Very poor service not recomended
Even staff who is delivering asking you to collect from him he wil not deliver.and whatsapp servise is not working

Had 2 very bad experiences with Aramex, when arranged a home delivery the payment link isn’t working. When arranged a locker delivery, my card isn’t accepted. Can’t even call customer service to help. I definitely do not recommend.

The worst delivery! They always late of sending the opening code although the shipment is arrived!

Absolutely WORST company in terms of customer service. They can never deliver your parcel on time. When you try to call the delivery person the automated machine always says "The delivery personnel Cannot take your call". EVERYONE SHOULD USE SOME OTHER SERVICES FOR COURIER. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY

They send delevery personal who will insult you and disrespect you, because they know that you as a customer cant call or so anything.i cant believe what iv seen till now! Nothing wors than this i complained few times but you get absolutely noting

I do not understand this kind of company, how they exist? People there does not have mind, service is worst.

Worst customer service. They are charging but not deliver your things. You have to write multiple complaints. Still they are not bothered that your documents are lost

5 days late and yet they rescheduled again.
You can never contact an employee all you can get is the answer machine telling you that your shipment are received by them.

Poor workmanship, paint color is not matching the original.
They removed the memory cards of backrest screens.

They did not fix the reported damages.

I don't recommend such untrusted garage

Aramex are delivering goods at your doorstep. At times it becomes difficult to coordinate but they send you message on whatsapp to book appointments

I was asked severl times for the schedualing and i asked for a spesific date because i will not be in the house at any point but they never turned up so i did the schedual again and i was expecting it to be dilivered from the time limit given it past more than the time limit for several hours and they never showed up!

Very very poor customer service from Aramex, still I am waiting for local shipment from 7 days, showing online its delivered.

Inspite requetsing to dispatch a package for me no one came to collect for 3 days and made several calls and booking

What a rude and NOT Professional service one of the staff called me to take the address am telling him that I'm in warsan Village and he dropped the phone! Rude and annoying me please stop dealing with rude people

Zero rating for the misleading information provided by Aramex map location, after spending 30 minutes to reach the Aramex location it turned out to be Aramex locker
Never been frustrated as today waisted 45 minutes for nothing

Shipment is sitting in their store for 2 weeks and they do not answer phone.and when someone does, they forward the call 3 or 4 times

The absolute worst. I never choose Aramex but sadly the companies I order from do. Horrible customer service, rude agents and delivery guys, no respect for timeframes given, always late, packages are often damaged and when you call for help nobody knows what’s going on. Would not recommend their services to anyone.

Unsatisfied and Worst services, waiting my shipment from 5 days and when they delivered it the delivery guy doesn’t know the roads and finally he canceled it with him self, bad experience will try to stop any relations with them and my bank

This Company its horrible shame to CEO!

I have received my shipment 2 weeks ago since that day i'm calling them and spending 15 minutes of my time to explain all agent unprofessional promising and not delivering my shipment. They helping Carefoure store to do delivery but they not delivering own customer items! Guys Please do not work with this company you will not get your item on time! If you have same issue please complain to Dubai Economical Department!

Bad service.

I bought an item from AMAZON and it was delivered to my US address 3 weeks ago, and the supplier even sent me a delivery note from FEDEX which delivered the item to my NY address.but until now the item is not registered in my shop&ship account, and i have sent many emails to ARAMEX asking about the item, and all the answer i keep getting is (we will update you once we receive confirmation), such a waste of time.

Extremely bad service! My package was meant to be delivered to my address and for 2 weeks no delivery! When I call to find out what is happening I get put on hold for over 10 minutes then all I get told is to reschedule delivery to which nobody delivers! So frustrating. Day after day I was waiting for a delivery to be delivered and Nothing!
My package gets sent back and I get no apologies. Really really bad service!

If I could give zero stars I would!
Sends Whatsapp message to confirm address. Then calls 12 times to repeat address.
Never shows up on booked day or time.
Makes you sit in your house for days waiting on delivery to show up, and never does.
Have to call them 100 times.
Happened every time Iv ever gotten anything via aramex.
Most unorganized company on the planet.

Terrible service in regards to complaints. Very prompt is charging you for every service charges and VAT. Not really anything good to say. They keeping parcels to the DIC office despite the fact that I set the DSO locker for pick up.

Very bad service.we lost and have canceled order because of aramex.please improve your service.your call center is not helping either they don't have the ticket system for each caller.i called 3x and in 3x i explained what happen.
