Aster is a very good medical provider but Warqa branch as of Aug 2023 is the worst. I have visited other branches of Aster and all of them deserve 5 stars ratings. Doctors are amazing but the token system and the reception staff are not at all friendly.i waited more than 40 minutes in front of room 5. She called all patients those who came after me and she considered me only when i approached her. The interesting part is that she was delaying it assuming that the Doctor is not in, then what is the use of token; i could have finished the initial screening and waited in the designated area.

Aster Al Warqa derma doctor Vimi Ponnamparambath is super nice and kind lady. She explains everything in detail and Her treatment is too good.

Had a good experience. Doctor was very precise and explained well. Waiting time is little more but it's known due to medical insurance approval and normal hospital stuff. Overall happy with the way they treated including nurses doctors and other staff around. Thank you Aster.

Make sure you take full day leave before go to the aster clinic in alwarqa, the reception will make you to wait the entire day. I appreciate if the management can put more staff instead keeping the patients waiting for long hours. By the way the doctors and nurses are good.

The services that I receive from Aster clinic, al warqa is excellent. Doctor and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. I will surely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Very bad experience related to registeration. The staff changed the appointment to walking patient though I reached 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Manager is saying that both type of patients are same regardless of appointment. It seems Aster is not having any respect for patients following the appointment process.

Doctors are good at this clinic.
But the procedures, time taking at front desk and till you reach the doctor that's really not a good experience and not acceptable. Moreover, their own adjecent pharmacy waiting is another big challenge of experience, you being a patient yourself and facing all such hardship of waiting and no so good approach.

The clinic is only for the derma and dental and the service is really good. They treated me very well.

I Hate when they gave me appointments, and let other go inside without appointment. And I set there waiting. Why you gave appointments if you will let anyone go inside.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the nurses and doctor who didn't take any interest to attend my 4 year son when taken in an emergency yesterday due to high fever 105 degree. Instead of giving him a first aid they keep us waiting for the paper / admission work.
We took him to another Hospital due to their lack of responsibility.
Very bad service and hope the Aster Management will look in to it and do the needful.

The waiting time is too long for no proper reason. I came in with headache and fever. They kept me waiting for my registration turn while there are three active counters but they are not supporting anyone for long time. Moreover, when I FINALlY moved to the nurse for the basic assignment, she is busy talking to another nurse about something personal and also kept me waiting.

In general they are so slow as if this is a retail market or somewhere that people come to to have fun!

If dr Asheaf and Dr Mohamed are not working there, I would never visit this clinic.

My wife and I would like to say a special “Thank You” to each and every one of Aster Clinic staff, Al Warqaa. Thank you for taking part in the birth of our little baby girl, Hala. Thank you, Dr, Nivedita, so much for doing such an amazing job during whole pregnancy months till delivering our sweet baby girl! You are an amazing doctor and a beautiful person! ". Thank you, Nurse Miss Soniya so much from the bottom of hearts for taking such good care of us during/after the pregnancy. Because of your professionalism and great smiles, we felt like we were in good hands and that gave us peace of mind towards the big day.
I would like to point at some concerns that may develop the service in the future, first of all, the queue line always take more time to be served due to shortage at receptionist staff, secondly, some receptionist
staff need more training with the system to be more efficient while serving clients. And that is all.

DR. GEEVUS is the best dentist I have ever visited. I always thought that dental problems were minor & manageable and that any dentist could fix it and I was never very particular about any one dental doctor or dental clinic. I used to randomly go anywhere to any clinic. And hence I happened to go to one dental clinic in Deira because of the supposedly lesser charges for the procedure. I had a cavity that required to be filled. The dentist at Deira (Dubai) filled the cavity and ever since then I have been experiencing unexplained sharp pain while chewing food at that site of filling. And for more than 1 month I could not eat food properly. When I consulted this doctor at Deira again they suggested some wrong & absurd solutions to fix this problem. And that is when I went to Aster Beauty Clinic after one of my family friend suggested me to visit Dr. Geevus. And I'm so happy that I took this decision to go to Aster and meet Dr. Geevus because he correctly pin-pointed on the exact cause of the pain and fixed all the dental problems like cavity filling and tooth sensitivity and wisdom tooth extraction etc. HE IS THE BEST DENTIST EVER. The services at Aster is a bit costly (unless you have an insurance card or some cards to avail discount) but with Dr. Geevus it is worth every penny you spend! He is absolutely and undoubtedly the best ever!

Although doctor's services are reasonably good here, you will find all trainee staff at the reception who will search for button in the keyboard for hours. Also, their token system is one of strange in the world. In order to get the token for doctor, you need to get another token to meet the reception staff. (Corona precautions). Be prepared to wait 1 hour before meeting doctor. I used to be regular visitor, but now this would be my last visit after my bad experience.

Not recommend.very very slow process.even there is no emergency. All process slow. U must have to wait 2' 3 hours.

I was very impressed by Ms. Mona, the way she received me in reception to get me an appointment with Dr. Mohammed, she is the best & very professional.

Not at all a good experience to share. Can't recommend to others. When compared to other professional clinics warqa is below par. Even the ambience is not good.

Had a very bad experience with an Egyptian doctor he without asking my husband to do cholesterol report wrote cholesterol medicine for two months. This was our first time visiting the doctor as with no history or conducting any test how a doctor can suggest these serious medications for whole two months to a patient. Really strange seriously. Please don treat patients like animals. Investigate before prescribing any medication.

I had visited aster regarding my sister's health issues and I approached with a different insurance, unfortunately which is not considered in Aster clinics and initially we couldnt understand the insurance part which is explained by a male staff (don't remember name) but Ms. Fathima took time to explain us and directed in the right way. So i really appreciate for the service provided by Ms.fathima at Aster clinic.personally we suggested our friends nearby clinic to approach Fathima for any assistance in Future

The worst bitter experience in the dental section
The doctor found out she does not have the material for filling after the started the procedure. Had to to undergo a temporary filling then a permanent one because if which my tooth root got infected terrible pain.had to visit another doctor in another clinic.please do not go for dental here.

Aster Alwarqa is the place i go whenever I’ need a GP consultation. Dr. KM Mohammed is an incredible doctor. He is well experienced and he diagnoses the issue soon and his medicines are highly effective. Last time when i went there I had an issue with not able to meet the doctor due to time constraints. I was upset that I would not be able to meet him. I explained the situation to Ms. Ansu who is a Guest Relation Executive there and she was ready to help me. She listened to me and understood the situation and went to have a word with doctor and finally she arranged to meet the doctor for me. I’m extremely thankful to her for doing this for me when I was terribly ill. Thanks Ms. Ansu for your timely action All the best wishes to the entire team.

The staff are very welcoming and the accept walk-in. Also they have affordable laser packages and their laser is very affective. I sometimes cannot find appointments but other than that the staff service is great.

Everyone at the clinic was warm and welcoming, from the receptionists to the nurses and Dr. Geevus. We came to fix some broken dentures, and they managed to have them ready by the next day. Shoutout to the nurse who helped us put the dentures on with adhesive; she was super kind and helpful. The prices are very affordable, and the people are amazing. Great experience with a great team!

The reception staffs were amazing, though visited with sort of concerns the doctor made it all go away. Really nice and friendly team of professionals.

Dr was nice, however after getting an appointment 2 days prior and coming nearly 20 minutes early for the appointment the staff let 2 walkins without appointment ahead. That is not the proper way to treat patients with appointments and keep them waiting. Staff are not professional.

I have been here last week ago and I was so impressed of the good service of their staff especially Mr. Moataz he's so kind and humble guy, and Dr. KASSEM. I would recommend you to visit the Aster Clinic Al warqa they provide a good customer service and the best doctor

Total mess in the clinic the nurses are lost just staring in your faces not knowing what is to be done. The reception is a disaster they are just confused with everything waiting time is too long.specially this token message over the phone is crazy what if I have forgotten my phone at home or don't have one how do I know whats my number seriously you need to do something. I always visit dr depali for my daughter she is wonderful and great and Dr Ahmed for myself both the doctors are really good but the management is not good at all.

If there is 0 I will not hesitate to put, worse experience I have, no one knows what he's doing waiting in reception area for more than 1 hour even that I booked for appointment everyone trough you to the other one they don't care at all. Worst administration. I saw one doctor she was like having many patients doing consultations fast without nurse, i only waste my time.

I had an overall great experience and will surely return. I was assisted by Vanessa when I visited the Aster Beauty Clinic. I was then skeptical to do the treatment. But she provided all the answers to my questions, She even educated me about the experience I might have during and after the procedure. I have also noticed the staff's willingness to assist and it is something remarkable to patients.

So far a good experience. Did not have to wait for long as in other clinics. And Doctor Vimi and staff were very helpful. Called them several times with questions which they replied directly and the doctor called me back the same day.

Horrible experience with Dr Vimi for a PRP session that I booked. Waiting time was over 2 hours for a simple 15 minute procedure which was unnecessarily complicated by the Doctor not listening to my simple request. When I asked her to stop because I was in a lot of pain, she did not. This is a violation of my basic right as a patient. Asked the clinic for a refund and no one cared to help, top management's attitude was apathetic and dismissive. Do not recommend this place.

From last few days trying to book an appointment but keep me on hold and no one is there to attend the call. If really someone taking care check your calling log today as well calling from 10: 12 AM but just keep me on hold

Wish I could give a 0 in the reviews. Highly unorganized, made me crazy for 40 mins just to register (in covid situation) as the system was new. Lack of knowledge about the insurances and how get approval. Really suffered going to Aster Al Warqaa.
Just what they care is about money and insurance, irrespective of what the problem the patient is coming with.
Really hopeless! Would never visit there again.

اليوم اسأل الموظف في الاستقبال اذا ماكان متأكد من التأمين الخاص بي ورد عليه بالإيجاب ، و بعد ما يقارب الساعتين وانا انتظر ادخل للكشف ، اكتشفت عن طريق موظف اخر ان التامين غير مقبول في هذا الفرع و دفعت المبالغ المترتبة عليه كأني ما احمل اي تأمين

I will speak for my experience:
I visited the clinic 4 years back, it took long time for registration and to see the specialist.
The first doctor didnt proceed a proper investigation which leaded to delay of treatment.
Saw another doctor who prescribed low quality medicines resulted in me admitted in hospital fot two days, as I returned back to him suffering from severe medicines side effects symptoms which he didnt handle well.
The nurses are below average when it comes to professionalism and cleverness.
Its cheap, true but low quality.
I will never go back and I dont think I can trust them again!

It might help if you catch a cold or have some minor illnesses otherwise. There is better choices.
Just be careful, health is so valuable and precious and it wont kill you to always have second and third opinions if you aren't feeling better for long period of time in one place.

Very unorganized, they are keep taking patient in even they don't have enough rooms for treatment, just to get an injection you have to wait for one hour at least, they don't care of the patient if he is really sick or not, they just keep taking people in to make money, I have experienced same 2nd time, even last time I had to leave without injection because I couldn't wait, I was so sick.

I recommend international city or But Dubai.

Al warqa isn't just a learning institution place, rather there is a symbol of healthcare in the UAE within it's vicinity.

That’s the only word that suits them.
This is not the first time I’ve come across such horrendous service from them.
No proper system to manage patients effectively.
The counter staff will tell you that you are standing in the wrong queue after your turn comes up - thanks to the extremely general sign boards that won’t give you any clue.
I had to sit with my 6 year old daughter having 39.5 degrees of fever for over 1: 30 hours just to consult a doctor!
And then it took another half an hour just to know that I need to wait for someone to take her blood samples!
Seriously?
I really wish I should never go again to any of their clinics or hospitals.

I remember visiting the dentist here for a pain I had, I visited Dr kaizad. First time I came he told me I might need root canal but he's gonna try filling it first. Fast forwarded couple of days, the filling was starting to come out and the pain was still there. I came again and he filled another part of my tooth, pain was still there.after couple of days, i came in for the third time and he said I'm 100% gonna need root canal. I didn't do it because I felt like he has no idee what he's talking about, so i visited another doctor in NMC and she filled my teeth in 10mins and told me why would anyone root canal a perfectly healthy teeth and the pain has been gone ever since then. Can't believe how some doctors are just illiterate and come to conclusions based on I have no idea what

P. S he kept trying to sell me and convince me that I need a night guard which he's gonna give me discount for (probably because he gets % out of it) NMC doctor said I don't need it.

Went to get some blood tests done. All the staff members were very friendly and efficient. Was out soon and the reports reached in a few hours. Also received a call confirming that the report was sent to my email. Great service!

I want to thank 2 persons specially in Warqa, my insurance doesn't work anymore in clinic I visited Dr qasim he was such a kind person after he came to know my insurance doesn't work there and I am a cash patient he is so kind he have given me some medicine for free, very professional and caring doctor after I finish doctor I proceed to cashier counter the cashier ussama same thing after he came to know my insurance doesn't work he have given me discount I had sick leave he informed me to come later upon my request for sickleave he went himself to reception with me and requested staff to issue sick leave same time both doctor and cashier very helpfully thanks a lot both of you I am very very thankfully to you. My house help went there for a simple redressing for a finger cut as he had already seen the dr the day before and the lady at the reception made him wait for almost an hour along with the patients who had to see the doctor. (he did not have to see a specialist just a nurse to do the dressing) Only when i went and checked.another lady at the reception released he didn't have to be in the waiting list.just because someone doesn't speak English or does nt dress according to ur standards u dont treat them any less.please teach ur staff that.

The star is for good doctors, but the q systems is the worst experience i have ever had. Setting with a fever in a very low temperature A/C for two hours to get an injection.

Today, I wanted to visit Al warqa branch. It is hell lot of difficult experience. I could not get the phone number of clinic from call centre as they donot have and as a policy they will note down my cell phone and send an email to Warqa clinic to call me back. Very poor procedure.and believe you me Warqa clinic did not call me back for the past 20 minutes.i called the call centre again but invain. Unfortunately, I have shifted to Al Warqa and Aster seemed me to a worth visiting a clinic for my ailing wife. But Now I will take her to another hospital/clinic

You need to review the way of accommodating Medical/Pharma Reps proposing new medical/pharma products
Patients are been delayed and interrupted while your doctors are attending Medical/Pharma Reps.
Not good at all

Lousy experience and service. Tried to call several times prior to visiting to make an appointment but phone calls are not answered or returned. Even when I called through the main Aster line, they couldn’t put me through to one of their own branches/ clinics!

Had to wait over an hour with an infant to perform a simple 5 minute procedure. This was after I visited the clinic earlier and was told to return 2 hours later to avoid a long wait. Apparently, dermatologist doesn’t take appointments but only walk ins: is what I was told by the receptionist.

Worst experience!
Doctors change their timings without prior notice or communication. You go there 30 minutes early to see the doctor and you will get to know at 5 that doctor will come by 6. Need to wait 1 hour to get flu shots and that too on Thursday between 10 and 2 so your kids need to skip school to get vaccinated. Waste of time go somewhere else where patients are treated like humans.

I visited clinic for my daughter every thing is fine just the long waiting time and lack of space best thing after doctor on cashier i was amazed osama guy he was just one on counter i am really impressed by his work even with so busy he finish us with a smile and greeting nurses are also good thanks alot aster warqa just need to make appointment system for baby doctor this is what really needed
