Went to get my daughter’s ears pierced and I was dissatisfied with the service provided. Though the attendants were kind, the procedure was rushed rather than taking the extra time a 4 month old requires. My daughter is very active, thus she requires effort to keep her still. When I observed that the initial hole did not land on the stipulated mark, I attempted to intervene to correct the other side. However, I felt like the attendant was more interested in getting the other side completed as soon as possible. As a result of this haste, the piercings are asymmetrical. She offered to “fix” it, however I did not want to subject my infant to further discomfort. Additionally, the incorrect hole will still be in my daughter’s ear. I strongly believe this could have been avoided had more care been given.

My tooth got worst and I was swollen post what was supposed to be a treatment. This was the worst experience I have ever been through. I wish I can give negative stars

Bad experience, changing doctor in the last minute, don't inform you when your doctor to whom you make an appointment is not at work.waist of time

The staff hardly speaks English and does not know how to use the equipment. They often do not even understand each other! The reception doesn’t know which doctor does what: they can schedule an appointment with an adult doctor for a child and vice versa. The clinic is dark and shabby, the equipment is old (e.g. No panoramic x-ray in the dental department).

Worst medical center ever, they have ignorant medical staff who know nothing about medications and they can’t even do the basic data entry to send the full prescription correctly!

I am very thankful to Dr. Ammar Al Azzam - Internal Medicine for taking care of my cough and colds. Medicine he prescribed is very effective. I love the way he take care of his patient.

I highly recommend doctor Ammar for internal medicine. He takes time to examine and adapt the treatment. He always reassures the patient. You can ask him 100 questions he will take time to explain to you from a scientific and medical point of view and with a simplified manner on how your body reacts and the effect medication on your body.

I visited armada medical centre for my daughter's ear piercing. Nurse baseema was absolutely amazing.very calm and cooperative. My daughter was sleepy and crying but she handled her wonderfully well. Thankyou so much.
As for the piercing, they use a numbing cream so you really don't feel much.

Really like how they treat me. Dr ghanwa is the really best doctor. Really appreciate how she take care of the patient. And the facility was so clean and tidy really hats off to housekeeping Will advice others also to visit armada.

I was in Armada through Tshering my husband. Was having pain in Ear for 2 days and I meet with ENT Dr Faranaha she was a great dr After her treatment I got relief from pain. Have visited clinic last week Dr. Arfan Tabba Knowing in advance that i have certain amount in my insurance which is covering dental requested to do my tooth (was required root canal and feeling)
At first day they did my teeth x-ray, and here we go…. Was informed that about 5 teeth has to be filled.okay… no problem… then next day when got an insurance approval came to fox it, and idk why the process started from cleaning and whitening (by the way which i didn’t plan but it was send for approval and deducted from amount) then was informed that whitening coverage is not full and have to pay 388 AED extra, as it was discounted and need to get my chance… before whitening I've asked Dr.if its safe and i would not like to to ZOOM Whitening as my teeth ar sensitive.he said yes it will not damage my teeth and he is not using ZOOM, and till today since this procedure i cant eat and drink hot and cold as sensitivity has been increased and i have pain and have some new stains on my teeth. Of course i regret! But this is not a beginning…
Tooth by tooth he started to do and he discovered and informed me that extra tooth has to be refilled, for what i request to send to insurance and he said, oh there is no limit and we have to do
with extra cost, ok… there is no option and i was already with open tooth.so agreed to pay, another 480 AED (while clinic was running promotion 320 AED). Was surprised and of course asked, for what they where just whispering something behind my back and then they said: ”sorry we don’t know what’s promotion and the 480 rate for patients with insurance… but strange, i have paid directly… and no answer.so for 1st day left there 1250 AED and when asked for invoice, secretary lady was too lazy and tired to print it, she just said-ah mam i will give tomorrow…
Next day.finally Dr started to pay attention to tooth for which i came from day 1, and he sad oh u need to do one more x-ray as i don’t remember which tooth it was so we have to make sure that we will do it properly… okay, again i accepted. After that he said, insurance covers only root canal but not filling… can i guys imagine? ! I’ve asked how much- and then amount has been increased for 56O AED… what to do… i need to fix it hoping that at least pain will go…and it went, but now after his hand i have pain in whole mouth… after filling of teeth which were not disturbing me at all.i cant eat and cant drink.

I had also extraction procedure left of 2 wisdom teeth but cancelled it as i am really afraid to go and to be charged more.as my insurance was used for services i didn’t request

So, have left there a lot of money for what was done…having pain and disappointment. And till today have daily pain…

If someone still wants to go kindly request for clear work scope and what will be applied for insurance coverage …

Also Management Director and Stuff is so rude and unprofessional! After requesting of refund they have said that they will refund only promotion amount to me. BUT I HAVE PAID NOT A PROMOTIONAL AMOUNT!

Me and my colleagues visit the clinic for PCR Test on a regular basis. We are often attended by Simmy, she was helpful, professional with the service and procedure done very quickly.

It took 45 mins (7: 45 PM to 8: 30 PM) to register a patient information. Most horrendous experience at any reception ever. Inexperience staff!

The team needs to visit "A category" hospital eg: AZH and learn best practices to reduce waiting times at reception.

As a customer I have not seen such kind of wait time. Even though they were having only one patient ahead of me in last 45 mins of waiting.

Don't visit this center. Warning!

Great experience with doctor Arfan Taba at the dental clinic. Got my teeth whitened in 20 minutes with no pain at all. The staff there are very friendly and professional

I used their PCR testing centre few times. To be fair results always came quite fast, via sms and email and the nurse is very gentle and polite. But you need to do something about the reception lady, she does not know how to speak to people, even the simplest question she doesn't want to answer. She didn't even know what DHA is.

Worst place ever to get a PCR test. It's totally chaos there.
After 24 h I still didn't get my results and don't even try to call cause no one is picking up

Didn’t get our tests back in 24 hours. Waiting room full of people saying they haven’t had their tests in 48 hours + multiple people have missed flights

I visited the armada pcr unit.the Arabic lady on the reception is too rude and unprofessional.she does not know to handle the clients.shouting and showing arrogant behavior to the clients over there. All the other staffs are well behaved.also the nurse took the sample very gently and was kind too.but the reception lady is too horrible.

I have taken treatment from Armada Medical center. I appreciate the service they provided.

This was my first time at Armada Medical Centre and I was treated by Dr. Aprajita. I was treated for a tooth extraction and cleaning and I had a great experience with her. She is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Very professional and really knows what she is doing. As far as the administrative staff is concerned, they were quick to get any approvals needed for the treatments. I would totally recommend Armada medical centre and Dr. Aprajita for their dental services.

As a first time i booked appointment with dr Aprajita for my husband's teeth issue.i loved the way she explained the condition as well as the treatment she had given.

My experience with this hospital is on the highest level, especially with Dr. Dejan Ognjenovikj who is gynecologist there. He is very polite and explanatory about my problem. I warm recommend this doctor and this hospital for every women in Dubai with different symptoms. His therapy help me in the level that I will not need operation as previous three different gynecologist told me to make three different kind of operation. God bless him. Longest waiting time before being seen.

Booked for 1pm and was seen by 1.40pm by the nurse, and 2pm by the doctor.

The nurses and doctors are friendly. However, they take a very long time to call back to take my test, I had to call them back after 6 hours for them to tell me that the insurance is approved. And I have been waiting for my test results for the past 2 days. And I have called them 4/5 times. Therefore, I am not happy with their service.

Dr. Sahar Sawaf is ENT Specialist, she is professional and Academic doctor, she examined my mother in professional way, highly recommended.

I had a Covid-19 PCR test done here. I've booked an appointment, but it wasn't too busy and you could probably just walk-in. I was there at 10am and got the result at 7pm same day. Recommended!

I've always been afraid of doctors, needles, scalpel,
and hospitals until I have done a procedure with. Dr. Basel Nasrallah. It was painless, quick, yet very efficient. He was very professional yet super friendly too. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs to see a General Surgeon.

Worst center ever, very bad customer service I just need lab results and it took forever to get it. If need lab test don’t go there.

One of the best staff nurses in the area. Very accommodating and fast during my consultation. Doctors are very qualified. Everything was done smoothly. Highly recommended.

I really HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND this clinic for anyone after my visit. Long time I was very sick with fever and temperature, flu nose and very suffocating cough, I wanted emergency, but this clinic doesn't have emergency, in this condition unfortunatelly the sick patient isforced to wait the appointment with doctor, what is really not good. I got a very hard level of acute form tonsillitis, but the doctor Muhand al Anssari just was laughing in my face, he didn't focus on me as on very sick patient.
In my prescription he wrote wrong diagnosis and just mentioned there "Pain in throat". In reality i didn't have pain there and I told him that. Regarding medicine he advised me in same prescription just "Claritine' what is usually taken when allergy and "Nasivin" nasal drops what is really very weak during such sick condition. Is it jokes? Should be more strong medicine treatment to recover the patient. But in this place unfortunatelly doctors don't care, just doing the view.very dissapointed from my visit and in that sick condition I was forced to go to another place where a doctor, who noticed directly my very bad condition, he have set for me right diagnosis and wrote in my prescription really proper medicne as antibiotics, even injection, tablets and others.
I regret in Armada I'm being in sick condition paid money for nothing. Exuse me, but this is really sad truth.

We got my one-year old daughter’s ears pierced here and I’m really happy with the overall experience and the result. Surprisingly for me, it was completely painless, as my daughter didn’t make a sound when her ears were pricked. The male nurse applied some numbing cream 15 minutes prior to the procedure and there were two more nurses entertaining my baby to distract her from the procedure. While we were waiting for the appointment, my extremely active and loud toddler boy was busy playing in the kids area. Besides, we met a really nice Russian speaking Gynecologist who turned out to be very sweet and informative. She made some recommendations to us even though we didn’t have any appointment with her. Thanks to all the staff for the great experience!

موضفين الاستقبال قمه في الاحترام لاكن للاسف غير متعاونين مع جميع العملاء بداعي ان د. اوسامه غير ملتزم في العياده وهو فقط مؤقت.

وعند الاتصال موضفين الاستقبال غير مهنين لدرجة ان توجد موضفت استقبال لا تريد اخباري عن اسمها في الاتصال.

Great hospital, amazing doctors and whenever I come the receptionists are so friendly. I come here every time I’m sick and I’m always left satisfied.

I went to this place for Dental cleaning and scaling some time ago because they were giving a good offer for 100 AED only. Once seated the cleaning and scaling was very fast and poor quality nevertheless the dentist told me I had three cavities that could be fixed on the same day. I intimated the dentist not to open any of my teeth as in my opinion it wasn't possible since I rarely had cavities and I was visited by another dentist few months before and asked double-check. Then the dentist tried to sell me whitening in a very insistent way, I paid and left. Lately I went to another dentist considered to be one of the best in Dubai, I had X-Ray and proper check up, obviously he confirmed I have no cavities today. Those three cavities I was diagnosed in Armada must have healed spontaneously.
