Recently I visited the dental doctor Dr. Rinsha in ASH TREE CLINIC, Meena Bazar, near to Sharaf DG Showroom as i was having a sever pain on my upper tooth due to which my mouth was swollen and i got immediate doctor care. Dr. Rinsha is professional and good caring doctor. The nurse accompanied the doctor was also superb. I would highly recommend ASH TREE ClINIC for DENTAL procedure. Thank you Dr. Rinsha

I went to this clinic because my friend recommended it. I have been ill for sometime and visited many doctors but not changing in health. I met Dr. Pramasha there and she was very professional and friendly, took time to listen and helped me to understand my problems. It is very refreshing to have someone who listens rather than rushing you out. I am so happy because besides being a good clean place it is also very pocket friendly. I would recommend this place. I am much better than before and healthy thanks to Dr. Pramasha

It doesn’t matter how good the Doctor’s are.if the front desk behaviour is not good with the customers

I did root canal from Ash-tree dentist 4 months back. Suddenly it started paining again in the same tooth. When i visited another dentist i came know that it was not done properly so again it needs to be re done. I had to pay more than what i had paid earlier.and currently i am undergoing the process again.
I do not recommend Root Canal treatment from Ash-Tree.
Money and pain.both doubled on visiting Ash-tree.due to their lack of expertise.

The employees those who are sitting in the front office, they are very careless and doesnt care anything. We are pacience coming to consult a Doctor. Please try to improve your service.
This is not a firs time experience.

I had made appointment for blood sample test for routine health check up. Initially the nurse who suppose to come didn’t turned up as they were not aware of the date and address for home visit. After giving address and the home visit for taking blood sample was re scheduled for next day at 9 am, no one got in touch with me. Upon me getting in touch to check what time will they visit, I was told that i should call some of their colleague and check with her. I have been fasting for 12 hours since 2 days coz of this disappointment experience

The services that I received from the Ashtree clinic was excellent. All the staffs and doctors are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended service

It's a good clinic providing all the support and caring, specially reception staffs is very friendly we will get insurance approval very fast. Very nice and humble doctors &nurses. Overall a good medical center. This clinic is very professional and the service here is really good.

The clinic is very reasonable in terms of cost and the reception staffs is very friendly, I am highly impressed by the services given by the nurses and doctors, I would wish all the staff members lot of success and luck and keep doing the good work they are doing for the patients and their relatives.

PCR test price is 400 Aed which is ridiculous. At a time when PCR rate is come down drastically everywhere which is max 150 at any place, they charge you 400 AED. Even during the start of pandemic it wasn't so high. They say 4 hours but you have to still wait. Unfortunately we had no idea about the rate. Services maybe good for those who don't care about money but certainly it's a ripoff.

I am calling in your toll free nos to get exact address an need appointment but your nos is just ringing with music an no one is picking. If your nos is changed so please updated on ur website. This is not the way of ur service. Bad reviews

Pathetic experience. We did CV-19 PCR test yesterday & it has been more than 30 hours now, not received our test results. When trying to reach no response. Will strictly not recommend this place for anyone.

Worst PCR test service. Accepted and confirmed home pcr test, took money but failed to deliver result and missed flight. Even worse, failed to answer either calls or mssages.

Do not book a home PCR test with these people. Horrible and rude customer service. I ordered my test for 4pm.it is now 6: 50pm but no one ever turned up or called. After many messages and calls someone picked up, she was dry as hell and not helpful. Zero customer service, told me to call back in 5 minutes but after 60 mins they are STILL not picking up or answering my messages. Going to Mediclinic drive-thru hoping they can expedite my results or I will miss work tomorrow. I hope you read this review before you book! Save your nerves!

We've booked a PCR test at home with them. And they came 1 hour 15mins later! This is not acceptable! When I book a home pcr I want everything to be done perfectly without waiting and being late to work

I had booked a group PCR test appointment for our company. The Team at ASHTREE came at the requested time to the Hotel and took the tests.
The results were shared early next day. Absolutely brilliant service. Very Professional. Special mention to Ms. Chitra.who was extremely helpful.

Visited Ash tree clinic here in bur dubai such a bad experience. After travelling a long distance and spent money on traveling. All that precious time and money have gone wasted. It came to know that this Ash tree clinic can't accept the patients. And recpition male staff doesn't know how to deal.

I called up this place for Covid-19 PCR test. I asked the executive 'What time should I come to the clinic? ' He replied to me saying, "Ma'am we don't want you to travel to the clinic, as it is not safe.there is a chance of exposure. I'll sent the team to your house or any convenient place to take the sample. " I was really amazed by this and booked the service. Well trained professional nurse visited my house and took the sample. Also, I got my report the very next morning. I am so happy with Ashtree clinic's services.

My experience is very nice with Ash Tree Clinic. Staffs are very co-operative and perfect in their work. Highly recommended.

Dr. Inisia taken care of my tooth. She rescued it and she knows what i was feeling that day. She took initiative and used her ability to fix it by not involving my other healthy tooth. By her expertise, the outcome was perfectly done and she brought back my smile. I was very happy of the result and that i am thankful i have met dr. Inisia who is caring and helpful person. Great Healthcare facility in al fahidi with excellent medical and admin staff. I visited Dr. Akhila who is highly professional and friendly. She explained my condition very well and gave proper medicine and I recovered in 2 weeks. Extremely happy with their services.:)

Very nominal price for dental, with high tech Philip- zoom whitening machine, price comparing to 80% less the other clinics.
