Aster Al Juma Pharmacy

1. Given delivery address by today noon 12. Until now didn't received any delivery. Very disappointed with this. If you don't want to die without medicine. Get it from there, don't go for delivery.
2. A bill payment machine should be in the first floor too. I went to gf for payment with my worse condition.

I was been in pharmacy for collecting the prescribed medicines. The pharmacist entered wrongly multiple types for medicines which got duplicated and rejected twice. I had been first informed about a vitamin medicine was rejected and while told them no worries proceed with others they told that entire medicines are rejected due to duplication. I was been in pharmacy for 48 minutes which is disgusting. Poor and pathetic customer care that I had seen ever in my life.

Visiting Aster Pharmacy has a different feeling than other pharmacies as the staffs are very warm and welcomed. I would like to rate 10/10 the staff Miss Fatima in Aster UMC Karama pharmacy she's so calm and polite. Assisted all my queries with great manner.

This is amazing, it's a legit thing and everyone is so nice. I had a dentist expert for today and she was very clear and explains everything. All this information is very clear and nice. I had an extremely memorable experience. The pharmacist lady who attended to me was courteous and pleasing. Her explanation was clear and crisp.

We have been visting Dr Vanilla krishnan Warrior over several years and we have been fully satisfied with her medical advice and treatment. Ms. Asha, Nurse associated with Dr has been also found efficient and prompt in her services.

I visited this pharmacy yesterday, the staff is very excellent and professional, very good communication.

This is the worst experience in aster am not accepting this kind of careless from aster pharmacy
I was go yesterday to taking my medicine after the checkup the lady who has short hight Brown color on counter she told me our system is not working you need to wait i wait 40 minutes than after 40 minutes she said still it’s not working i told her okay I will go and when my medicine will ready just call me she never call me still am waiting for her call
This is not a way to treat your patients
I was really need that medicine
Patients are coming that time when they need doctor and medicine
