I had packages from DFM and I gave the delivery date but I couldn’t be available at the time due to some circumstances and I set new date but they delivered the stuff at time I’m so thankfully for the team keep it up and I’m sorry I’ve rescheduled many dates but I’ve got my packages.good job guys

Unbelievable that for a courier company they do not have an emergency number. Would never willingly opt for this company but merchants seem to be using them. The customer service team is also highly annoying with robotic answers and no help. Their response to my delivery being delayed is that its “out for shipment” when they purposely rescheduled my shipment. Their drivers lie about contacting customers so that they do not get blamed for delays and do not answer their phone so there is no way for us as customers to prove that we have not even been contacted in the first place regarding our shipments. I am waiting at home for them to deliver within a 12 hour slot for two days now. Great job at being the worst logistics company in the world.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Aramex service. I was waiting for my bank card for a month and despite multiple attempts to follow up with them via WhatsApp, I received non-sense responses and no resolution. My shipment number is 48164026326 and my bank card is still with them, which has prevented me from withdrawing my money. Aramex's laziness, delay, and lack of response have caused me a lot of inconvenience. I strongly advise anyone against using their services. Very bad service.

By far the WORST courier service in the UAE. I have been waiting for a package to be collected from my house for TEN days. Each time I call the help centre they say they 'will assign someone to collect the package today' and each day it is not collected. I receive email notifications to day 'the courier ran out of time' during the day when it is not collected. The call centre does not help in ANY WAY. They say they will 'write a note', 'assign a driver' or 'send a request'. They will not give you the drivers contact so that you can arrange the collection. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

For me, no star should be given to them. I called customer service, and the lady I spoke to was so rude, and even she never disclosed her name to me. She even hung up on me, and the line got close. I was so disappointed by their service. Unbelievable they cannot help you if you want to know the status of your shipment.

Absolute garbage of a customer service system.

First of all, they have an extremely poor website for selecting your delivery location, which doesn’t allow for delivery in my area (even though I have received deliveries from them in this area before).

Second, they are always late with delivery date. ALWAYS!

Third, they call you at early hours in the morning on a weekend and if you missed their call - we’ll tough luck, you are now stuck in a loop of trying to call them back. When you call them back on the same number, you get asked to hold on the line … 4 SECONDS later the bot informs you that everyone is busy and you have to call back. 4 SECONDS! I’m not even kidding!

I’m definitely never using their services for anything in my business and am strongly considering changing my bank as they keep using this horrible company.

خدمتهم سيئة للغاية

شحنت شنطة السفر حقتي من الرياض الى دبي
مدة ٥ ايام ما وصلت هل يعقل!
ولما تواصلت معاهم ردت علي موظفة وقالت انو رقم الجوال المسجل يتواصل عليه المندوب ومسجل خطأ!
وطلبت منها تغيييير الرقم وقالت خلاص حدثت الرقم والصباح بيتواصل معاك المندوب
وانتظر الصباح كله وجاء الظهر مافي اي اتصال ي جماعة
وارجع اتصل عليهم قالت الموظفة بكل برود ما تم تحديث الرقم!
كيف يعني الموظفة تستغفلني!
وطلبت منها ترفع لي شكوى.

واتواصل مع شخص في الرياض ويرسل ايميل بالبيانات ومستعجل اشكره من كل قلبي اسمه (عبدالله البشير)
ما قصر معاي والحمدلله وصلت الشنطة بنفس اليوم الساعه ١٠ الليل

السؤال: ليه الإستغفال بالعميل والتلاعب معه مع شركة كبيرة زي ارامكس

اخر مرا اتعامل معاهم بصراحة شركة شحن جداً سيئة وفاشلة.

Don’t know why these big brands or companies give their shipments to this ever worst company who is not serious to deal with their customers. I have my debit card with them from last 7 days and they are making drama every day they upload status customer location couldn’t be reached. Even they dont bother theirselves to call me. They don’t realise how urgent i need it

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with im in Tasmania Australia and I we get here is excuses and rude staff promises of delivery and then they dont come, the rudist is Simon Prins0477943164707 I hope ebay can find a new courier company or find new customers

Pathetic delivery system. My amazon shipment reached aramex with in 1 week from US but aramex took another 1 week to deliver in my address after frequent calls and escalations.

Delivery is a disaster, had calls 3 times to be delivered "tomorrow" every time, shipment is still not delivered and customer service cannot answer why its always being rescheduled.

Recieved an sms saying I need to pay for clearance and that can be done through app in the link, app says 0 payment.

Very bad service or not responding and I took laptop to online shopping and pay to aram3x delivery boy.after when I open the laptop that was different to my selection.i call delivery boy and he too me that company will take in few days but to 09 september until today no-one person come for take laptop to me or refund my money.

Ever tried talking to a wall time and again? Try communicating with Aramex!

Horrible is an understatement.

They have whatsapp chatbots who have a standard reply - tracking number is wrong.

To connect to a human, we have to call a 600 number which is charged Aed1 per minute, and every call keeps you on hold for at least 5-7 mins before connecting, which is loss of previous time and money.

The real issue - tracking website shows no updates for 4 days - is this what couriers are supposed to do?

You complain to the customer service on the website, each time a different agent gives you a different reply, and the issue is closed.
You reply to that message, you dont get a reply.

In short, they dont deliver on time, they dont answer you, each customer service agent is unaware of the facts, and what I can understand is that by delaying replies, they are only buying time.

Given the choice, I would never use this courier, rather work with second class couriers, who are more answerable and responsible, and response.

The worst courier company ever i have dealed with, every time i call i wait for 30 minutes on the line, and my shipment is only from Dubai to Dubai and took for now 8 working days and still not arrived.
Also the call center guy was so rude.
Think twice before dealing with them

The best place to receive your shipments. Parking is available and free if you spend little time for collecting your item.
