Yesterday someone called rom ascentia serviced for delivering my mulkiya.the lady didnt know how to speak with the customer as if was doing favour by calling the customer.till now i have not received the mulkiya.not receiving call also since i mtrying to reach out for my mulkiya

Such a bad service.they called me to deliver my Driving licence many days no body delivering and contacting. Even though I can't contact them.we don't know when we paid delivery charge online and this type of bad services providing.

This is the worst experience you can ever get, one Indian guy gave me a call to deliver me something and he was very rude, he wanted to deliver my stuff to Emirates post and he wasn't flexible at all.when I asked a specific time and location he hangup the phone on my face.
