ماشالله كريستال عصفور شارع الشيخ زايد صدق من أفضل المحلات الي تعاملت وياهم اليوم ركبو الثريات في البيت كان السيرفس راقي وعلى الوقت والديزاينات قويه عندهم لفيت كل مكان ماحصلت احسن عنهم مشكورين على الخدمه وشكرا للمنسق/ عبدالرحمن.

I bought from them almost 2 years back and visited yesterday but sounds like same old stuff with a couple of extra models.

This place provides high quality household stuff. Super collection of goods. Super service and reasonable prices.

Asfour Crystal have a lot of new collection and long time experience in lighting field, They always take a good care of customers demand and satisfaction.

Irresponsible staff, very poor after-sale service, although the product is very good, but the poor service makes it impossible to get anything from this shop again

This is one of the nicest lighting company in UAE which provides a wide range of designs for lighting products. Will definitely recommend to everyone who is in needs of cheap but elegant designs for their home. Staffs are very accommodating and kind as well

خدمة العملاء بشكل عام اسوء شي شفته يذلونك لين يخدمك شخص واللي تتصل عليه عسب التوصيل بعد ما يرد ويتأخرون في مواعيد التوصيل يغرون جدول التوصيل على كيفهم ما يستاهل نجمه بعد

Very bad Customer service, I bought item before two months and until now the item not delivered, There is no Official appointmen for delivery, They write in the invoice the delivery within two weeks.
I had bad experience.

I visited at the day time. They were working. Stuff was looking nice. Prices were a bit more then others but looks good.

Good staff, genuine product, reasonable rates.

Feel very confident while shopping. Sales man treats was great.
