aswell competitive pricing definitely recommend them headache free

Horrible customer service breaching of commitment Mr. Sujin totally unprofessional and big liar playing with given commitments our shipment was taken on 06th Jan commitment from him was to be delivered within 8-10 days till date we haven’t received any shipment accept his fake promises
He even refused to give us further details about the landing company in India and just playing big time rig his words

Please do not trust this company for any business activities

I am happy to share my experience with AGL cargo. I had to send some stuff to czech republic for my child. I had checked with so many services but no one was ready to take some food items (snacks) few items to Europe. A big thanks to praveen sir for helping me to send some of them to my child in uni.i request all the parents whose children are staying in Europe pls reach out to AGL Mr Praveen sir. He could understand as mother how much i was worried and have bother him.
Without a doubt, not only AGL took care of our package, he also went out of his way to assist me on every step.

I wish i could give you negative rating because of pathetic services.my courier from dubai to dubai is not yet delivered from 17 july 2021 and no body cares in the company.called them many times.even they asked 4 times the location and said we are coming now to deliver the courier.not recommended this services to any one

AGL - I want to mention ur staff VISHNU he has called me 3 days and promise to come for pickup but never came always giving a new excuses and reasons, this kind of staff who take customers for granted are a bad reputation, I have asked to send me the final packing of my carpets he promised me he will send but I followed up with him but he never responded to me back and informed to your customer center Maya. Dont commit something which u cant deliver. How can a customer can relay on AGL when he is sending something which is high value for them. Poor customer support if u choose them i have to chase them, Never recommend to anyone!
