ASPEN at Kempinski Hotel MOE is the best place to have afternoon tea. The variety & quality of tea I’ve never seen anywhere before. It tastes absolutely fantastic, beyond my expectations. Nice atmosphere, awesome place for business meeting or to meet friends or just to chill out after long shopping day at MOE. Had Ibrahim serving us at the table, very friendly & professional. It’s a place that I will definitely come again many times.

Ordered a birthday cake with Ibrahim. He was very helpful and kind, we ordered the cheesecake which was their best seller it was amazing i loved the touches he made for me and he added for me red roses all over the cake which we really appreciated.

It’s best ever Breakfast in Dubai. It’s located on the lobby of Kempinski Mall of Emirates Aspen restaurant. It’s high level dining restaurant. Perfect selection of breakfast and all food are delicious very quality and great selection of hot beverages and bakery so delicious inspiring vibes. Perfect for meetings and breakfast lunch and dinner. Beautiful interior, staff is very friendly and hospitality passionate and professionals, i will appreciate for Sameta, Ibrahim, Lin. I felt my self vey special and I had great mood for full day. Highly recommend visit this place

Great breakfast one of the yummiest breakfast i had. Their bread and scones are so fresh please keep up the good work. This place exceeded my expectations by far.

The best steak you can get in the world. And I've had steaks all over the world.
They are just amazingly cooked. We went 2 days on the trot.and it's consistent.

This cafe is somewhere inside Kempinski hotel that Mall of Emirates has an access too! This is a cafe for when you wanted to have a comfortable ambiance from the chaos inside the mall.

Their service is what you can expect a five star can give and they have such compelling interiors.

Its worth the visit I should say. Especially if you aim to converse with anyone and without too much noise from outside like cafes inside the mall.

Great place for breakfast and coffee. Loved the top notch service. Staff, they are welcoming and accommodating. We took the combo healthy breakfast and English breakfast which includes all in one. You can choose any coffee, juice or tea from the menu. Try their pistachio truffle tea.

Saw this place from Entertainer vouchers! Truly happy to have gone here for Saturday breakfast! Very friendly staff and well worth the food for 150dhs (buy 1 get 1) using Entertainer. I would recommend this place to anyone! Also their collection of tea is worth exploring.

I will plan and try out other tea they have in their store!

Spent my an entire evening in this cafe recipient of exceptional customer service from Ismael/Ibrahim? Can’t recall the name, guy with glasses. My smoothie wasn’t as specified, happily made me another. Impressed with his mannerism and desire in striving for customer satisfaction. Wonderfully peaceful environment, clean, spacious, calm atmosphere to sit and catch up on some work. 5 star all round for sure! Thanks Ibrahim! Or was it ismael? !

Great spot for coffee meetings, easy access and exit from sheikh Zayed road, they validate valet tickets, part of Kempinski hotel reception.

Didn’t try the food, but the coffee and dessert options are so nice.

Located inside the Kempinski Hotel, Mall of the Emirates. Its a nice spot to catch up for a coffee or breakfast with a friend. Very central, right next ti Virgin store and Chese cake factory. A great place to meet up most definitely. Nice pastries and cakes are available as well, prices are higher than most cafes.

Visited here with my friend for afternoon tea and it ended up being the most exciting chill spot.
Darina was working at the lobby alone but still got time to check up on all the guests! Thank you Darina for the memorable experience!

We have been to there lobby restaurant Aspen and to the new year eve Gala Dinner in Olea it was a perfect place to welcome our new year, specially Ms Saneta from the restaurant she was really giving us great vibe also she was to helpful to accommodate us in our desire table while other people was showing little bit ignorance but Ms Saneta the way she was trying we really feel so welcome and great we wish best for Ms Saneta she is a asset to Kempinski Dubai.

Staffs are nice, coffee is good but the eclair and millefeuille are both not crispy. I didn’t feel they’re fresh at all.

Waitress was rude and awfully slow for bringing menu card, serving drinks, getting the bill, even though the cafe was empty. Menu card offers fancy drinks like almdudler, but none are available - we tried to get multiple items but just coffee was available. Totally inacceptable for a cafe which serves coffee for 40 dirham. Stay away from this cafe, go somewhere else.

We were 6 ppl and one of our friends leaving the county for good instead of having a good time with her in nice place a way from the mall.this waitress give us a bad time with her attitude
She was soo rude.
The order and the bill took ages.
The food was so good by the way but we didn’t enjoy it because of this waitress.

Located inside the Kempinski Hotel in the Mall of the Emirates adjacent to the Lobby with an entrance to the Mall of the Emirates close to Dubai Ski Dubai.

The staff were friendly and helpful, although it took longer than usual to get served this morning. However, I rate this cafe five-star without hesitation. Today I had an extended breakfast meeting, the food was well presented, exactly what I ordered and cooked to perfection (as one would expect in such an establishment).

Having dined in the Aspen cafe a number of times before over the last 5 years or so, it was no less than I've come to expect. On the expensive side, nevertheless the dining experience was more than satisfactory.

It has been a very long time since I’ve received service like this in Dubai. Amal and her colleagues were absolutely incredible! During a time where there is so much restaurant competition having service like this makes it stand high above the rest! Can not recommend Aspen lounge enough. My friend and I just booked for the Valentine’s afternoon tea as we’d seen it online and thought it would be something nice to do instead of a regular afternoon tea. It was incredible but can’t stress enough it was the staff that made our experience. Will 100% be back. It will be my new ‘go too’!

We had afternoon tea in aspen restaurant first of all I would like to thanks Amal for her service and warm hospitality It was beyond expectation from Kempinski chain second place was clean and save staff wearing mask and gloves also sanitizer on the table.

Alma was an excellent server. Very thorough and pleasant. The pan fried salmon could possibly be the best salmon I've had in Dubai in the past four years. An overall delightful meal!

It was my first time in aspen, I went there based on other Zomato reviews mentioning how welcoming and friendly their staff is.
I tried their afternoon tea which was well explained by the server Named Amal, she was a sweetheart to meet, she made the experience so much more enjoyable. On my request she even gave me extra mini cookies which were delicious. Loved the food too. A complete afternoon tea experience️. Will definitely come back specially for Amal and good too

I tend to rate our experience with 2 stars, but as it was our choice to have two pieces of cake (Carrot cake and Pistachio fudge) and a Cappuccino I only can say that this was the wrong choice. (In my opinion extremely overpriced (why did we choose to have cake?). The cake did not at all meet our expectations. Frustration equals a 1 star rating. And considering the price - again - I tend to rate our experience with less than 3 stars. But there was nothing wrong with the Lobby Lounge itself. It is spacious and not too loud although it can get busy depending where you choose to sit. Staff is attentive. I very much did like the tableware. You easily can access to the Mall of Emirates.

Hotel lobby, nothing to rate here more than 3 stars. Service was good, very friendly. Just had a cappuccino there in the afternoon, there was no music and no special ambience.
