They are unprofessional and do not put the customer first! Not reliable. There are tons of other cleaning services which are reliable and professional. If you still want to use this company, get a back up. You will thank me later. There is "pluspoint", maidsindubai, maximumservice etc. You have lots of options. Don't depend on this unreliable and unprofessional company.

I contacted them to clean an apartment that was cleaned but needed certain things done properly because I wasn’t in town. The bed wasn’t laid right, the soap dish was left dirty, dining table wasn’t cleaned well and they hanged a dirty face towel in the bathroom. I had paid for 2 hours but the work to be done was maximum an hour cleaning if they mop. I contacted them after I saw the cleaning wasn’t done well. The lady I was chatting with on WhatsApp told me she was gna confirm with the one who cleaned that day. It has been days but I haven’t heard from them. I highly won’t recommend!
