Aster Clinic, Arjan

I called the call center to book an appointment, the lady checked all the details, checked my name, phone nr, asked about my insurance, and did the appointment on the same day 8th or feb 2024, with an orthopedic dr, not only the booking took almost 8minutes of my time, a simple appointment booking, but as well for me to reach the Clinic and get to know that my insurance is not covering that particular clinic. The staff is not well trained, and does not know how to use the technologies offered by the company to provide an easy customer service for a patient. Absolute waste of my time. Additional to that the reception, the Clinic manager and the call center representatives refused to give me the nr of a general manager, or the director of Aster company! 0 transparency, i had to beg for that nr and still to not get it. Me and none of my friends and family will waste our time to go to such an irresponsible health care facility, when its not the first time i face such a non organized and careless of someone's else time company.

Dentist Hasmath V. K is a true expert root canal expert. Very professional. Dentist assistant also very good job. I appreciate your hard work.

The receptionist Arkum khan was super helpful, the nurse and dr were also kind, courteous and helpful, great stuff!

1/10.took them 3 hours to issue my sick leave because they compile the sick leaves of all patients and issue it 15 minutes before they close.and pharmacist forgot to deliver my meds after waiting 20 minutes for approval. I had to drive back to the clinic 3 hours later to collect both. Mr. Saranavas is helpful but I won’t recommend their services to anyone

Good cooperative staff. Registration staff Ms Meeba helped me to expedite the process, she called insurance company by herself to get the quick approval and also arranged our dr appointment frequently. Highly recommended

They are finally open! I had one of the best experience there last Saturday (07/01/2023) as I wasn't feeling well and went in there hoping that there wouldn't be a queue and there really wasn't. The clinic was so spacious and clean plus the staff are really accommodating. I wanted to commend the Front-desk staff Shanavas for doing the registration swiftly and assisting me on next steps. To the staff Nurse Kingston he is really very gentle when drawing blood, highly recommended when you need to have your blood taken. Lastly I would like to thank too Dr. Salma for being such a caring Doctor.

If you are from Arjan area you better take advantage of the very good clinic of Aster and have yourself checked by well trained staff.
