The worst of the worst they cancel my shipment 2 times, why because as per them they cannot reach me through phone the crazy thing is that i talk with them through WhatsApp and i give the exact address and the location via maps the delivery guy he didn't even bother himself to come to the location as what should a big company do. You have the address go to it it's easy.

Worst Experience for Delivery too much late even express parcel it took 15 days to arrive & Customer service had no information about the parcel they even don’t know the status of it expect the one showing in tracking

The worst customer service I have encountered.
I used Shop and Ship for a large delivery from Australia to Dubai. They lost it for a while, refused to answer my emails or give me decent information over the phone. It took them three long weeks to deliver it. Very disappointed. They barely even apologized.

Will never use shop and ship
anymore and not recommend this for the ff.reasons:
1. Deceptive Marketing - Even if your subscription has SnS protect, they will send you a disclaimer form that frees them from being liable for any damages. Beginning 1st April they will implement additional charges under SnS protect. What for when you send disclaimer forms as you please?
2. Mishandling - They assure the customer the shipment is not damaged and it arrives with a broken item. Since they made you sign a disclaimer, there is nothing you can do.
3. Non-customer centric approach. Customer Service marks your request or complaint as closed, even if it is not yet resolved, the current team focuses on numbers to keep with their SLA even if the customer issue is not resolved. They encourage you to open a new request (additional steps for you just to keep their numbers good).
4. Lack of Accountability. Recovery Team uses non-standard forms, no branding and poorly worded/ poorly spelt forms so you wonder if this is a standard process of SnS or internal actions to avoid responsibility.
5. Global Customer Care does not look into your concerns too or investigate.

No matter how patient you are, your time is wasted chasing and requesting for help that will not come. What has happened to Shop and Ship?

Too bad, the delivery team tries their best but because of the whole customer journey, I will not use this service anymore.

I’d rather pay higher premium with another brand for excellent service. Value your time and realise the cost of poor service and waiting before using SnS.

Went two times to the Aramex locker on the Palm Jumeirah, what a waste of time! On both occasions the payment never went through because of technical problems. Than called myself to the client service and explained them the situation, two times both agents assured me my package would arrive next Monday but no.after Monday some Aramex agents called me to ask me again for my address and to confirm than my package was being soon sent. That evening received messages from the delivering company to send them a pinpoint to deliver
. Package only got delivered on Thursday of that week.very disappointed

Very bad service, they lost my order. The have assigned my parcel to someone else, and it’s been two weeks now and didn’t get my parcel. Very bad service, will never use them again.

Simply amazing service if you are nearby.very quick and simple procedures. I have been using this service for years, and I don't have any comment about it except that a sunshade is required in hot summer

I scheduled a delivery with theyr bot nobody reaching out and no information showing in the app. Aramex is the worse service in UAE

Worst experience, unprofessional staff avinash the courier guy, time waste, keep lying. Want to understand how Aramex work when a customer schedule appointment and no one care to contact and do the needful, i want to speak to Senior manager who can realy help his customers

This is in Regard to Shop & Ship.after using the service for years I had to unregistered because of the horrible customer service.
I bought chocolate boxes from UK spent £63 plus Aramex shop&ship charges.for the first time instead of delivering it to my address, they dropped in DIP lockers which is outdoors.needless to say all the chocolate melted. They dragged the case from Nov 21, till mid Jan 22 asking the same questions over and over again.they closed the case by saying "we can't refund you, because it was caused by acts of God, fire, flood, natural catastrophes"
I have used your service often and for years, is it worth losing a customer instead of refunding?

Very bad experience with them, The bank send me Debit card through Aramex.got the SMS but there no call or delivery after 4days. Horrible service ever seen

Worst service. No one will contact for delivery. But in tracker it will show as attempted delivery customer not available. If you need anything urgent don't use this courier service. And they are least bothered about the customer.

Pathetic experience. Order an item from amazon which got to be delivered by Aramex in UAE. The auto whatsapp chat kept asking for location in whatsapp, then building name and then flat number. Whereas complete address was given while ordering at Amazon
