Staff were very professional . Nurse Arunima took very good care of me . She made me feel like she cared and Dr shahid was very knowledgeable and did really good work with my root canal

Did an annual wellness check-up. Had to follow up multiple times for the reports and till date waiting for them to call me back for consultation based on the reports. I would rather recommend to get an annual check-up at larger hospitals.

Great service rendered by Ms. Judith on the receiving area. Provide excellent customer service not only to me but to all the customers of Aster Al Barsha Branch.

Staffs are very accommodating and fast services. Doctor Fazil is so awesome! He is always helpful in giving the right medicine. If he is not arround I meet the other Doctors too and they are nice and friendly.
I don't experience negative action on anybody. Thanks to all!

I have visited the gynecologist three times already. Both Doctor Seema and her Assistant AJINA are super wonderful and helpful. They made each of my visits amazing and I’m so comfortable with them both.

The problem with this clinic is the parking entrance is shared between the residents and the patients. I've been yelled at by a resident who is behind me while I was waiting for the attendant, it was almost 15 mins before he came. I understand the frustration from the resident as this would not be common in this building since the parking being offered by aster needs to have access. But if the clinic is giving access to the patients they should atleast do it properly. The guy who opened the gate is not at fault since he is also the one responsible in cleaning and maintaing the clinic. Aster management should do something about this, since it was also mentioned by the resident that this is not the first time that they had a problem with the patients parking access.
Other thing is that, some staff of the clinic do not observe the mandatory face mask mentioned by the clinic. They keep talking with each other and sometimes coughing without their mask. Even some patients dont wear their mask inside, because no one bothers to remind them.

Strongly recommended, one of my friend was having severe pain, it was very difficult situation for me but the staff took care of everything and doctors treated very well.about Aster Clinic i must say one of the finest clinic ever i experienced.

I had an appointment today with doctor Shahid and nurse Arunima for my wisdom tooth removal. I had a wonderful appointment and felt comfortable throughout the procedure, the team was professional and I had full trust in them. I truly recommend visiting Aster clinic and especially having a consultation with an astounding physician like Dr Shahid.

Aster delivery is the worst ever! They squeezed in 10 deliveries at a time keeping the patient wait forever! Its not food or clothing its a medicine this should be treated with top priority more than anything else! Your customers ordering for delivery are sick people! Have a human decency! Its not always a business! Then delivery guys doesnt even know the area! Worst ever!

At first everything went well from accessing the parking to the reception and the nurses all were helpful, but when it came to seeing a doctor I had to wait for over 1hr and no one was giving any info instead the staff was just passing talking to them selves, later on I decided to cancel my appointment that's when I was told the doctor was doing a procedure, I believe I would have been told that in the first place. And if the doctor is doing a procedure which will take long, there should be a consideration on the people waiting to meet that specific doctor and there should be an alternative to attend to all patients on time.

So disappointed with inconsistent details of speciality doctor availability, I was told to come the next day between 1pm to 9pm hence came from work earlier the next day @8pm to be told there's neither a general doctor nor a dermatologist for my case.
I was so Disappointed

My advise; Hospitals/clinics must have general doctors at all times if specialists aren't around plus please give right informations to ur patients tending to meet with the specialists.

I decide to go aster clinic al barsha because im not feeling well and decided to do check up. As i enter the clinic, staff named Feba was in the reception she's very friendly and helpful in all my questions. I always choose and recommend Dr.fasil internal medicine doctor he's too kind and very professional and i can say the best doctor. After my consultation to the doctor he ask me to do some laboratory test and i meet Sajeev, he's too careful in handling patient, makes me very comfortable. Im very happy everytime i will visit aster al barsha kuddos to the staff and thank you for giving brilliant service to us your customer. Thank you for taking care us. Godbless. ️

To get sick abroad miles away from your family is not a joke. It was my first time I got severe sckness here in Dubai and it drives me ctazy from fears and panic of my situation. I prayed so hard God will send me to the most expert doctor who could handle and cure me. It was a blessing and I am so grateful Dr. Mishal Rahman had done his best treated and cured me and so very fast recovery. He is such an encouraging doctor strenghtens my faith and erases my fears, worries and doubts and he enlightens me to feel safe and be calm. He told me it is his duty to treat me. Had undergo blood test laboratories and ultrasound. In just a week I felt alright followed fast recovery. I could not find words to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Mishal Rahman I owe a lot to him. Praying God will shower him more blessings in the field of his profession. To all the staff of Aster Clinic Al Barsha from reception to room 5.checking my temperature and BP and Room 16 for laboratoy test. The clinic is efficiently operated and the staff, especially the nurses are caring and attentive. I consulted Dr Awak Mittal for a chronic foot problem and was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism as he patiently explained the various options and systematically mapped out a treatment plan. I would highly recommend the clinic.

Very nice service and it was quick an the staff is extremely helpful and understand all your query with patience and calmness which is highly appreciated.

One of the worst service ever to be found.
The staff over there are siphoning the money from the patient and bluntly only tell your insurance are declining the request.
While cross checking with the insurance company they confirmed that they have not received any request.
I had waited 03 hours just to get consultation, Blood test, x ray.
All was covered under insurance but staff was just telling that it is not covered and have to pay the fees.
Never expected to found such a worst thing in such a beautiful country like UAE.

Their appointment system is of no use, been waiting an hour and a half for a consultation, their staff are unorganized and don’t provide a valid reason for delay.

My pain had become worst, that's when Dr Usma, physiotherapist, made me get back to my daily life. My pain had left me unable to move, drive or even sit for 5 minutes. Highly professional and polite. Highly recommend her services

I was feeling sick and I come to checkup but I waited 1 hour to visit doctor after that 1 hour to get my prescriptions from reception all staff are not professional working very slowly they should hire some more staff to manage their customers on time terrible service!

Himani helped me in getting the PCR test when everyone at the clinic refused. She went out of the way at 8: 30 pm and got things done for me. Really appreciate and recommended because of her customer service and positive attitude.

Actually I have been referred to aster clinic due to my knee physio threapy. I have met Dr.awak who is arthopadic specialist surgeon he is wonderful Dr indeed.
And the best thing after I have met wonderful full and kind amazing person my physio therapist Dr.usma. She did wonderful job indeed the day when I came I can't bend my knee because I had knee dislocation.
But with the help of Dr.usma proper guidance today I am on my feet and able to bend my knee and the recovery was so fast.she helped me through manual exercises not only also electronic threapy too.what ever she had asked to me do at home I did properly and alhumdulillah after 5 sessions I was able to bend my knee. Thanks alot Dr.usma for helping me so much today I am able to walk due to you.because you encourage me alot and motivated me. I must recommend to Dr.usma for the physio threapy she is the Best Physio therapist so lovely and kind human and the rest of all service is so good

I have been visiting Aster Clinic whenever i am not feeling well and i booked my appointment with Dr. ADITYA. I must say that he is a very nice humble a friendly doctor i have visited so far. His medicines works right away.

These 5 starts are only for Dr. Aditya Mosalikanti.
He is one of the best doctors I have had a chance to get treated with. The way he listens to your problems and provides consultation makes you feel happy and comfortable.
When I was tested covid +ve, Dr Aditya was all there to support throughout the quarantine period. He was continously in touch with me over whatsapp and I would say it was the best thing happened that I had consulted Dr Aditya.
As soon the pcr result was positive, he sent medicines from the pharmacy all by himself.
I felt much better after taking his medicines for five days. Thanks alot Dr Aditya for all your support, guidance and consultation.

Worst Experience Ever.
Have appointment for my mother and after appointment waited 2 hours and the Dr duty off time was near and she want to finish quickly. Such a tortue experience if you have appointment or not you have to wait long queues. I salute the management becuase of covid they make staff less and more queues.

It was a great experience from the moment I entered the clinic, From the reception to the Doctor and Nurse. Specifically I would like to give a special thanks to Dr Abul Fazil who treated me like a friend and the care and attention given by Nurse Rincy I would appreciate a lot for their services. Keep up the good work and the smiles you spread.

I have visited this clinic many time but this time was really great, and the nurse Rincy she is amazing.i think She was really busy but when I ask her to help me she was with big smiling to helping me.even the reception guy joice well knowledged.

Pathetic irresponsible behavior of the staff no response as per the commitment. After lodging 3 complaint calls I am yet to get the report status and now have got a reply that it will be available once the doctor is available which may delay the matter by more 24 hours.no care or responsibility for the patient who is struggling and waiting for the right treatment.is this just about eating money from insurance companies and patients.

I had a great experience for my tooth cleaning and filling. Dr. Vijay Raj Mrinal and Sister Renju Cherien were great and took care of the entire treatment with care and efficiency

The 5 starts are all for two people in the entire place, Dr. Asmaa Younis the best General Practitioner in the UAE, she is knowledgeable and professional a true expert! The second person is Miriro at registration, she is absolutely skilled, greets everyone with a welcoming smile explains everything clearly, super supportive and helpful that I even see her helping her colleagues!
Honorable mention to Rani in the nurses team. Thank you dear!
Those are the only people worth mentioning in the facility! The wait time is way longer than usual as it is super crowded all the time! They should consider expansion or getting another facility here!

They are traet very well.and care for pationt too much.

Everything is great but waiting to be seen by doctor despite of appointment is so terrible waited for almost 2hrs plus laboratory hays

I had been to this clinic for couple of times now and each time I went there
the entire process was smooth for me. I would like to mention Dr ABUL FAZIL for the kind of care he provides for the patients & such a friendly nature he has, and special mention also for nurse Rincy Sherin for her all smiles and care. Appreciate your good work.

Positive:
First experience at Aster was good. I went for checkup yesterday & got an appointment with Dr. Asma, the nursing staff is very good a special mention must be made for Ms. Rani she is very expert in her work she was the first person in my life who got my veins without any problem. She is very good and polite. I was well treated by her.

Negative:
The reception staff needs some training as they are bad in customer service. They need to be more organized. I made an appointment at 10.30 but still due to slow service of reception staff i waited 30 minutes. They need to be hospitable while working at reception. I'll request the higher management to train them in a way that they can do work under pressure situation.

But all my anger went down after the treatment of Ms. Rani. I wish to never go to the doctor but if i got sick again I'll surely get my treatment from Dr. Asma & Ms. Rani.

Nurse Rani is the best! Caring for patients to take the best treatment is her way, thank you Rani
