Really inefficient hospital. I had to come to hospital twice with boken leg so that they can tell me to come back again. I had to pay 100 AED cab fare each time

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Abhijesh Cha. First real human dentist I’ve meet in Dubai. Very professional yet friendly - he helped me make the best decision and I couldn’t be happier. Very reasonable price as well …and not forgetting the front desk - they was excellent - Siraj Mohamed was very kind and helpful! Definitely coming back!

Yesterday I visited Aster Cedars but I must say their services are so exceptional from security guard to reception, nurses, the lady who took my ECG, laboratory workers, pharmacists and oh Dr. Ayaz Ahmed, the most humble and listening Doctor I've ever come across. He gave me utmost attention and yes I rate the hospital with 5 stars.

I been in here today only for the refil of my medicine. I waited for almost an hour before they take my vitals (BP, body temperature, weight, hight and oxygen level). Then after that i waited again for about 10 minutes. And finally they call my name, only to find out that my insurance is not connected to my emirates id. Why not check first? I waited for more than an hour just to get nothing? If they can only do the checking of insurance before anything else, we will not both waist time. This is disappointing, considering that this is not my first time. I have records and regularly do my check ups here. I will not change this review until my next visit.

I went on 28th November 2021 in Jebel ali bramch for pcr testing. Process was fast, clean and staff very hepful. Ms. Nivedita especially.
Surely will prefer it if needed.

Very good service for drive through PCR screening. I have visited on November 4th and there are 4 cars ahead of me but waiting was comparatively very less only 15mins just to give the nasal swab test, There was one guy i believe his name was noufal and he was simply doing good.
It seems that Aster cedars Hospital bothering to provide quality service.

I will surely suggest this place for future PCR testing.

I went to take my first and second dose of Pfizer vaccine, the service received from team was exquisite. Well done team I will recommend my friends and colleagues to Aster Cedars Hospital.

Extremely bad experience! Went there at 4am with nausea related problems and in the 1 hour i was there there was someone with me for the total amount of 5 minutes.
Went inside the room got asked the symptoms by the nurse, after 20 mins of waiting while in agony the doctor came and asked again what are the symptoms and after telling him. Injection for anti nausea was needed. However they said to first check if the insurance is acceptable, which is understandable but, after being there for half an hour wanting to vomit and their checking for insurance, they realized its not accepted which if fine understandable, but after being there for the full time of 1 hour and getting charged 150 aed for "consultation" where they ONLY took my blood pressure and asked me the symptoms, i think going to the pharmacy and buying the blood pressure machine would have been cheaper.
Also not sure if it was because it was 4 am or if its the normal disposition of the person but the receptionist was extremely rude as any question was asked very bluntly and to me and other customers i heard her saying "cant you see you need to wait" to someone there. This is not a way to talk to a ccustomer especially in a hospital, ESPECIALLY if your sick.

Very polite and friendly staff. Staffs are so caring the patient. Specifically Soliha and Liji. She came and asked how I'm feeling now. Is everything ok.this should be the good care we prefer. Tha is again

Honestly, the worst hospital I attended in Dubai.
Not organized, it took me long time to see the doctor in ER and it wasn't crowded at all.and the worst part is the lab results. I have been calling the hospital more than 8 times to get my lab results and nothing but false promises.third day and I can't get result for Rapid Flu Test!

Today I got my dose vaccination in aster good hospital vaccination staff Royin explained all of them thank u all

I'd have given a 5-stars if they didn't have that unprofessional and who does really know how to take a blood sample nurse with dark skin and veil! Really I dunno how she's doing the blood test leaving my arm with a big red spot, 2 holes, And caused me to faint and walk allover the hospital on wheelchair!
Apart from all this she kept me waiting for like half an hour for her highness to come get this done for me!

Apart from this which is the positive side, Customer service is awesome, And anyone wearing white shirt (security guys) every time they surprise and amaze me in a different way!

If only they fix that nurse issue or at least teach her how to respect customers and how to take blood samples!

Very helpful staff and very welcoming as well specially ms. Soliha from the front desk, she is very helpful and assistive as well, she assisted me in each and evey step from check in to laboratory and insurance approvals.

Place we come for the covid test rtpcr. The way they handle and completed the process in quick manner and all protocol and Covid guidelines with proper ppe test had conducted. Staff here are so cooperative

The facilities, doctors and staff are absolutely amazing. Intelligent doctors, fantastic care at an affordable price. Dr. Devajith, Dr. Mohammed Ali were brilliant at their work. Roy Mathew, Manju and all the nurses were awesome too. Highly recommended!

Hi All, Cedar Aster Service is excellent. Iam suffering from diabetis, I visited every two months once with Dr. Ayaz Ahmed, he is very good respond with patients and his treatment also very good. He treated the patients such like that as a family member. I like very much his attitude and one more person Manga garu at counter. She is very helpful person.when we ask any help to her, immediately she has responded. She was talk to anybody with more respect and interactive.her service is excellent.

Finally i get rid of it from this horrible H-Pylori Infection.i like to thanks to @ll Nurses and Doctors who is petty good in treating me like their family member with their best experience for many complicated diseases and also for such infection.and i like to listed the name below which is very special to me who is help me a lot to get rid of this infection.

1. Dr. Wajih Qamar - at the end in my last visit to Dr. Wajih Qamar for Stool test he advice me the proper procedure and also he treat me like his small brother. Thanks to Dr. Wajih once again, for your best advice for this such horrible infection and keep up doing the best for @ll patient.

2. Dr. Abdul - he is best for kind of infection who was prescribe me antibiotic in my second visit and he understand very well which medicine to be prescribe for such horrible infection.
