The worst customer service never order anything online from them.the most rude owner and staff I have come across.they talk to you as if they are doing a big favour on you. No delivery slots mentioned on website so they deliver when they feel like not as per customer request, absolutely no communication and ready to cancel order at a finger tip. No apologies nothing infact they tell you how wrong you are.

Yes you agreed to deliver to me after I called your shop and when I said I will write a review you said I will deliver at 12 my timming as mentioned in your comment is before 11.30 that is also according to your convenience I also have all the chats but unfortunately the call conversation with your staff is not recorded where she refused to deliver initially it is me who msgd you on FB messenger to discuss your staff attitude you dint even apologies for your staff being rude so your staff had my request from 10 in the morning when I called I was told that delivery will be not done at the time mentioned did u even bother call to tell as per your request it will not be done no it when I called that your staff told me so don't say it s falls accusation even on this review you only want to just prove how customer is wrong and you all all right yes I cancelled because I don't want my puja flowers to come from a shop that is so rude and accusing their customers and threatening them with law.

I ordered flowered arch for my Ganapati. I am very happy with them. No hassles. Arch was exactly the way shown in pictures by them. I am coming to them next year too for Ganapati.

Couldn't have asked for more. Having a personal loss in the family, flowers from Arpan brought a smile on my mom's face. The packaging, quality of flowers is perfect. Very flexible and friendly staff. Thanks a lot team, this meant a lot to us as a family.

Poor communication. Their website mentions Pooja services and arrangements for Pooja at home. When contacted on provided what's app number response was almost nil. Still waiting for a proper reply. What's the use of mentioning products but unable to provide or communicate

They are very good and flexible in terms of their service. They arranged Panditji, samaghri, including utensils, electric stove as rent and God's frame. I was shifting to new apartment and I didn't had anything as I recently moved to Dubai. They took care of everything, it was hassle free. Great experience with them. Kudos to their team.

They have a very poor response to the message and if responses are poor - I am assuming then deliver and service would be the same as well.

Amazing flower delivery services in Dubai. I wanted Indian flowers for my puja and they organised and helped me with everything I wanted. The flowers were fresh and the service was top notch.

Small Shop which caters to the very indian requirement of religious products required from day to day basis to festive needs - A friend wanted to check this place so that he can pick up Gnesh & Laxmi idols for upcoming DIWALI, he landed up buying literally everything from this place. Worth the view.

Last minute i landed here for my Ganesh puja shopping, i was looking for fresh flowers and yes i was surprised when i went inside, this place has got all the flowers one need for pujas and that too in well condition unlike other shops where u find the flowers wilted. Other basic puja samagris are also available here, these guys have got home delivery option as well. For murthis one can place orders well before hand or buy some as well on the spot.
