The Quality of food is falling. Ordered yesterday Chicken Makhani (Butter Chicken) they sent uncooked raw chicken and then replaced with another chicken curry which was full of oil. Had to eventually throw all. Was wasted. Didn't expect from Art of Dum Discovery Gardens.

The best biryani i have ever had! I would definitely recommend the soya chaap biryani if you’re a fan of soya.the chicken biryani is pretty good too.the prices are a little expensive however i would say it’s worth the quantity and flavors!

We have ordered several times and tried multiple dishes from their Discovery Garden joint.they are exceptional.the quality of packaging the food is something really unique. In terms of taste, their non veg and even their veg dishes are truly authentic and lip smacking.and I must say they are decently priced for such high standards.

Very mediocre. Mostly a simple bland pulao, but does not taste like a dum biryani. Never go as per the reviews. It was hopeless.

Service not satisfied. Unfortunately tourists SIM cards was over I walked over 3 km n return 3 km to get a SIM card n they should always have planty.

Amazing home delivery, one of the best curry's I have had in Dubai, the packaging And attention to detail also was above expectations. Will be 100% ordering again!

Inept customer service and inability to solve the problem when an order didn’t reach the customer.

Placed a delivery order through one of the food ordeing apps but whennit arrived it had spilled everywhere and was not edible. Spoke to the restaurant who were amazing and started preparing, and personally delivered a replacement, despite it not being their fault.

The food tasted amazing, and the packaging is a very nice touch, showing how passionate they are about their food will definitely be ordering from them again (but will do it directly next time)

The worst place to order from.

Tried them 2 times and had a terrible experience both the times:
1. Today we ordered 3 curries and all the quantity of all the 3 curries were almost half. Felt like a tamper. So we called the restaurant to raise this up and they confirmed it’s not their regular portion. However the custome support made an serious allegation that I eat their food and then raised a compliant. No one in their sane mind would have the time and energy to do all this.
I had a bunch of 8 ppl at home for lunch and we were stuck without food for over 2 hours since order.
Really bad customer service and even worse response to a situation.

2. In my previous experience the order was deliver was completely outside the package and in the paper bag. While I do understand it could be a delivery issue and not a restaurant issue, however the customer service even in this situation was terrible. The lack fundamentals of accountability and politeness.

Would never order from them ever again.

I ordered Bombay Style Paneer Tikka Biryani today from Art of Dum (Discovery Gardens) and to my experience, it was the worse Biryani ever. The Biryani was tasteless, no salt, no condiments or spices and was embarrassing when I opened and tasted. I then informed this incident to the restaurant but no support. I requested them to kindly refund the money which they have charged immediately and take this Biryani back. I request everyone to kindly be very careful as the quality is not maintained and never ever order any food from this restaurant.

This branch of art of dum is just absolutely horrible.
The guys working at this restaurant are absolutely laid back and just make food on time. Its the 3rd or the 4th time this branch has done this. Sometimes they don't have drivers, sometimes the gas pipeline issue, sometimes they blame that they are very busy. Its just always excuses. Think twice before you order at this branch.

Ordered the Firangi Chicken Tikka Biryani and found it to be above average. Their packaging of the food for takeaway was excellent.

Probably the best Indian food delivery available in Dubai. Every dish was delicious, the portion size very generous, and the packaging and presentation of the food was on a different level to any other food delivery I’ve experienced. Highly recommended for Indian food lovers!

I ordered their most popular Paneer Tikka Biryani dish. Just One dish and packaging in a huge paper bag with lots of addons too packed very well. Biryani tasted absolutely fresh and delight. Impressive and will order again.

Just ordered food from here today. I was amazed at the quality and cleandiness. It was so tasty and packaged very well. Highly recommend

Ordered food. Called after 50 min for follow up. They lied first as they said it was on the way but when I asked them to confirm they said it hadn’t left and told me it can arrive in 30 minutes. Told them to cancel the order. They still sent the driver and the food arrived 20 min later. Already ate at home in the meantime so sent the food back. Tipped the driver for his effort. Refund not issued.

The most tasteless mutton biryani I’ve had till date. Completely avoidable. I asked the restaurant to make it spicy but then guess the message didn’t go through to the chef.
Seems like the chef even forgot to add salt and the rice had Zero aroma of mutton…

Their kebabs are not bad but then this is their worst dish ever.
Only by doing good packaging you can’t win the customers heart. Taste is also something which needs to be considered.

Have you ever been fascinated more by packaging than the food and trust me food too was on point it's just that the packaging and the thought behind the serve stole my heart.
Such a homely touch and thought behind serving this food is commendable.
I mean you don't have to run to collect cutlery they provide (One)
(Two) Curd doesn't need your bowl and it's not served in plastic so won't spill
(Three) Salad is not just some random one where there's some syrup to keep it fresh, it's simple as we have at home

It all together becomes an experience to have a meal.
Biryani was fantastic in taste simple not too spicy and well cooked.
So for anyone who craves an experience with food just like home served delivered at your doorstep I highly recommend @artofdumdubai

From Al Barsha branch i placed an order at 7.47 pm and it was showing delivery within 45 minutes. But i received my order by 9.50 pm. After 2 hours of placing the order. The worst of service. Defintely not worth the price.

I have tasted Art of Dum at my friends place before and tried again with different varieties. I ordered for Bombay style Paneer Tikka Biriyani, Egg Masala Dum Biriyani, Khyber Murgh and Soya Chap Mirchi masala through Zomato. Got the items delivered in 1 Hr.

I liked their packing materials. Biriyani was put in a Pot, Gravies in a Paper box and Raitha in a lovely Glass bottle.

When we opened the items, Biriyani were with really very nice aromatic flavors. Gravies were quite oily though. Brinjal curry was provided as a compliment.

All the items were very delicious. It was neither too hot nor too Spicy. Taste was really good. I recommend people who likes Dum Biriyani to not miss here.

Tried the art of dum for dinner after a long flight to UAE. Excellent food. Excellent presentation. Impeccable taste. I've recommended this place to friends too.

Its a new year eve and this restaurant seems to be a big disappointment to us, our order was never delivered. Surely a big turn off.

I ordered via Zomato app however my review there wasn’t updated so I came to this page to put a review as I felt it was neccesary. This is the best restaurant with amazing food and exceptional service. I highly recommend this restaurant and will order again and again. I give 5 Thank you for being amazing!

Absolutely delicious and flavourful chicken tikka biryani served in an earthen pot. Delivery was prompt by their own valet. A star for packaging including the sustainable eco friendly cutlery and good customer service by Kishen on phone. Overall a big thumbs up!

Peshawari Murgh Tikka was tender, seasoning was mild, taste was mindblowing. Chessy Broccoli was well marinated with cheese cream & was the best i had.

Murgh Makhani was silky smooth, balanced in its spices, tasted delicious, thankfully it wasn't sweet, just the way i like. Paneer tikka masala was equally good, the quantity of paneer was quite a lot, it had delicious masala. Kundan Kaliya Murgh Biryani had long grained saffron soaked basmati rice with very tender chicken pieces & indian spices. The biryani had a very nice flavour, chicken were succulent. Mirch ka Salan should not be missed, the best salan i had.

Kesar da Phirni is crushed indian rice pudding flavoured with saffron & cardamom, it had right amount of sweetness, extremely satisfying.

Overall, we had a scrumptious meal. This is the best Indian food i have had in recent times. Each & every dish was flavourful, prepared & packed with utmost care, the food had a profound flavour & nothing was over the top. Very highly recommended!

I called the Karama restaurant directly and ordered. I received the food after almost 1 hour after the delivery person messaged me for the location I wouldn't blame him as I guess he must have been stuck in traffic
Once I received the parcel I was quite impressed with the packing and thought the food would be as impressive as the package.

I requested for extra Extra spicy but both the kebabs and tikkas were not spicy at all. Also considering that they charge much more than the other good Indian restaurants here there was nothing special in the spices used. The butter chicken was also average. The only thing good was the butter garlic naan.

It was the first time I ordered from here and I am not sure if I would like to order again.

Safforn Phirni with Nuts, one of the best Indian desserts I have had in recent times

Everything was fresh and made with top quality ingredients and cooked to perfection, with impeccable presentation which could be a challenge for deliveries.
I couldn’t find a single flaw and if you enjoy & would love to try some gourmet tandoor & dum dishes these guys are definitely a must try! #highlyrecommend them.

Hi, I want to share my recent positive experience with Art Of Dum. I ordered Iftar boxes for my team, and Art of Dum kept their promise and delivered the food on time. The food was divine and delicious. The Manager, Mr Bishen, was accommodating and helping us throughout the order journey. Thank you, Art, of Dum, for making our iftar a memorable one. Great Job All

I absolutely love of the food of this place. But the customer service is pathetic. Placed an order at 9-25 pm and food came at 11-20. It was scheduled to be there within 60 minutes. When you call the restaurant they say they will check with the rider and all you back. Leave aside calling you back they stop answering your call. Then I call them from a different number and they instantly answer. And mind well this isn't an order on zomato so they can't blame it on another vendor. This was directly on Instagram. There are plenty of restaurants on dubai. Never calling food from them again.

I ordered through Zomato. They promised delivery of 30 min. The food didn’t came until 1 hours and 30 min. Still waiting. Highly shameful.

I have tried many cloud kitchen but this one literally impressed me as the packaging was excellent and food tasted superb. Loved everything so much.

Art of Dum is a cloud kitchen concept that truly stands out from the rest in terms of its packaging, precision and emphasis on minute details, food presentation even while delivery be in glass jars, earthen pot Biryani, or using eco friendly paper bowls, every single aspect of packaging was deeply thought of. Kudos to the team for that. As this has won my heart with such wonderful unique spill proof packaging.

Moving onto food, we started off with veg seekh kebabs, those were literally melting kebabs as they were super soft and went so good with dash of lime and green chutney and onion rings by the side. For the mains we had dal makhani, paneer butter masala along with roti and paranthas. Dal makhani was sent in reusable glass jar. It was thick in consistency, bang on spices, creamy and tasted so so good. With crisp lacha parantha by the side this was one toothsome combo. The paneer gravy alongside was the match made in heaven too as it wasn't overly sweet, apt and balanced flavours and spices. Then we had the veg dum Biryani in the claypot sealed with the flour. Aromatic and fragrant and delight in every bite. Sent along with mirchi ka Salan and raita. The salan was a perfect accompaniment for the spice lovers yet a great bite with the biryani.

Lastly we had dry fruits loaded Kesar Phirni, mellowed sweetness, distinct flavours and super light and devoured in a jiffy. Overall, loved the quality and quantity of the food. Though delivery was lil late but the food literally was worth waiting for. Most definitely recommended!
