one was the worst when they didn’t deliver a very important shipment sent to a guest coming from China. This put me in a huge embarrassment and a lot of troubles.

I would be ashamed to be a senior.
I would be ashamed to be a senior member in this appalling company - 1 failed Delivery as the courier went to the wrong door followed by ignored calls and messages

Really very bad service system not working i call more than 4 times and no response each time waiting more than 5 minutes, WhatsApp also very bad ask me same question many times,

Extremely unprofessional we are trying to get our courier but the response is very low.put on call for more then 30 mints and the operation is not even answering call for 40 mints on hold extremely disappointed

Easy to find. Paid amd unpaid parking but you are fine for a few minutes if you are going to spend only a few minutes. The locker system is very efficient and i use it to get shop and ship deliveries. The pin code works fine also.
