Extremely disappointed with Aramex.

My first shipment with Aramex took more than a week to arrive, which is completely unacceptable for a courier service.

As for my second shipment, it's been an even worse experience. The package is still nowhere to be found, and the only form of communication is through their WhatsApp chat, which takes a whopping 48 hours to get a response. It's evident that their chat is not even on the same time zone as the UAE, as they reply at very odd hours.

This level of service is simply ridiculous. It feels like Aramex is cutting costs at every corner while still charging a significant amount for their services. It's disappointing that they can't seem to do the job properly.

I'm actively looking for alternatives and would strongly advise others to do the same. Aramex needs to seriously reconsider their approach to customer service and reliability.

Never ever use aramex. I hope banks will also stop using their services. My colleagues atm card was returned to the bank with the reason that they can't contact the customer, but no one is contacting her. My brother shipped a parcel from dubai to abu dhabi for next day delivery. Weeks passed and it wasn't deliver. You call the call center they will tell you its on the way. You call another agent and will tell you still in the warehouse. Despite repeated follow ups we never got any clear location of the parcel and after 4 weeks they will call and wanted to deliver when we already asked them to return it to the sender. We even arranged it to be pick up from their branch but we never got any response. Worst courier company here in the region. They lost their credibility. Too many other incidents with my other friends as well. It's just the name but no longer credible.

Don't use Aramex customer support teams with zero knowledge. Even if it takes 2 months or 3 months to deliver, they don't care about it. Therefore, if you are concerned about your time and money, you should consider using other companies.all the positive review you see below/above their own employees.that's it.

Never ever use aramex, if you want your shipment to be delivered in time. I ordered a gift for my friend with “same day delivery” from Dubai to Dubai. It’s 2 days already now and it’s still “in transit”. Call to support is completely useless

Don't ever use Aramex, slow, zero customer service, super delayed delivery.
I am yet to receive my delivery. It's better to use other's rather than Aramex as you will know if you avail there service's

I recommend you to avoid Aramex and choose better companies over them

I have been expecting a package from May 5 and it said that the expected delivery would be on May 15, and since May 15, I have had this one message saying that the package is being held at the airport due to compliance issue. I tried contacting the customer service. No one answers the hotline that is available only sent a text message to track but i already can track it from where i bought the product, and doesn’t help you get in contact with any customer service rep. I had to send them an email and make a report on the website mentioning that I need to contact a customer service rep to help me, I received an email an hour and a half after my report, saying that they tried to contact me when no one did. All in all, it is a horrible experience, a terrible courier for packages with no capability of getting to know more about the issues you have with your package.

Very poor customer service.

This is my 2nd time facing un-accurate info. From Aramex. They are changing the schedule date and time as they want, not as per the customer request. After I paid the service fee on the system, they will start doing what they want.

No respect at all to the time or customer.

A bunch of scam artists!

On January 18, I was contacted by Aramex's Shop and Ship customer service team stating that one item had been damaged. I contacted the shipper and the shipper said that the contents of the package left their facility in good condition. The photos that Aramex took of the damage showed that the item was sliced clean with a knife. This indicated that the package was damaged by Aramex when they opened it for inspection. Note that Aramex never denied that they damaged the item. On January 21, I responded to the case that was opened that the photos showed that the item was damaged when the package was opened by Aramex for inspection, and that I wanted reimbursement for the damaged item. Customer service ignored my request for reimbursement. After several ignored emails under the initial claim asking for reimbursement, I filed a second claim hoping to get a different representative who would be more helpful. I was then informed that my claim was past the 7 day period to file. I sent them a screenshot of the initial claim that was initiated on January 21, which is within the 7 day window to file a claim for reimbursement. Despite evidence that I asked for reimbursement within the 7 days, they refuse to reimburse me for the item that they damaged. Beware of this company. They will damage your things and not reimburse you.

Hopeless service. Customer care support team has no idea what's happening and how to fix. They are holding one of my shipment since 11/11/2021. No one knows where the package is. This isn't the 1st worst experience. Pathetic. Please tell me where can i rate 0 star

21 days! That’s how long it took me to get the package which was supposed to come in 5 days! Endless follow ups with CS and no resolution! They do not adhere to their commitments and fail to provide the service!

Worst delivery service around, have now sat at home waiting for them twice, and on second attempt they haven't called to update that they don't even deliver in my area on this weekday, even if appointment was set up through their call centre

I'm usually not the type of person to post negative comments but when someone plays too much with patience, there's nothing else we can do.
What a joke Aramex. Selected your date and preferred time of delivery,
What the point of it, if 3 hours later still no information about your driver (who is supposedly on the way since 1pm)

NOT MY FIRST TIME HAVING ISSUE WITH YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE. YOU GUYS SHOULD UPDATE YOURSELF A BIT AND BE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

I ordered online and the courier was aramex, it's already one month and my package hasn't arrived.i contacted the customer many times and didn't get any response until i was told that my package got lost and unfortunately missing already.if only i could give a negative rating for this, I WILL!

Pathetic service and forget about customer support.
They still hold my shipment after 22 days.
They got time to move my shiment from one warehouse to another but cant deliver 2 km near the warehouse.
At the top these customer care guys think we (customers are idiots) always assuring for urgent delivery which never happen.

Local package from Abu Dhabi sent 5 days ago not yet delivered. Call center told me it will take 3-5 days. Avoid Aramex for local deliveries.

They are running a scam. They keep making up a fake status "delivery scheduled" every day. Then they don't deliver and make up another fake status. When you call them, they say the package is sitting at a random branch. Asked about delivery, they shamelessly make up another fake delivery schedule for the next day with no intent to deliver. This has been going on daily for a week. Unbelievable. Avoid.

This is the most unreliable service provider. It is funny how they say on their call hold “Shouldn’t an arrival for a package be convenient for you”. When it is as per the driver’s mode of the day.

Personally I recieved a message that my package I want collected from my home will be collected between 9am to 1pm. Never happened, never had a follow up!

It is unfortunate how much of bad service this is specially when you request to talk to any customer service supervisor or manager, you are put on hold forever and then nothing happens but more frustrating events!

I am actually wondering how you got your 4 stars here, because in my book if there is anything less than 1 that would be yours

Rude drivers, they would come to your place without notifying and expect you to be home! And when you tell them that you are not home and that they should have called or schedule a time, he will yell at you cos you didn’t keep it with the reception!
