A very very very good restaurant we were there several times and it was always perfect I can only recommend it and the ambience and the terrace are incredible and we got a tour of the kitchen Thank you
We dined with 5 people and took a tasting menu with wine pairing. We expected really that this will bring a good experience after dining out multiple times with 1 Michelin stars restaurants through out Dubai and even dined out with the three restaurants that hold 2 Michelin stars. We didn’t have a good food experience, very disappointed and not worth the money, we paid 7,500 aed. Better take ala carte menu. We end up returning all our fish dishes, the server said it was sea bass (but when the chef came out) it was cod actually. Taste very grainy with foul smell (as if its a day old). The chef was kind enough to gave us meat instead. The waiting time was really too long for a dish to come out. Service was a bit disorganized and needs improvement. You pay for the view in this restaurant not about the food.
This restaurant is beyond 5 star. Well worth the rich flavoured food. The taste buds were tantalised by the succulent fresh choice of gourmet food. Highly recommended. A trip to Dubai without sampling the food here is incomplete.
A unique experience! It's already a great feeling to eat inside the Burj Khalifa, but the food here makes the difference. Everything impeccable. Dishes prepared and served without a single mistake, everything perfect. It's worth it. Have your coffee served on the terrace and, if you arrange to have your coffee at the time of the last show of the water fountains under the skyscraper, you can enjoy the show from above.
Very good restaurant. Thank you Mohei for your service. The taste of black truffle is very authentic? The texture of the steak is also very soft. The perfect dinner.
The best Japanese restaurant in the town. Little bit pricy, but it is well worth. Can enjoy a wonderful view of Dubai mall fountain. Perfect place for a date.
We had dinner for four people at the ristoriante of the hotel armani dubai. Restaurant that is truly worth it, but without a doubt the service was superb. We were served by Prem Tamang, a wonderful service, which greatly improved the dinner.
It was wonderful experience from the restaurant team till the last second. The service was on top level, the food was amazing, every dish was so great and tasty.
It was vegan and dairy free options. Nice atmosphere. Amazing view on the fountains.
We loved this place and definitely will come back. One of the best food experience In dubai
Good Indian restaurant with delicious food. Located in Burj Khalifa, the views of the Dubai Fountain are amazing with regular fountain shows. Also just a suggestion, go for the outdoor seating option. The food was authentic Indian delicacy. The deserts were too good, try the Exotica and/or Chocolate Molten. The staff was kind, helpful an prompt. Overall this experience should be on your Dubai bucket list.
Hashi is located at the ground floor of Burj Khalifa and right in front of the Dubai Fountain, I had the 6 courses Omakase (650 AED) and the sashimi is the part that I love the most, the only con I might have was hoping to have 4/5 varieties instead of 3 for the Sashimi course. But still, highly recommend if you are going out with a date or family members.
Superb dinner (exclusive degustation), with nice wines and very helpful and friendly staff/waitors. Really delicious italian style food, with luxury ingredients.
Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining. Hospitable service, (special thanks to Soham and Prem), delicious dishes cooked by the chef Giovanni, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again. Overall an amazing experience and not to forget the view of the beautiful fountain show! Service 10/10 Food 10/10 Ambience 10/10
The food was awesome. I haven't had any Indian cuisine this yummy. The atmosphere is the highlight. AED 1000 will be the minimum for two people. A perfect place for couple. Expensive and luxurious. There was this Indian guy named Mr. Nishad he absolutely took care for us. It was my birthday and he given a pastry and a rose. I love that personalized touch.
This place is beautiful and the service is great but food was disappointing. The highlights is the water fountain show that is clearly visible from the outdoor seating area. It was a treat and if I had to rate this place by service and location only it would be 10/5 it’s amazing! Now to food which is kind of core to my existence:), they insisted and veered me towards the set menu and I was told since I don’t like meat and prefer seafood plus vegetarian they will customize it for me. I kept saying it’s a lot of food for one person but they sounded convincing and also went on to say that anise menu is for guests who prefer spicy food and I was sold. I was specifically asked about food allergies and I told them I disliked cheese though I have no allergies towards it. I told them I detest eating it and they seem to have taken notes. The first course was 4 appetizers. I grilled tiger prawns, one cod fish grilled, one sea bass grilled and some salad. The prawn was grilled to perfection, the cod fish was delicious but the sea bass was like rubber because I felt it was stale fish. Next course was total dampening. The chef sent cottage cheese gravy (I don’t eat cheese), shrimp curry - shrimp had melted into the curry because Of over cooking, fish Moily - was ok, dal Makhni - I didn’t enjoy, raita - I loved, saffron rice- cooked to perfection, 2 kind of rotis (bread). So basically I enjoyed saffron rice and Raita. The dessert was rasmalai, jamun, raspberry sorbet and fruits. For food and taste - 3 stars, the service team - 5, ambience - 5, I would rate them 3.5 stars
Armani/Amal is an Indian restaurant which is primarily located in Burj Khalifa, Dubai. It has got excellent ambiance, in the evening one can enjoy fountain show while having dinner. Quality of food is most ordinary and nothing special to mention. Starters we’re just ok, main corse totally disappointed & deserts were much below the expectations. Service was dead slow, after the main course, Armani/Amal took just 40 minutes to serve desert. There are many restaurants in Dubai which serve much better food.
It’s a shame to waste this amazing view for nothing. We did reservation one week in advance. We were told a table on the terrace is upon availability. Who comes first get it first. We arrived to the restaurant at 6: 50 pm and it was absolutely empty. It’s was a bad sign already (Go to zuma- people staying in line to get inside at this time). We were told all the tables on the terrace are reserved and we were seated inside. After 40 minutes when only 10 customers were in the restaurant, they moved us to the terrace. The food is a disaster. How is it even possible to spoil artichoke? You can ask the chief there. We order burrata with artichoke and truffles. The artichoke was raw and it didn’t match with other ingredients at all. The langoustine with aubergine was ok but nothing special. I would never order this again. Octopus was like chewing gum. Tiramisu … Pompey tiramisu in Rome for 5 € is much better than what we tried in Armani. I left the restaurant hungry. Portions are not small but you don’t want to eat this and I didn’t take a risk to order something else not to be more disappointed. At the end I finished box of pringles in the room after dinner in this restaurant. Sorry guys, I would not recommend this place. Worst experience in Dubai
One of the most beautiful and nice hotel in Burj Khalifa. The taste of the food are nice and delicious. You need to wear mask to enter this hotel. The outer view is awesome. You can also enjoy the fountain show. All kind of food available here. Also the staff behaviour is awesome and friendly. So go once and enjoy the hotel.
An amazing view on the fountain from the Burj Khalifa although you miss out on the lights show on the Burj itself so you should also observe the fountain show from another point. The Armani hotel and the restaurant are beautiful to see design wise. The Indian food was great but our experience was somewhat mixed as the staff allowed our nearby table to blast music from their phones, an anti-social behavior that wouldn't and shouldn't be allowed at any restaurant.
Stylish, gorgeous, must visit! These are not just words. Every tiny thing in the restaurant and hotel in general are designed with the touch of style and chic. When visiting restaurant you are going through fine lit hotel lobby on purpose to feel the atmosphere of Armani universe. As far as the restaurant itself it has an amazing vantage point at the Dubai fountains shooting their tons of water every 30 mins. The food selection is just what it should be in original Italian restaurant - short but exquisite. Lobster pasta and vongole pasta are definitely worth ordering. Burrata with gold coating is a great find for instagrammers;) Vitello tonato - you’d probably fail to find such a taste even in Italy. When leaving the restaurant do not forget to grab some chocolate sets passing by the choco boutique.
Overrated and poor service. Didnt hold the table for a birthday surprise by the window even though for the hour we were there they had an empty table. I asked the hostess to be moved as it wasn't being occupied but she kept disappearing very disappointing. The coffee was very bitter and the sausages very salty. The french toast is actually a third of a toast. Also the furniture was worn and scratches on the mirrors etc. I was really suprised even the table cloths had creases. They should be embarrassed by the standard.
lovely place i even requested a seat on the terrace which i got but changed my mind after a while due to the wind
regards to the decor its lovely but that's as far as it gets
i had to order from a set menu which was a surprise
We were Served a starter platter each which was okay but not what we expected
Seekh kebab were full of ginger
I ended up ordering extra lamb chops and some shrimps which were half decent but couldn't complaint because of the occasion
Then came the mains which were bland and tasteless and had a putrid smell of gone off yogurt
i requested the waiter to remove this as the smell and the blandness had put us off even the nan was hard which came out fresh 1 minute ago
obviously we are angry right now but to make things worse i ordered my son a portion off fries which i can see a chef in the kitchen nibbling through, not what i expected at the Amal especielly through a glass window between the dining room and the kitchen
i did bring my wife a huge cake which i was going to share with all the staff at the Amal but unfortunately i it requested back untouched as this meal had ruined her birthday and that left me well embarrassed
i was charged near enough to £95 at the end because i ate the starters but the manager didn't want to it off as it would potentially cost him his job
so left it at that and i left
LEARNT A LESSON, NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER i've had a better meal in Naif and Karama than what i had in Amal
Amal please redesign your menu which will attract life long customers not one timers:)
South indian cuisine isnt what you want in Amal you that East indian Touch mixed with Punjabi cuisine
and if you need any tip in how to do that please message me i have more than 15 years in this industry
Super awesome ambiance, views, service, and food. Staff had been excellent - full marks to Faraz, Manoj, Shabeeba. Very humble. As soon as you enter Burj Khalifa entrance, you are mesmerized. Then Armani Hotel lobby. As soon as you get inside restaurant, the 180 deg View of Dubai Mall, Fountains, Business Bay + Tall view of Burj Khalifa - you are totally jammed.don't have proper words. Had an amazing evening. Can't have it better. A must-visit!
Unfortunately I don't have a positive review. It was my husband's birthday we wanted to celebrate in a special place me, my husband and my 2 kids aged 17 and 9. We called and booked a table and asked for rules and dress code and everything and we booked. After a couple of hours we received a call from the restaurant telling us they can not accept us because the minimum age for kids is 10, when we asked for the reason they said because of alcohol. Which didn't make any sense so at the age of 9 they are not allowed but 10 are allowed for alcohol? Then she said actually it is not for the alcohol kids are not welcomed because they make noise and disturb other guests. But a 9 years old is not a crying infant. We were really upset, offended and found it unfair. Because first of all a 9 years old is not considered an infant who makes noises and second of all they did not mention anything during the reservation. Very unprofessional and very upsetting I don't think I will ever want to go there, their mentality was upsetting. I don't want to be in such a place.
Soham was definitely the highlight at Ristorante! We went to dinner for my partner’s birthday and although we had high expectations from Armani, Soham had made sure that the restaurant had met as well as exceeded all our expectations.
My partner did not like the pigeon option for the set menu and Soham made sure she could find an alternative that she could enjoy equally in a matter of minutes!
I used to go to Amal Armani for every special occasion, however, Ristorante has definitely earned that title now.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have an amazing night out, whilst enjoying amazing food led by an experienced team of staff such as Soham. Jenzy and the rest of the team were equally as good.
Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambience: 10/10
I don’t give out 10s easily but Ristorante has definitely deserved it!
This place is great. The food is truly excellent, but the atmosphere is just perfect too. You can feel the difference in the restaurant with the new head chef, he makes people welcome, creates an atmosphere of calm tranquility whilst delivering exquisite food. The restaurant really is a cut above many of the local alternatives in Downtown - which takes some doing!
We did a course here learning how to cook Japanese cuisine from chef Jimmy. He is a Korean but has 25 years experience here in the hotel. His teaching is interesting and I learnt a lot not only about cooking but also the stories behind each dish. He even showed how to do the grill, maki rolls and where to get best ingredients for Asian food. Overall it was a great afternoon staying at Hashi, I think I will come back again some time. The coconut cake as dessert is tasty btw. (Photos are by the other participants)
Me and my friend went to dine for lunch, it was a fantastic experience! Good food, ambiance is superb and the service is flawless! Highly recommended. Thankyou all! Specially to Ms. Jenzy and Maria for making us feel special! And to Mr. Raj for our refreshingly soft, wakeful and civil drinks.
Wonderful views and exquisite food! The service was sensational and we had very individual attention from the team. Such a lovely, unforgettable evening!
We were told it was fine to use the entertainer when we booked it. When they rang to confirm the reservation on the day they then informed us that it is actually only available on the set menu and not the main courses as advertised and worse of all they spoke to my husband like he was a complete moron for not magically knowing that it was only available on the set menu when they are the ones that listed it as 2 for 1 on mains ️
This really is a wonderful gem. Amazing quality food, friendly, welcoming staff and great atmosphere. The food was incredibly delicious and we all left with huge belly’s and smiles on our faces. The residents of Dubai are lucky to have this on their doorstep. Recommended.
Dined here several years back and it was great. Visited again yesterday as a party of 4 and had a horrible experience. The food, particularly the sushi was among the worst I ever had. We told the waitress, she didn't seem surprised nor concerned. I rarely review, I felt compelled to given how bad our experience was.
Let's start with the best feature of this restaurant: the desserts are simply amazing!
Next best feature is the incredible full view of the fountains dancing in front of your very eyes.
Wine list comes 3rd. Very well selected with many good gems. Unfortunately the concept is 'take 1 bottle and pay for 10'. I don't understand why this is necessary. I would have had a bottle instead of just a glas, if wine was priced like in the rest of the modern world.
And service is impeccable.
Now for the food. I had decent 'brasserie standard' lamb shank, but coming here for fine dining, I was disappointed. Next time I know what to expect and I will let people decide for themselves on this matter. Bread selection here is very good ️
Ending on a positive note the restaurant participates in 'U by Emaar' program and even the lowest tier gets you 10% off the bill
We have frequented Hashi for at least six years now. We believe Hashi is the best place to enjoy Japanese food in Dubai. We took some guests for dinner and again Chef Jimmy and his team did not disappoint. Foods and services were excellent and our guests were deeply impressed. The restaurant is not cheap but definitely gives very high quality, not to mention that the view of Bujr Khalifa and the fountain are amazing.
I don’t think their price match the food quality only the location can justify its high price. I have been to cheaper restaurants with much better taste. View is very nice. Taste is just ok, very bad compare to other Fine dinning Japanese restaurants around the world I had before. They don’t have Otoro, only normal tuna that doesn’t taste fresh. Chicken thighs is over cooked. Their shrimp tempura is not authentic at all, they put mayonnaise on it, to me it’s more like fried food you can get at McDonald. The soup is spilled all over the plate and spoon when they served it, a bit cold too. Not a good experience. Only thing that taste ok is uni nigiri, but if they can wrap it with dry nori warp it will be better.
One of the best Indian restaurants in the Emirates and the best in the external location, which is located in the heart of Dubai on the third floor of Burj Khalifa it’s overlooking the fountain, and is considered one of the Indian restaurants with spicy food and good for fans of very hot Indian high quality cuisine.
It was a good experience with a blooming night.warm welcome.chefs are sooo friendly, staff is soo nice.we had enjoyed our dinner, the service was soooo fantastic and love it.everything on time and so perfect, food was sooo amazing, one thing to highlight about sake that we choose. We chose one premium sake and some cocktails.all other drinks came on time except the sake.we want it hot because the waitress explained to us about the hot sake, how good it on this weather but unfortunately it took very long time.we hope to come back soon and I hope this kind of situation will be fine in near future.and thank you for everything see you soon.
Chef Jimmy is the best. He can make all sorts of food for you. The sound system needs improvement as it feels like there is no DJ and the speakers distort sound.
Armani Amal is one of the most extravagant Indian restaurants in Dubai, located at the Armani Hotel with gorgeous views of the Burj Khalifa. The interior is elegant with simple modern vaulted arches throughout the dining hall. The Chefs make sure that the traditional spirit of Indian food stays alive by using authentic ingredients and cooking methods to create some of the best indian food we've tasted. The Kothmir Jhinga and Murgh Makhni were our favorites!
This is one of my Favourite restaurants in Dubai. The ambiance, the decor, the colour scheme, it all screams out sheer elegance and class. The food is also delicious. I have maybe been to mani about 5 times and each time it does not disappoint. I love it and if you want to feel special, then dine here.
This is one of the most spectacular dinner experiences in Dubai. Not only is the selection of food from the buffet unsurpassed, but the view is right in front of the light and fountain show which tales place every 30 minutes. You are literally at the base of the Burj Khalifa. The ONLY reason I did not give it 5 starts, is that they charged me $20.00US for a single beer! If you can live with juice and water, it is truly a 5 star experience.
The place is excellent not everywhere you can have sushi in a restaurant next to the tallest building in the world and with the scenery of the dancing fountain next to the mall. The food is delicious every plate is elaborated in an excellent way.
Went here for a meal with my fiance the day after we got engaged in Dubaj and can honestly say it is the best restaurant I have visited in terms of overall experience (food, service, settings, views) The indian food was absolutely delicious and the best I’ve had. Being of indian heritage i’d like to think I know what good authentic indian food tastes like and this really was the best i’ve had Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Dubai. The views outside on the decking are also truly amazing!
We had a very bad experience. Had reserved a table. Their staff called thrice to inform us that we need to spend atleast dhs. 150/ in the rest. Bad manners if we cudnt afford we wud not have booked. We cancelled our booking and went to a better place.
Great menu with perfect prices. Very friendly nice staff. Well decorated place with pretty view for outside tables. It’s was great experience and I would love to go back there again.
Absolutely amazing meal. We were a bit wary regarding cost due to the reviews, however for what we ate/drank I feel the price was justified and didn’t at all feel it was expensive, I would say standard for Dubai. We shared a starter, had a cocktail each and a main each with rice & NaN each.we were 640 AED and that included 2 XL bottles of water. The views of the fountain were phenomenal. Area for you to go outside and watch all the showings of fountains. The staffs service was brilliant! The best kiwi Martini ever! Best Indian I’ve ever ate.will absolutely be back!
Top class restaurant The atmosphere Made us have a romantic evening Very beautiful restaurant with highly professional staff. The food quality is in line with the brand expectations. Amazing view of the fountains and burj Khalifa on the back
I wouldn't recommend it for food to be honest. I went there today and tried their food and drinks. Drinks were ok. Embi, was upset with us because we made a second order. So what!? Throughout the night I felt so uncomfortable. The music wasn't Japanese! It was disco tech type. Lols. Everyone walks everywhere, the cleaners etc. Food was too oily and too spicy. I couldn't feel anything about Japan. I wanted to have an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Very sad. Its the worst Armani restaurant ever. I tried the Italian restaurant there and it was a delight.
The restaurant had high ceilings and was elegantly decorated; with perfect views of the Dubai fountain as well as the open kitchen where you can watch the chefs at work. The Branzino fish we ordered as a main was the highlight of the meal as it was tender and delicious. The other dishes were also a delight.
Service completed and accompanied the meal perfectly from the manager Massimo, hostess Janelle and our waiter (s). They helped execute a special moment for our night and I can’t be thankful enough! Will definitely return the next time we are in Dubai!
