I had my photo taken here for my ID. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They greet you with smiles on their faces even if they are very busy. It only took less than 20 minutes to get what I need. What I did not expect was when I had troubles with the soft copy version, I asked them for help 5 days after and they still responded. Akbar had helped me with what I need and was very patient editing the photo and changing the resolution three times. Very polite, friendly and was very respectful of time as they know I need as soon as possible. I highly recommend this place. Quality Results and Outstanding customer service! ️️️️️

Actually I visited the branch which is in al barsha behind baskin Robbins Mr. Dani he was the one who assisted me and he is very much organized and very much concern about his customers only thing which I don't like is the sitting arrangements is not so spacious and even the wifi orelse please try to arrange the bluetooth share option.

Good customer care service, but at least have a wi-fi, please incase a customer wants to send documents to the emails or something of sort.

But they have stopped selling stationary. Only printing. They can print on canvas n bill boards n large size papers.

The most worst stationery I have ever been to in my life. Took prints of about 200 dhs and very bad quality with very bad service. If the stationery guy dose not know how to set a page to printer what more can they do

My Husband Jithin and myself Anjali, visited the so-called acclaimed store in Al Barsha – Graphic office Equipment & stationery only to witness irresponsibility and fake promises.
We happened to visit the store on the 24th of October with a request to print 4 pictures and frame the same as well. We emailed the pictures to them upon request. The 6 member team was extremely confident and they said the print can be taken within 30 min and the store will be opened until 2130 hours during the working days, however they did not have different sizes in frames and we were asked to buy that from anywhere outside and they could help us with our requests. I could not walk or rush fast as I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I reassured if the same could work out the next day, to which they confirmed confidently that it takes 30 min and office will be open until 2130 hours.
We wanted 4 pictures, 2 personal and 2 were god image for prayer. (to be used for Navaratri – an Indian festival).
On the 25th we visited them again and the 6-member panel was reduced to 4 with 2 guests. We were there around 1905 hours and waited for them to finish with the rest to see the 30 min magic. Once done we spoke to the personnel and said that we are ready with our frames. He was totally hesitant to take our request and acted impossible and spoke on behalf of a ‘designer’ who is suppose the leave the office by 1900hrs. And there goes the magic down the drain.
We requested to ignore our personal picture and to at least help us with one image of god which was suppose to be used for the next day prayers (Navaratri). The designer was sitting right next to the personnel and interrupted and said “I have no time, I want to go”! Rude!
To sum it up we walked away of course, and honestly it could have been better if they could give the designers time rather than the store time were could have visited earlier. Its Dubai there are a lot more options, we did manage with another studio who could treat the customer with respect and importance. Goodluck Graphic team keep up this horrible spirit to be a terrible player in the market!
