They make spam calls for du or Etisalat even if you enroll for DND. I get at least 2-3 spam calls daily from different numbers.there is no use complaining to TDRA too.

I have no idea where the hell they got my number. Every week minimum 2 to 3 calls i get from this company. Am going report to DED.

We regularly receive calls from this company regarding telephone connections. If I block one number, I will get a call from another number. It's a very irritating company.

I am writing to bring to your attention a persistent issue that I have been facing with one of your managers named Mishal Mary. I believe it is important for you to be aware of the unprofessional conduct and constant disturbances I have experienced due to her repeated calls.

Over the past several weeks, Mishal Mary has been contacting me every week from different mobile numbers, inquiring about the status of my connection and expressing dissatisfaction with the fact that I reset my request for the relocation of my service through du.customercare email instead of directly communicating with her. It is worth noting that I have chosen this method as I wanted to keep a written record of our correspondence for future reference.

Despite my attempts to politely request that she stops bothering me with these pointless calls, Mishal Mary has consistently disregarded my wishes. Her persistent and unwarranted intrusions have become a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, her communication skills are poor, and her overall conduct is unprofessional. I find her speeches to be disrespectful and her lack of understanding of my concerns deeply frustrating.

What exacerbates the situation is the fact that Mishal Mary continues to call me using different mobile numbers each time. This behavior is highly unprofessional and raises concerns about the security and privacy of my personal information. It is not only disruptive but also raises doubts about the integrity of the information she provides.

I strongly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation. It is my expectation that Mishal Mary behavior will be addressed and that she will refrain from making any further unwarranted calls to my number. Additionally, I hope you will ensure that all account managers within your company receive the necessary training and guidance to provide courteous and professional assistance to customers.

I'm sorry but these cold calls have to stop. Please stop! Guess what there are only 2 major providers in the region if I'm not happy with my current one then I will change.

If only i could rate them below this.they are frauds and totally irresponsible, they have messed up by account and now they dont even respond to calls and messages.

This is the most annoying company ever. I have humbly requested them to not call me but they have been calling from the last one year every single week so finally today I have blocked their number. Hopefully I will not get calls in the near future from them
