We had an amazing experience at Art clinic after we had the worst experience at Orchid. What a breath of fresh air. I felt straight away comfortable and taking cared of when I arrived in Art clinic. You get the most personal care and Dr. Baris will not try to sell IVF to you but tries all different options first. We had a wonderful experience at ART Fertility Dubai and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a friendly and professional team to help them. We actually just passed by one day, without an appointment. We had just visited another clinic for a consultation, and were not very comfortable with the way things were there. On our way home we called in at ART and asked if we could have a quick look around the facility, and were warmly greeted by all the staff. We immediately liked the calm and tranquil waiting area, a stark contrast to the chaotic nature of the previous clinic. Mr Parth gave us a guided tour of the whole facility, and explained how everything worked. The facilities are first class. It is quite a small clinic, but has a more bespoke feeling about it than some others, which we felt comfortable with. He arranged a consultation for the following week with Dr Carol Coughlan, who was so friendly, understanding and kind. She gave us 90 minutes of her time, and patiently explained the whole process to us, step by step, writing several pages of notes and diagrams for our benefit. We had a huge feeling of confidence after that consultation, and we felt that we had found the best clinic and best doctor to help us. We started our treatment almost immediately, and at every step of the way, the doctor and all the staff, from the nurses, reception team, the embryologists in the lab and even the car valets, were exceptionally friendly and made us feel positive. We have been blessed and are over the moon with the results, as are now 17 weeks pregnant after our first attempt at IVF. A huge thank you to Dr Carol and all the team at ART Fertility Dubai.

Lovely new clinic with easy parking out the front. All staff are friendly and you don’t feel like just another number, they all remember you by name. We were with Dr Carol who was extremely knowledgeable and set the right protocol for me for the best results. She was very patient with my cycle which was a bit unpredictable. To say we are beyond thankful is an understatement. This is by far the most professional fertility clinic I have visited. I chose Prof. Baris as my doctor because he came in highly recommended from a friend. It was our first IVF Cycle and as expected, we were extremely anxious about the process and the outcome. One important point that sets them apart from other clinics was that their facility does everything on site, from exam and blood work to a full modern and state-of-the-art operating theater. Their in-house lab enabled us to speak with the embryologist regularly - the entire team is so talented. They have world-class equipment and are highly skilled at using them. The convenience and one-stop-shop of their beautiful and convenient office, lab, and high-tech surgical theatre along with the depth of knowledge of the staff made what could have been a very stressful experience, instead an extraordinary experience that was life changing all for the better. Amazing clinic if you are looking for IVF. We travelled from India for gender selection since our family was particular about baby boy.
Dr. Carol took great care and step by step treatment. Clinic is little pricy than others but worth the care, they have inhouse laboratories and honestly outcome is whats matters. Very thankful to Mr Parth of helping us right from first phone from from India to complete journey.

Our first foray into IVF started in ART clinic in Dubai in January 2022. We’d been trying fervently to form family for over a year and despite numerous tests which showed everything to be okay, we were unsuccessful.
After the first consultation, we visited other clinics to seek more opinion/advice, as well as do cost comparison, but nowhere we felt welcome as in ART.
We went back to ART two months later & met Dr. Carol, who was very comforting and had a very human and compassionate way of dealing with and handling our case.
Finally our breakthrough came in October and we’re now 16 weeks pregnant! It's still difficult to believe, but we made it to the 2nd trimester!
Assisted reproduction is not an easy journey at all, it is mentally, physically, and financially draining. There’s little that a person or a couple can control or influence.
Looking back, we know that having access to a state-of-the-art facility and dedicated members was key in us still believing in and deciding to give it another go, despite some setbacks.
We’re earnestly grateful to the entire ART team in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Everybody treats you "as a PERSON" with extreme sensitivity, always with a smile and a nice word. You are not just a number there!

I cannot recommend ART Fertility clinic highly enough! From start to finish the whole process was faultless. The whole team are lovely from the receptionists to nurses and Doctors. All the staff when above and beyond to make myself and my husband feel welcome and at ease with the whole IVF process. The clinic it’s absolutely stunning with nice views of the Burj al arab, and you are always seen super quickly! A special mention to Dr Carol who was amazing though out my whole treatment plan! She is is extremely knowledgeable and has a lovely calm and caring way. I have even recommended some of my friends to use her. She is truly amazing at what she does! We achieved great results from the clinic, and are now expecting our first child with many embryos safely saved for more children in the future! We could not be happier. Dr Baris A very good Dr. Knowledgeable and explains to patient all the details with the future course of action. Took time to go through history and then advise the treatment protocol. The process and plan was fruitful. We were impressed he is one of the best consultant I have met in Dubai. Front desk and Nurses is also very good.

Before meeting Doc. Carol Coughlan of the clinic ART in Dubai me and my wife visited many other clinics, but we weren't satisfied from the educational experience of those doctors. Not only doctor's qualification but kindles of all stuff weren't satisfied in other clinics. BUT after finding ART clinic we met the Doctor Carol she was very very kind and accurate not only with us but with other patients (we have seen this when we was waiting our turn to meet the doctor, because we went there little bit early than the scheduled time). And when we started the conversation with her we got that she has great experience of her qualification, we understood it as we also have experience with a lot of gynecology doctors as we are planning to be a parents for six years.
At least we was satisfied after getting her consultation because she explained us in professional way all details of our problem.

I saw so many positive reviews about this clinic hence i had visited them, but our experience is rather opposite of the other given reviews.
I felt this industry is like leeches waiting to prey on weakness of individual with out any emotions & empathy.

We started our IVF journey in 2019 beginning after 3 years of marriage. Our medicals showed no issue and reason for not conceiving remained unexplained and hence decided to opt for IUI. After doing our share of research we approached ART fertility centre in JLT. We had a warm welcome and made us feel very comfortable. We were convinced to go for IVF rather than IUI because of the high success rate. And we went through the whole IVF process Initially we were asked to go for mild stimulation IVF and then overnight it was changed to High stimulation IVF. We were promised that they will do Free genetic testing, which they never did.

We were staying close by JLT and chose the clinic for travel comfort. We were in a state of shock after the payment, when we came to know that the procedure is done in Abu dhabi. For every transfer we had to travel to Abu dhabi. Treatment started. Because of over stimulation, fresh embryo transfer was not possible and had to go with FET. We had 30 plus eggs and 20 plus good quality and finally had 10 embryos.

We started our Frozen embryo transfer by mid of 2019. First transfer failed and never got pregnant. We were disappointed but decided to try once more since we had many good embryos left.
Second transfer we opted of same quality 2 embryos but they mixed up the quality and yet we got pregnant but at week 6 one embryo started showing no growth and it affected the other and resulted in miscarriage. This was because of the mixing up of embryo quality. We were heartbroken again and thought we would not go further.

But again, Doc convinced us and we decided to go one more time. Failed again and we didn't get pregnant.

We were devastated and gave up. And took a few months break. By the end of 2020, we thought let's try once more. We asked to transfer Day 5 embryo, which they didn't. Instead transferred Day 6 embryo. IVF again failed and we were clueless on what's happening. We accepted fate and decided to move on.
Meantime we did all the tests possible on earth to figure out the issue of these failed attempts. All the tests including geneticas, came out clean and said, there is no issue in us for this failed ivf.

After an year, yesterday we thought we would try one last time and approached the clinic. When we came to know that, last transfer there was a mistake that happened from their end while transferring. Also, they didn't transfer the embryo we had asked them to.

Not that we were hugely charged for a follow up, they gave extremely high transfer charges. Plus storage fees for all these years. Which was never conveyed to us at any point.

Would never recommend them. No transparency for fees. We started our journey with 5000 AED initially persuade us to opt for 25,000 aed fees package and ended up spending more than 60,000 aed. And still waiting to get more of it.

At the essence of medicine field is the human element, the idea of knowing that you deal with staff that care about your wellbeing, especially on the emotional side related to the field of fertility and IVF.
Our journey with ART Fertility Clinics was a wonderful start with an amazing Doctor Carol, and as soon we sign up for the program a roller coaster journey began.
The staff were always reactive to our concerns, there was always something that they tried to help with after the fact, lack of communication, and lack of clarity.
We have tolerated all the challenges we underwent during the few months of our program, but what really made things completely unacceptable is a phone call my spouse received out of nowhere telling her the procedure was a failure and that someone will contact us.there was nothing after that, imagine the emotional discomfort that someone go through with such an approach, there must be a more professional and considerate way of delivering such news, and at least a follow up visit to talk about next steps, what else can be done instead of total silence.
Just imagine what message should the patient get from such treatment and inconsiderate approach? !
It is a total disappointment!

I started my IVF journey with ART Fertility Clinics in 2021 and we had a couple of failed treatment with other clinics. We decided to choose this clinic because of Dr. Carol and her patient centric approach. She gave us an honest opinion about our intentions and success and she was part of our IVF journey. There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Carol. When I first started my IVF journey we all thought that I would be a relatively simple case but as time went on we realized otherwise. I had so many ups and down but Dr. Carol took the time to carve out a very individualized plan for me.
