Worst Experience. Staff is not cooperative. I have been waiting for more than an hour just to get signature from doctor. And also Doctor behaved very rude.

I was late for 15mins as I was searching for the clinic and I have an appointment today at 12: 30pm. Thinking I have still 15mins to see my gastroenterologist doctor and it was dissapointing that he prioritize his schedule of leaving early as per rhe Filipina receptionist and thinking that I am not well. Is this the clinic for sick people that doesnt prioritize you at all! I highly recommend not to go at aster specialist clinic and better go to another one or else you might die of being re scheduled! Frustrating and ig dissapointment! Do not go here and stay away!

Worst experience here. Even with an appointment, it took more than 45 mins of waiting to get to reception for registration. Not enough waiting space, no social distancing practice. Staff don’t care about patients and you just keep waiting forever. Bad experience. It’s not worth visiting this place.

You could die before you get through the reception. Minimum waiting period at the reception is 45 minutes. Absolute chaos even when there is no rush. No system in place.
They definitely don’t treat you well.

Somehow the staff think they are the owners when I am sure the owners would be much better and humble then these clowns. The staff is rude and indifferent. Giving bad name to the clinic itself.

Very disappointing customer service. Never go to this clinic as a walk in. They have no value for your time. Waited 2 hours to see the dentist and at the end the doctor informed that can't take any walk- in. Very pathetic customer service. I don't recommend this clinic. Waste of time.

Very slow reception service. My husband is in pain and we took prior appointment also still waiting for more than 30mins at the reception and the answer we get is that the system is down. Unprofessional. No social distancing is being maintained. Too many patients waiting at the lobby. Very poor

I had severe tootache issue and I visited Aster Speciality clinic at Discovery gardens on 28th Sep 21. The process of appointment and understanding of my pain by the staff was very heart warming and unit incharge Mr Vishnu arranged for immediate appointment with Dentist Dr Arun. Dr Arun immediately identified my issue and provided the treatment within 30 min. The pain of two days was relieved within 30 min. Thanks a ton Dr and Aster team.

Big Zero for the process. Its waste of time, kept me fasting for almost 2 days for test after fast and told they will call butno one did. Next day when I complained abt it customer care that no one called and updated me abt insurance approval
, she said that she will arrange call back from aster clinic but still no one call. Just receive sms that insurance comp has partially approved the test. This all process was waste ofmy time.

Worst clinic ever!
Such a bunch of lazy unhelpful staff.
Confirmed with aster helpline that covid testing for walk-ins are open till 9 and reached at 8 and was asked to go away, walk-ins are closed.

Not even sorry about it.

Pathetic call center service! Never works! Even if you get the call somehow connected the call will be disconnected immediately! And you can’t walk in as well! So for your preferred doc what are we customers supposed to do? ! As I’m only comfortable with my kid’s pediatrician in Aster, can’t prefer anywhere else too, kind of very very helpless situation!

Just do not go to Aster Discovery Garden. I checked with the reception twice if the babies vaccines are available or not. They checked with the doctor and confirmed all requested vaccines are available. We made an appointment and met Dr Jose the paediatrician. He said these vaccine are unavailable and out of stock in all UAE and told us to go to DHA or governmental health centre. He told us not to check other clinics as you will waste your time. After we exited there, I checked another clinic and one non governmental hospital, both said all vaccine are available. This is a shame really we wasted our time and pit ourselves and little baby at risk of COVID19 for nothing. Very disorganised clinic no one is keeping distance there. Very busy with no precautions for COVID19. Just do not go there.

I faced a very bad experience at the branch. The front desk staff used a very insulting phrase to let me know that the my insurance is not acceptable at your facility.

Who ever is in charge please train your staff on how to talk to patients with customer service attitude

I visited the Garden Specialty Clinic and had to go back without seeing doctor for the 3rd day in a row as the doctor was not their or in procedure with someone.

Every time I called their callcenter to confirm doctors timing and then visited the clinic but for 3 days in row i was sent back.

The worst admin and callcenter department with no clue of timings and the simply refuse you to be examined by doctor.

Dr. Benazir Ansari was recommended to me as a "very good Ophthalmologist". In reality, she is much more than that. I started consulting her in late 2019 and it culminated in the cataract surgery of both my eyes, successfully performed by Dr. Benazir.
Throughout this journey, she has been very professional,  transparent and took the time to patiently explain everything to my satisfaction. At every stage she explained the treatment and do's and don'ts in detail. She went beyond the call of duty to take care that everything went smoothly. Dr, Benazir's demeanour is very positive and supportive and I give her full credit for putting me at ease and making my experience a pleasant one.
Dr. Benazir's knowledge of Ophthalmology plus her excellent manner with patients is very confidence inspiring. I think she is an asset to the Aster Group. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone with ophthalmic issues. I wish her the very best.
My best wishes also to the medical and administrative staff at Aster Clinic Discovery Gardens and Aster Day Surgery Centre, who are efficient and helpful.

I visited Aster Speciality Clinic for my son's vaccination and vaccine out of stock. I requested Gentleman in billing counter Mr. Abdul to arrange the vaccine because I'm coming from very far and that guy immediately called head of Nurses Ms. Subha and informed about this after waiting 40 mints in clinic they arranged vaccine from other Unit. I really appreciate both of them for thier extramail work to keep customers happy thank you Aster Speciality Clinic. Your team done a great job

Horrible service. I called and checked with customer service is walk in allowed and they confirmed yes from 8am to 5pm, I reached the clinic at 12: 50 and they they give me the form to fill up and made me to wait until 2pm. I saw for myself there were no patients at nurse’s station but still walk in patients were made to wait.when I confronted the staff they were non-cooperative and very rude.overall worst experience at aster discovery gardens

I made a visit in Aster Discovery Gardens and the proactive actions by looking at my conditions by Mr. Melvin (Nurse) and Mr. Askar (Billing) shown is so appreciative.

Mr. Melvin made my visit to the doctor without any delay and he was constantly monitoring to ensure that I’m not feeling any discomfort. He maintained well attention even though the day was tight with so many patients.

Mr. Askar made all the billing along with other procedures without making me to roam around and asked me take rest until he finish all the paper works. Really appreciate for such a support and caring nature eventhough the day was crowded.

Both are a real asset for the entity.

Something needs to be done about the waiting times. It has improved a bit lately but not enough. The reception staff keep keying in details into the computer for a long time, and often chat a lot among themselves. We are kept waiting without knowing what we are waiting for. After seeing the Doctor we are sent to the cashier who sometimes has no information about your case. You are left wondering whether your name will be called at all! Once I happened to check after waiting for about 15 minutes and he said he was not aware that I was waiting to pay! And then he dialled the Doctor who did not pick up the phone. They need to simplify their internal workflow processes. You see a lot of confusion and discussion among staff. The staff seem very happy there which is good to see but this bonhomie should not be at the expense of the patients who are sick and can pass infections to others while waiting.

I was advised by the staff that if I wanted a permit for Abu Dhabi on Sunday I should take the test on Wednesday as I would not receive the results until Saturday. However, I received the results within the next day which has now affected travelling to Abu Dhabi on Sunday. This has been a complete waste of time and money all due to the wrong advice given. After speaking to the call center and being told I will receive a call I'm still waiting! Very poor customer service on Asters behalf. I want this issue to be resolved.

I would like to continue what happened after not receiving a call from them. As soon as I wrote this review I called the call center and spoke to a guy named Nash who then helped me through out this whole messy situation. Nash was so professional and he listened to my complaint in a very calm manner. He then made sure that he would contact me after speaking to their management. I then received a call from Nash - he helped me connect to the supervisor Mr Muneer. I Informed Muneer what happened and he made sure that he would first speak to the call center supervisor regarding this issue where all this started from. Muneer made sure that he would help me solve this issue which he did.

I would highly recommend to recognise Nash and Muneer. They are truly helpful, calm, friendly and they will help and resolve the issue. How lucky is Aster to have people like Nash and Muneer to work for Aster.

Yesterday I went to Aster Discovery Gardens. It was actually my first time to meet Dr. Firdaus Manzar.

Upon entering, Dr. Firdaus welcomed me and my husband with a smile and an enthusiastic voice. She will definitely listen to your concerns and also will go into deep what are the possible areas you might have an issue too. I loved how caring she was with me and she can give you the best advice too.

I highly recommend Dr. Firdaus Manzar if you want to meet a doctor that listens, cares and respects you and your thoughts just visit her in Aster Discovery Gardens. You wont regret it for sure.

Very poor costumer service. I have been waiting for a call to schedule my laboratory test 1 week now, i called the costumer service said same thing everytime they will place a request to call me and when they call they will just ask the reason of my call and they ask me to wait for the call from discovery garden branch for the schedule. Its been a week now. No calls until now.

Very poor service. The doctor nor the nurse bother to get back to the patient even after repetitive calls. The calls do not get connected directly to the clinic. Call center employees only give standard replies what they have been asked to. Doctor leaving for the day is more important than getting back to the patient in spite of being notified.
Would request never to visit this clinic.

The support staff is very lousy and rude. They never support the patient. If my scheduled appointment is of 10 a.m. My number will come in 2-3 hours just because they are entertaining walk-in which might be their known or relatives. I do understand for one or two patients but Everytime for 2 hours that doesn't makes sense.

Very poor service, i have an appointment at 11 am informed the doctor before hand that i will be needing a medical certificate, and suddenly they told me to come back at 2pm to discuss the medical certificate, but i informed her already the purpose of my med cert.she told me that she cant make my med cert because she has 5 patients to cater. My concern is she should have finished all my concern before proceeding to the next patient. What kind of service do you have? Im not feeling well and u want me to come back at 2pm. It’s a totally waste of time.

Came there two times to my doctor to check my analysis results, once they told he'll be next day until 12.30, for the second time I came there at 12, they didn't let me go to him, because he was kind of busy, so they just sent me home. Instead of treating people well they send them back home without telling what is going on and why people are sick.
Plus for that, when I was coming sick and was close to faint, I asked doctors to lie, instead of helping me they were just waiting until I will fell down and shaking heads.
In this situation I was waiting for my sick leave for 50 minutes, and I had to remind about myself twice to different reception to get that.
