Arenco Tower

This is the first building I sow in Dubai doesn't have Prayer room and all are offices

I travel by metro and I captured the view of this #ArencoTower. Look very beautiful and if I have plan to stay in future I will stay for experience.

Management not allow delivery boys to come inn, No grocery shop and there is no prayer hall in this building

The only horrible thing is the restaurant. When you work in that tower. This is a sad lunch option.

I can't deal with the parking issue here its so bad. You need to park a million miles away and walk to the building.

Security and reception are also very helpful
The view from floor zero is really good and you can use it daily to breathe some fresh air during your workday

Amazing strongly recommended Italian restaurant downstairs.
Comfortable, easy access from metro and by car.

The security is very rude on ground floor and very bad manners very uneducated. Worst experience

Just pay salaries first to yur employees heart of Europe and then make some advertising as much as u can

Too difficult to reach there. So many confusing roads, even the help of GPS is not helpful. Parking is always a big challenge for visitors. It's a beautiful commercial building on Shekh Zayed Road. It houses several big companies.

Great place to work! Good location — 5 mins from Nakheel! Two good cafes are there on the ground floor and all offices

Car Parking is main problem here and akward behaviour of the staffs & securities. Highly disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED

An office building from the famous Arenco developers. Parking is a bit if an issue, public parking I mean. If your lucky you'll get a spot otherwise best of luck!

Getting a parking slot is the main problem. There are lot of parking slots available bit they might not be free

Weird part about this tower is that you have to switch between elevators from parking to actual office floors.

I visited last week to this tower to have meeting with one client, if you are visiting this tower then request the tenant to arrange prior parking for you which can be requested by tenant to the security. Otherwise parking is a big challenge and take longer then expected. Tower security and overall views are very nice from from tower, sea side or sheikh zayad road amazing views can be seen from the tower. Clean and well maintained

Good and busy office tower. Gives you nice view of Dubai Marina, JLT, Palm, Shaikh Zayed Road. Don't forget to stop by the podium for open terrace experience.
