خدمه سيءه جدا وكول سنتر سيء وما انصح احد يتعامل معهم في الوقت الحالي هذه اسوء شركة شحن في الامارات كان عندي سفر والشركه الذي اعمل بها ارسلتلي البسبور مع ارمكس وصلني متأخر 3 ايام وخسرت تكت الطياره بسبب هذه الشركه

I just booked shipment on aramex because i think and found this safer, faster and bigger than others but its worst. My card payment didn't work for online payment and i order cash on delivery. My parcel arrived from al ain city to al quoz branch 2 days ago. Now after parcel arrived at al quoz branch app is asking for online payment and my shipment stopped there no delivery schedule and I'm waiting from 2 days. What is this issue. After collecting my parcel i will never book again & i will never recommend to my friends and fellows also.i will collect my parcel myself from nearest branch. Thank you.

Yesterday I missed their call because I was on my way back from a medical appointment. It then says it has been rescheduled for delivery today. I waited for the entire day for my passport to arrive. I called more than 10 times but the delivery guy did not answer. VFS should not allow such an unreliable company to service their establishment. I still dont have my passport till now! Whole day wasted waiting! Then late this evening, they wrote on their app that they attempted sending but customer was not available! What nonsense! I did not receive even a single phonecall from them and was home waiting!

I have been trying to get this shipment from aramex since yesterday. It has reached Al quoz branch on 7th march and delivery is delayed since then! Trying to coordinate with the customer care but it is all waste of time. I had ordered something for my son’s birthday party celebration but haven’t received it yet. Have raised n number of requests and marked mails to every possible mail Id I got on internet. But I guess they don’t understand the customer service and customer value.
Very poor service!

I ordered items for a long time. No delivery? Any update on my product I've waited so long, it's the longest order of my life. I won't be ordering it again.

انا موش اول مرة ناخذ اوردر و لا مرة اتعصبت بهذا الطريقة و انزعجت
السيد الي عطاني الاوردر. محسيسني انو انا نخدم عندو وصل عندي منغير ما يتصل قبل ما يوصل يعني انا في اي اوردر يتصلو انهم في طريق ليا المهم وصل قتلو بس 5 دقائق انزل نجيب الهوية متاعي من الباركينج في سيارة و نرجع و انا في لبركينج اتصلي قلي انو رايح قتلو بس ثواني طالعة في ليفت سكر على وجهي تليفون و انا مازلت نتكلم عديت الموضوع مع انو معجبنيش لحركة طلعت لقيتو يستنى في ليفت كان حابب يروح

Please next time, let DHL takes my package. You even don’t deserve one star. I am still waiting for my bank card. This is the second time I am not impressed with the services, the first time was with my passport delivery, the worst one

Wrong location and waste of time calling on call center number. Am sorry to remind Aramex that, you are on 2022, please update all your services from 2000 to 2022

I called the delivery agent to deliver my passport to my work place opposite side of my home address and yet he told me he can’t as the instruction mentioned home address. I think delivery company should understand that in Dubai, we all are working and we don’t just sit at home just to wait for delivery and that’s why we are paying them extra for the service!
Take note - it’s My passport and I need it urgently but it’s the Aramex company who is delaying the process! What a shame!

Me reading all these bad experiences scares me alot coz am right now facing the same problem don't even know wether I'll be able to receive my parcel due to the fact that they call once, if you miss, your done and when you call back there's no proper response from them
am really scared, i need my shipment so badly but i really don't know what to do next #Aramex you need to change others wise

After many failed deliveries. I decided to arrange collection. The machine was broken. Avoid using Aramex at all costs.

O star service. I don’t understand when delivery directions say leave at the door or just deliver by the door why it takes so many times to make a delivery also there’s no number. I can’t even dial the # given it hangs up.

This Drop box is out of service. The number on the drop box is useless. I called the number and the person on the other end of the phone informed me that he is only working on the technical side, in case the drop box has technical issues. Apparently the fact that it is not operating, doesn’t fall under this category.
Such a waste of time. Aramex really need to fix their drop box locations.

I am very disappointed, after more than a week of delay which I understand due to the current circumstances, the shipment was listed as undeliverable address need to be update even though my address is clear and correct! I found a missed call from a landline and they never called back or answered my calls!

Within 3 weeks I received 5th time Call to deliver My DIB ATM they keep telling next 3 to 4 days but till now nothing I tried to call their office nothing respond. Might be Poor Management either negligence.

Worst service ever. They took over 12 day to transfer from Hong Kong to uae. Then they scheduled a delivery they never showed up. Rescheduled again never showed up. There s no one to talk to in customer service. Needless to say I still have not received my package and have no idea where it is and how can I get it. They are literally the worst.

Seriously the worst delivery company in the planet. If you can avoid using their non existing services do it! Parcel was delayed for delivery. When I I called them, more than twice, the answer was the same.we can't contact our driver. Ridiculous services!

They have really hopeless customer service. Their delivery agents don't deliver the parcel even if the parcels are our for delivery. Moreover the customer service doesn't take any action till their working hours of 6 in the evening as according to them the parcel is out for delivery and can be delivered till late in the night. However be rest assured that delivery will not be made to you. Pathetic customer service. How can you expect the delivery guys to be professional when the management itself is so unprofessional

Worst delivery experience! Second time with the same situation where I get notification that delivery is out and no contact from the driver, when I call customer service they give me the exact same response: "we didnt manage to get in touch with the driver they will contact you".

This is not the way to handle services, you are not even able to get in touch with your drivers.

2 stars because the delivery guys are OK but 0 stars for the management and lack of costumer services.
Seens like your package is lost in their branches and lockers, they just keep jumping your package here and there and the delivery delays and delays.
Even if you call their 0600 number you'll get no resolution of your problem, last time the package were delayed even more after the call I made.
Please go better! Because I can't choose the company that will delivery on my own, my favorite retail store always choose you, said that. Please, you need to be better.

Your Aramex courier service is very very bad. Delay in delivery.i never recommend your service to anybody. Don't have responsibility among our consignments. Irresponsible staffs. Veey shame.

1 star because of the the delivery guy who doesn't have manner. He don't know how to respect the customer. This is the 2nd time he do it to me and I can't help but to write a bad comment. It's not our fault if we are not available in the time of his delivery, in the first place no option for the time of delivery and he is complaining what he will do he is already in my place. You should call us before you come so that you will not complain like that. It's not the right way how to speak with the customer so I told him to call me again once he know how to respect already. Now I'm thinking not to order again because of that. To the management kindly do something for this matter. Thank you.

Hopeless service!

The randomly post message saying the shipment is out for delivery but the driver won't call. I stay 2 blocks away from this place and they update in their tracking undeliverable, address to be updated. This isn't professional. If the driver has not contacted, how do you guys determine the address is invalid? Shipment with Aramex since 6 days.
