I have buying perfumes since long time today i brought one lattafa asad perfume they said only one is left i have taken that when i come home and see bottle was broken all perfume fall away and they are not responding at all on calls

Manager was so rude! I was asking to check the bottle since I discovered there’s something wrong with the cap but insisted not to and just left me hanging! Other employees are nice to talk to but the Manager is not! Suggesting to change your Manager! Your sales will decrease because of his unprofessionalism

I've been buying perfumes in this store for more than a year. However, there was one instance when I had a damaged bottle. But the Manager was very rude and unreasonable to me. He didn't change the bottle and just left me hanging. I know they have good perfumes at a reasonable price, but the MANAGER IS SO BAD AND RUDE. WILL NEVER EVER COME AGAIN!

I am Saïd Ghellab from France, I have been working with you for 6 years sinces 2015, I buy my perfumes from the ard al zaafaran store in gold souk and import to France.

I bought perfumes up to 4555 EAD from HAMID but he was wrong he sent me only boukhour, another person's order,

I alerted him, I asked him to send me back my goods and see with a forwarder to collect his bukhur, but he did not accept,

he wants me to send him the goods first so that I can send mine back!

it is his mistake and in addition he imposes his rules and does not want to understand anything,

I told him that I paid important taxes in France he told me that it was my problem!

I proposed to him that my forwarder send me my goods (at ard al zaafaran's expense) and collect the goods here he does not want,

he made me a proposal to send a person to collect the boukhours,

I indicated that I also no longer trusted him and that therefore this person will have to have my merchandise on him to make the exchange,

but he does not want either! I paid 4555 ead for perfumes and 4222 ead for postage of 900 ead tax in France,

result: I do not receive the merchandise I bought! Moreover I asked him for samples to smell and buy on the next order he does not want,
I told him to have received several bottles of khalatat al arabiya gold blends which do not work he does not want to send me back,
I can no longer work like that send me back my merchandise or refund me because I sent the money of the purchase to the bank account of lattafa perfumes

اوصخ تعامل من الموظف اللي جالس يمين المدخل تغيرت اخلاقهم وبضاعتهم بعد ان تغيّر المالك وتعامل زبالة

ممتاز. أفضل زعفران القاه عنده وأسعاره من 80 الى 30 درهم للعشرة غرام.

والجملة ارخص

بس افضل تكاسره اذا بتاخذ كمية لأنه يخفض اذا طلبت منه

الموقع متعب شوي والمشكلة صعوبة الوصول إليه الزعفران لديهم ممتاز واسعارهم جيده ولا يمنع انك تتفاوض معهم بالسعر خصوصاً اذا بتاخذ كمية كبيره شوي
