It has been a pleasure working at ARC International for the past 8 years. ARC International has played a significant role in my career, which I will always be grateful for. I can say that ARC International recognizes the value of its employees.

Good company
positive work environment where people feel valued and appreciated.the opportunities available to move from project to project and the support given.also the workshops and peer guidance available to improve your career.
I really appreciate and thank you so much for all the opportunities company has provided me and helped me to grow technically and professionally.

Competent and Supporting Management. Spacious and splendid office located in the heart of Dubai Business Bay. The company pays salary on time.

ZERO STAR RATING: It is the worst company ever, My friend worked there for 2 years. They are only professional in delaying salaries and not paying people. Many resigned employees have many lawsuits against them. Run Run Run Run Run Do not deal with them.

One of my friend had worked for this company for last 1 year but they had only paid him 4 months salary and rest not paid.
Unfortunately he has to resign and leave this Company.
At the time of interview they assured him there is no salary delay in our office but after 2 month they showed their true colors and start delaying salaries.they used to come up with one story & assurance that we will be receiving huge amount from one of our client if that comes all our pending salary will be given & in future it will be in time but that faith assurance never happen & left him to strave. Eventhough they don't pay you but they make sure that you work on time submit your deliverable in time in necessary they will make your to sit late & work they don't have humanitarian as they don't care about anyone they want people to do charity work for them. They have office in good location with big space but left with empty chairs & tables because who people were working already left them
So please guys don't fall into prey & make wise decision

Google giving only one star option otherwise on need to give STARS.

He asked for money, then they are saying we don’t have money.we are waiting for something BIG Amount from client. Then only we can pay.
Management people is treating the staff very badly.
HR department is very worst.they’re offering big Salary but they will not pay, at the end people are suffering.
HR manager is Managing Director SON.
Interview time he is hiding the reality.
Now he is started a new business and he is not bothered about this company.
When he submitted resignation that time HR guy told him if you are leaving the company we don’t have any problem, we’ll get good people with in a week, Daily we are receiving 100 of job seekers CVs.

Such a bad company. They are not giving their employees their salary. No respect for the people. The boss Saman Darkan is always hiding to avoid the employees. They get projects but they don’t give what they owe to the employees. They are still hiring people which is very bad as they are just fooling this people. Please do not be fooled by this company. Ranime loutfi who made a comment below is the wife of Saman Darkan, and what she is saying that the its a dedicated team is BS. Please pay your employees.and do not delete our reviews
