Dr Vishwanath is Amazing. I had issues with Nasal Polyps and I can’t get any smells and continues sneezing since long and I had done surgery back home but it wasn’t successful. After I consulted with Dr Vishwanath and his treatment I’m recovering for the symptoms. Thank you doctor you always make me feel so safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care.

Dr. Vishwanath treated me well, I was having blocked ear and he cured that in one sitting.

Dr Nathesh Vishwanath is the best ENT that I have visited till now. Not only is he kind but also took his time with my diagnosis. His nurse bilal is also a very helpful nurse who will guide you for anything. If you ever visit this location look for Ankana she is will ensure that you are taken care of and your appointment goes smoothly. They have the best Ultrasound facility and Dr Jithen will be the right one to assist you. Overall a very pleased and satisfying experience.

I met Dr sakram with shoulder dislocation within 15 minutes he relocated the shoulder in place. His nurse Shaji also very helpful. Thank you Dr sakram and nurse Shaji.

Excellent service since 2021. Staff Binu was always helping time to time and specially Dr. Jacob he treated me well till now. Staff Ankana made me feel homely. All the receptionist are helpful also everytime. The pharmacist personnel really gives time to make me understand about the medicines. It was very helpful.

I am very particular about the services I receive in clinics/hospitals as they reflect on my recovery journey but Aster services were extra!
Last week I visited here and I said I want to see an ENT doc. The receptionist said, "yes, he's a specialist" I said wow, even better.
It was slightly busy in the waiting area and being a Friday, it was expected. The nurse called me and she checked my weight/BP and told me to wait for my token number.
A few mins into the waiting, the Dr assistant (I think his name is Bilal) called me in. I got in and Dr. Vishwanath asked my concern and he checked my ears/nose/mouth. In a snap of a finger, I was given a paper to read on symptoms, causes, and triggers. He recommended a couple of tests and the assistant assisted me to the X-ray room. The technician in the X-ray room was amazing. As my hair was braided he helped me bring down my ponytail so that he can grasp a clear x-ray (head through mouth/nose) *can’t remember the scientific name for that*. I also went to the Lab for other tests and I must say the Phlebotomist is polite.
A few minutes later, I was back to the Dr. He gave me a prescription for a couple of days before my insurance can approve my other bigger tests. Flash forward, the assistant kept on calling me asking how I feel and updating me on the Lab results. He booked me an appointment to come back for the partial results plus the pending tests.
What stood out to me was the services there. Dr Vishwanath was great & very professional and his assistant-Bilal is a STAR!
As a recruiter in healthcare, I must say that these 2 are a gem to your company.

On 5th of November 2021, i visited to Aster clinic Al Khail Mall with my friend for PCR test and PCR test documentation to procedure was done by the team was very quick and organized well even that day was a friday very bussy evening, i got the PCR result nextday eatly morning, i recommend this clinic if anyone for future treatments if any.

Writing this review to appreciate the details and attention which goes above and beyond the levels expected of a Doctor at Aster Clinic Al Khail Mall and that is none other than the well experienced pediatrician Dr Nesmal Musaliar. In fact I have known the doctor for more than 7 years and that was when I first went to him to sort out my second child from a chronic wheezing and allergy symptoms he was at another institution / clinic and I am glad that Aster has indeed roped him in to be part of "Team Aster". Doctor Nesmal is always very caring and listens to all concerns and recommends best practice and preventive action that parents could take which is indeed empowering. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Nesmal to anyone having small kids as I can safely say all my children have been visiting Dr Nesaml for the past seven years and I could vouch for his medication and diagnosis. Wishing Dr Nesmal and Aster all the best. After all I would conclude by saying "good wine needs no bush"

Had the worst experience with the nurse today. She hurriedly gave rotarix doze to my son who ended up vomiting the whole doze then she had audacity to inform me that I have to pay AED 275/- for the doze. Such poor services and disappointed in the service level.

Aster Clinic at Al Khail always provides the best service. We have a very good experience with Dr Nesmal Musaliar - Pediatric Specialist, he always give us the right advices and his judgements on the sickness are 99.9% accurate. Two days back we have visited him with our 6 years old son, as usual he take enough time and done the observation and prescribed. His kindness always appreciated. We are being visiting Dr Nesmal many years and we can recommend to anyone who is looking for Pediatrician specialist.

Book online, when you go there they say there online system is not linked with us it's different, we book for one doctor when we go there, that doctor is not there.
I got the insurance approval, but they are not getting the approval. First doctor say nothing is required other doctor say need one more blood test.

Very worst reception service. Just for booking appointment with doctor alone they are taking more than half and hour even if the crowd is less.

No systematic procedure followed by reception staffs.

Very poor service. It’s was my first and last time with aster. On the call Center they advise us to go barsha brunch. We went there, they refer us to al quoz from there to al khail brunch. We spend there 2 hours. Very slowly. With sick kid I have been driving and spending time. In al Khail clinic pharmacy works only 1 pharmacist. And busy on the phone. My 2 years old son was running around as normal child. Security was very rude and not understandable at all. Pharmacist also was rude

I would like to mention a review about Dr. Astha Mishra.
Worst doctor I ever came across. She was my consulting doctor in first trimester I started to bleed and when I called the doctor she was so causal about this matter and asked me to come next day morning around 10ish.

Inspite of all the medical condition we somehow managed to reach the hospital. On arrival we were informed doctor will only be available by 2.30 and you can proceed with test and go home.
We where provided an emergency number to call but, worst part is no one ever answered our calls. We kept calling and there was absolutely no one to adhere. Isn’t it a responsibility of doctor to save a life? To comfort you? To guide you?

Worst service.

They don't have proper systems at all. After waiting for 1 hour from appointment time you ll get to know you have to go for screening first then consult with doctor.no one is there to guide where to wait and where to go. Your token number also will not display.

Not adhering to any kind of social distancing rules in waiting rooms with people being allowed to sit in any seats. No enforcement of people sitting on seats they're not supposed to. Especially sirprising as they're a medical clinic. Additionally had an appointment time that was in no way kept to and I was left waiting for over an hour to get seen. Poor service all round.

Your appointments are useless! You need to wait for ages just for you to get scanned by Radiologist! There's a lot of counter billing but, Only one counter is available. There's always a long queue! The Radiologist and nurse is just Drinking Chai and Chatting while all the patients are waiting! Very dissapointing experience.

I would like to give a feedback about general doctor
I went there I had a chest pain and she told me to do x-ray after the result she checked and she said slightly infection was found and she prescribed some medicine.
I was taking the medicine for 10 days but pain was increasing and after that I decided to go there and check one more time and she send me to do x- ray again.
And she really couldn’t find the cause of the pain, after wasting my time there for more than 2 hours, she said go and see the pulmonologist. I went to the Prime medical center and once I gave x-ray to the doctor he clearly said that there is a water in the lung.
Thanks to Prime medical center that found the cause of my chest pain. After 2 days of taking medicine I felt better.

It has been very disgusting and unpleasing approach by Dr. Vishwanath Natesh.
I had visited him last week due to running nose without fever. Initially I was made to wait for approximately two hours. I really had to be patient and wanted to meet the doctor very badly.
However inspite of waiting for a long time it wasnt a welcoming experience by the above mentioned doctor. I was really unpleased with the approach that I had to face. Investigations suggested by him weren't very convincing.

One of my favourite Aster clinic. Very hygienic, professional doctors and friendly staffs. Highly recommended.

Doctors are great but waiting time is more on each step even if there are no patients in queue. Registration process throughout the billing counter, is time consuming. Not best service like Medcare of same DM healthcare.

I am patient of Dr Arijit Audhya ENT specialist since two years. He is a wounderful peraon and extremely professional and experienced doctor. I use to have antibotic for sneezing allergy problem and ended up with 10 MG tablet only with him. Now I only visit him once my allergy medicine finishes. Rest all my diseases came to an end. Huge respect and appreciation for him.

How a clinic have such an incompetent check in procedure. Waited over 45 minutes just to check in. I will avoid at all costs

This is the least recommended Aster clinic in Dubai, poor administration especially registration and billing.

Worst Aster to visit for sure. Even if you took an appointment in advance and reached before time, they will still make you wait for more than 1 hour.

One of the worst hospital that I have ever seen in my life, I have done my CoVid test in Aster clinic at Al khail mall, Al quoz4 on May 13th, 2020 and today is May 25th, 2020.untill now I did not get any call about test result even though I have sent them mail a week ago. Main purpose of taking the CoVid test is to find out and prevent death, I feel after my death also the result will not come. I never recommend this hospital to anyone in my life. Wastage of time, energy and Money.

This clinic is a nightmare u go with an appointment and no one serves you after 3 to 4 hours so slow poor customer service more so rude receptionist.

Time wastage. They give you appointments which they don't honor. They send you to Lab and don't inform about reports back. You have to keep on following up. Jeezzz they have your mobile no they never call back. Basically no order.

I had been suffering from sinus pain and nose problems for a long time and when I went to the Aster clinic Al Khail and I met Dr. ARIJIT AUDHYA and after the examination and the necessary analyzes and x-rays he told me the need to have an operation in the nose that includes (nasal sinuses and bones) and he followed me step by step until the surgery was done successfully I was afraid of the surgery, but Dr. ARIJIT reassured me not to worry. The best doctor I've ever met (a doctor, a friend, a human being in every sense of the word) and now after two months of surgery I feel as though I was not sick at all. Thank goodness and thanks to Dr. ARIJIT AUDHYA and his nurse Sister Daisy.
DR. ARIJIT, I can't repay you for what you have done with me, YOU'RE THE BEST.

Dr Arijit Audhya is a competent and excellent ENT specialist. I’ve been enduring nasal allergies and frequent colds for a number of years, taking on several medications that took a heavy toll on my health. I have been misdiagnosed repeatedly and almost gave up on ever feeling better before consulting with Dr. Audhya. He was very helpful and demonstrated an in depth knowledge of all my symptoms and allergies which he carefully explained in detail. After thoroughly examining me with few tests and simple procedures, he was able to correctly diagnose me and put me on the right treatment plan. For the first time in many years, my health and well-being has tremendously improved for the better. Overall I am more than satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend Dr. Audhya and Aster team for their services.

Very poor reception service. Lazy. You have to wait 30 min even if you have appointment at the reception even with the kids. We are experiencing this for the 3rd time. They turned very worst from outstanding. Very annoying to deal with this place.

Disgusting service with most ignorant reception staff. Doctors are late to duty and no one bothers to inform. Queue ticket was given but nurses send patients inside on reference. Will not recommend to anyone who values their time.

Luckly I met Dr Arijit Audhya who is ENT specialist in Aster Clinic in Al Khail Mall. He checked my ears both side. He found a position which was difficult to recover. Finally He operated and did recovery sucuessfully both my ears.
