Iranian lady Masnan was excellent, did upper back and head massage, she adjusted soft or strong the way i wanted and did really great job, would recommend always

I am using their services for more than 8 years weekly. I guess this is the feedback that someone can give it. Very professionally, clean and friendly.
Looking forward to go back in the following days.

I have been a client for Armada spa for almost 5 years.
Their service and customer service generally is getting worse and worse.
On Saturday I texted them to find me an available slot with my therapist Grace for next week. The lady offered me Monday 5 pm but forgot to put it in the system. I arrived there and according to them had no appointment and my therapist was also sick.
They offered me treatment free of charge until I was waiting for another therapist to finish her client. The ladies there do not speak English very well, can not handle the situation or complains, every few minutes she was calling the manager what to do. I asked them to put the music, their reply was how you want to have a music, we have no music. I asked the therapist to switch off the AC. She said ok, done. AC was on all the time on auto with 20 degrees. I was so cold that i didn't even finish my massage.
I got a new therapist and I doubt she is the massage therapist by profession.
I truly regretted that I agreed to do treatment.
Grace is the best therapist there, very professional and with a nice attitude.
She is the only reason I kept coming there. Pity she was sick on that day.
I doubt I will ever come back.

They used to have great nail technicians but they shifted to another company i guess, if we are talking about cozy its a yes! Ul find comfort in this place, Marites gave me a great massage when i came visit 2 thumbs up, Hazel is great warm and accommodating great hair stylist btw, but they have this lady i believe her name is Monique a bit shabby, she choose who she want to greet or welcomes just saying used to be a regular customer shes not really good to me, saw how she welcomes other guest never the same to me.

Jean is the best at Massages and Facials. Best facial in Dubai and very good price also. Worth a visit

I have been residing in Armada 1 for 1 month, and it has been a living hell for me. I cannot express how rude, impolite, inhumane, careless and inconsiderate my landlord is, he prefers that we live in a rotten place rather than bother fix all the bugs (in case you come across someone with such qualities renting at Armada). After 2 pest controls, cockroaches have been roaming the apartment everywhere, even found one on my head (no joke). Bad facilities, no maintenance, and I cannot begin to describe the HIDEOUS garbage smell on the 18th floor. I also checked other floors in the building, each has a worse smell then the other (beware of the 5th floor, worst of all). Reception people are very nice and welcoming, no noise overall. As for gym and pool, they've been here probably since WW1. But other than that, I advise you check everything and make sure you don't face the same issues I had. I am counting the days till I get out of here.
