Very bad experience in Aster pharmacy yesterday night we went to buy medicines for cough syrup their is on indian staff he treated as very bad that staff service is very bad as a pharmacist he should need some politeness but that guy don't know how do work very bad experience with him

The pharmacist on duty was knowledgeable and helpful. Satisfied with the services.

I've been a long time customer of this branch near Dubai Bowling Center and they have been excellent evrytime. Shoutout to the Filipino Pharmacist who was not just proactive on giving options if the requested item isn't available, but also serves treats you as if you are family. The delivery guy was also very prompt and very friendly. Keep it up team.

Tried ordering medicine from them, took them exactly two hours regardless of the fact that I said it was an emergency. If they aren’t capable of delivering in the first place then they shouldn’t accept the order.
