Aster Clinic, Al Quoz

I have visited clinic today and I have got a kind care taking from all the clinic staff. Mr Manish from the floor he was very supportive and guided about the process. Thank you so much team.

Because of fever i have visited Aster al quoz clinic, in counters Mr. Manish had treated me very well and all the staffs were very good and supportive

Had a terrible experience at this clinic. The doctor requested an x-ray, but the x-ray operator was unavailable, forcing me to go to their other branch, which was 10-minute walk away. As a sick person, it was incredibly challenging to manage this, only to return and show the same x-ray report to the doctor. The unhygienic environment and uncooperative staff made matters worse. I strongly advise against using this clinic and suggest seeking alternatives for better care.

Worst service as usual from Aster Al Qouz branch. Very poor customer care service. Booked an appointment and reported to clinic 20 minutes early and still have to wait more than 1 hour to get registration. No right guidelines from reception staff. They definitely have to improve their customer care service. Specially staff Muneb

I came for my ear pain issue my insurance is ecare I consulted gp doctor chethanya befor the staff Mahesh sended for approval for insurance for ent doctor that guy helped me with finding the clinic where I got the approval the clinic is very wonderful thanks for the treatment

Staff are very knowledgeable and polite towards the patients and Mr Mahesh is very humble person helping all the journey in my aster thanks for that help and treatment

My experience the reception is very poor service. After doctor consult take report more then 30-45 minutes waiting. This only consult report. No any tested report. So please think about it no wastage time. Do the service first.

It was a good experience, Front desk, Nurse and the doctor was very friendly and understanding. Mr. Abhishek has helped me in the process and given the copy of prescription as well.

All staffs are very amiable, starting from the reception, doctor and nurses, I have visited a lot of hospital and clinics in dubai this clinic is the best so far! Just 20mins Im done, no long queue very fast service! Kudos to the team. Keep up the good work and stay safe ️ Highly recommended!

I had a very smooth and good experience on my 1st visit today at morning, Staff at the reception especially Ms. Priya really Professional and friendly, Aster in grand city mall is good clinic.

On 1st Jan 2022 I did pcr from there on 130dhm, today (8th Jan 2022) now the fees of pcr is 150dhm.very bad.
Also this is not india or pakistan to increase rate according to situation next week may be the the pcr fee will be more than 150 as per the situation.how labour can afford it either 800 pr 900 salary? It's doesn't mean that to increase the rate if there is rush or more peoples want to do pcr mandatory.really immediately action should be taken against it.

There was a wonderful call center person named Mariam and I am truly touched by her support and concerned for the health of my family member. I was literally brought to tears by her heartfelt concern. She made many calls unsolicited to the clinic and doctor’s staff facilitating our progress during this challenging time in our life. Please share with her how impressed we were by her love and concern.

Registration it’s very bad and zero responsibility
After we waiting long for get registered and collect ticket, I came to ask in reception what’s happening and when we can get ticket because we still need wait a doctor as well, they told me that: seat pls we will call you! There still people before you! And when I ask how long we need wait more they can’t find ID at all, then ID was under table in the floor - we can wait like that all day - unbelievable

Very bad experience. Recently. (8, nov 2021) while consulting time we told to doctor which medicine is allergic and acting adverse effect to the patient. Even after they priscribe same content medicine for infusion. God grace we noticed before starting injection.we said to nurse regarding allergy condition, then she stop the plan. (we paid the amount for medicine) even Staff dont have any coordination. Before starting the check up Doctor demanding sitting position far away from her, in a rude manner. We get some distarction and shame after her order. They must know how to handle the sick people. Ask the question regarding disease condition in a same manner. The most reason for chosing aster clinic moopens alquoz the availability of lady doctor. After we realise and regret of decision.doctor suggest treatment even dont has single touch. Aster please make observations atleast to keep quality of ethics. Poeple getting very bad feedback. My family decided never chooss this clinic if any sick condition. Very very poor service.

I could not make it for my scan appointment and cancelled an hour before and rescheduled it for the next day with a confirmation message

The receptionist with the specs and gold ring is acting as if he is some big underworld don. He is shouting at the patient’s. I went there before also and had a bad experience with the same guy. Really horrible experience. I didn’t even consult the doctor, I had some serious problems. I will never ever visit any aster clinics in my life and won’t others too. I had risen a complaint with the toll free and no response from them. Better not to go and choose death.

All staff and the customer service is very bad at this clinic. The most famous clinic for the one star service one of the worst Astor clinic I have ever been to the reception guy he is very rude to the patients shouting hurting people with words tell telling bad words very bad.

In aster clinic in Al-Quoz we had a badly experience sorry to tell you guys. My sister in-law went there for covid testing last May 17,2020 and May 25,2020 one of the nurse in aster called my sister in-law and she said the she’s positive in covid. My sister in-law she felt bad that time of course after she heard the news over the phone. All of her roommate scared with her that’s why so she needs to left them and find some place being alone. Suddenly May 29,2020 today itself she received an email from aster saying that her name and the others 2 person in that email are still pending in lab test. So it means NO one knows that she is positive because the lab test STILL PENDING. What happened NURSE? WHAT IS THIS? Aster Al-Quoz WHAT iS TRUE? Make sure your report are correct. Your goal is to save the life of the people not to destroy. Be serious guys DONT JUSt GUESS!

Waiting time is crazy. Only aster Clinic which accepts RN3 network of insurance. Sometimes you have to wait for 3 hours to see doctor. Always crowded. Service is just average. Sometimes you will see receptionist shouting at customer which is the norm of this clinic.

We had very bad experience with Dr. Aswathi Mechur, with her behaviour, may be her character, patients are expecting the kind words and face from the Doctor, they are considering doctors after the God. So its a suggestion, not only from me, there are other persons complained about Dr. Aswathy's behaviour, please treat this as an advice to her, eventhough i dont have that much qualification like her

I have a bad expreience for this branch and i will not come back anymore.as a patient ur not feeling well but i am the one who look for my change.they didnt attend well their patient.but instead im look for it.they should be ready of any amount that the patient was given, if ur patient has not feeling well and if theres something happen to him or her ur responsible for it.thats why u are called clinic.becauae u are attenting the all patient to be well.but i will assure that i will not come back anymore in anu branch.

Very poor service. They are not really care about you. The most important thing it's to prescribe the list of different medicines to buy. Never will come here again.

If you have patience To wait for a long.you can proceed otherwise better to go any other hospitals.

General practitionors onky. Sad to say rude staffs and doctors. Saw very rude Behaviour from front office to patients who come for relief. Rather me visiting along with an infant, felt nothing less. Unfortunately many has to go there for referral.

Worst experience, if you want to visit a clinic in ice age then surely recommended. They will take you in ice age but may be that time it's faster because patient is patient but they will not realise that you are patient. I went just because feeling bit sickness and throat infection. Once I came back after 5 hours now feeling headache, high blood pressure, mental sickness, fatigue, tiredness, thanks to aster. It will take too long once you enter a guy will take your id then ask to have a seat. After 30 45 minutes he will call you and ask all information again I dnt know why they took your id card if you will have to give all information. Then again have a seat and wait for 30 to 45 minutes for your general check up. After that then again 30 to 45 minutes to reach doctor. Then go front desk and they will connect to NASA I guess for insurance approval. At one stage i said forget insurance i will pay, but the answer was shocking "then you will have to pay 400 to 500 aed". Thanks God I had a small sickness if they are asking 500 aed for sickness then you will have to sale yourself if you are suffring some big desease. Anyhow it will take easily 30 to 45 minutes more to prepare your payment information. Then again you will have to wait atleast 30 to 45 minutes to give your samples if you are very lucky otherwise 1 hour to 01 and half hour. After all check ups again go to Same counter and have seat for some time. Then pharmacy, they will take you again on a long wait. Anyhow after 4 to 5 hours thanks for the clinic you will get more sick. Physically and mentally.
Well the best part is you will see staff roaming around, laughing, giggling, chatting on phones I mean you will never feel you are in hospital or in a clinic it will be like you are in college cafeteria or in a shopping mall. I think it's clearly over staffing they will have to take more space for beds rather to hire new employees.
A loudspeaker was also irritating, I mean normally hospitals are famous for quite and peaceful atmosphere, but here you will listen a very loud sound of computer shouting your token number, mobile rings, chatting laughing everything and they will treat you like customer not like patient. Infact nobody cares that you are visiting because you are sick. Worst.worst.worst. I would rather prefer to go in office or stay in my bed after taking parasol to go aster next time.

Aster moopen's clinic near Old Grand Shopping Mall is lile 14 years old branch, the new branch has been opened in Al khail mall, have visited both the branches. I must say, all the staffs are great at their job, aster staffs are giving their best efforts in the field. Keep it up guys How much stressful and hectic their Work is. Would like to bring attention How Rude patients or bystanders can be. Several times whenever visited, for unnecessary matters i have observed how they manipulate and complain against the staffs. How much their duty is hectic they put a smile on their face and put all efforts. It should be noticed someday. Managing 500 above patients isn't an easy task, that too in Al Quoz industrial area. I have always received good care from the clinic and my Relatives. Have seen patients unnecessarily blaming for silly matters and yet they politely handle it. Hats off to them. Suggestion is that parking slot should be there in the upcoming future and Try to improvise the counter, directions and about insurance information. Patients can be very Rude even if you are trying to help them with true care. Since I'm working in Customers relations i can understand it better. All the best.

Today i got a very worst service from Aster clinic (Zen cluster) in discovery garden. Behavior of staff is very bad, i already complain ted to Aster customer care.

Poor service I booked my appointment at 9.00am and I meet doctor 9.30am also once I book my appointment they mention visit 10 minue befror LOL cashier (Binu Mathew) was too rude he was really unkindful. Also nurse over there can’t recommend they don’t think those people who visiting in this Clinic they are patient

I use to come regular in the clinic but I have visited today in Al Quoz aster clinic for a General Medicine and I meet Dr. Farah Mazar she is very friendly very kind she help me more then I expected I am so happy that the way reception staffs and nurses are dealing with patients, they explained each and every thing. Dr made me so comfort and i will recommend Al Quoz Aster for all my friends and once more I want to thank you Dr. Farah and any time when I will come in the clinic I will take my my check up with Dr. Farah only

I swear the most worst clinic in dubai.they don't know how to deal with patients and I don't know from where they are qualified.the will start treatment when the patient died.the will give reports when the patient is in.last stage of life, ahhh one more thing you book online appointment and when you go there they will say sorry doctor is not here come later.would you believe on this?
Please if you love your life don't go to this clinic because they are serving like they just take degrees for nothing.

I hav always had a great experience shen ever i had been to aster clinics, the service provided bt the staffs and the nurses are excelent, docs are very much knowlegable snd kind enough to comfort us in getting us back to our perfect healthy life style.dr.nagesh was really great and gave me all the advise and treatment which helped me to recover fast, also thnks to mr.shiju / mr. Gaurav and sister anjali who were of great help in accomodating and took special care of me all the time and it was awesome meeting them.thnks a lot aster and keep up the awesome job.
