Aster Clinic, Abu Hail

I won’t recommend this clinic even to my enemies , Doctor Nayana she’s so rude and harsh not even helpful at all never l will go back there ,how come she has the guts to tell me lm lying ,does anyone enjoy going to e clinic for fun .very poor service and stop racism

Excellent service thanks for your help nurse jenitha She assisted and guided me as to which counter to go for the test start to finish.happy with such highly motivated staff and the clinic and the services they provide. Nicely.also she was so friendly and interactive. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. All services are very good.

I had visited this clinic yesterday and I would like to appreciate and mention Mr.unais from the front desk who assisted me. I had visited the doctor but it was taking very long for my insurance approvals. Mr unais was very helpful and kind to assist me. I was in a hurry and left but he was very kind to follow up and got it done. And was responsible to keep me updated with the status of approvals.

Yes I really wanted to mention specially one nurse her name is Jenitta. She cares very well like one of our house member. I’m in dubai last 8 years and many times visited aster for health service. I never seen a nurse like that. She is the only Person make me feel so well. Aster is very pleasure to have a nurse like her.

I went for my baby vaccination in Aster Abu hail branch, receptionist is asking me to pay for vaccine. I was shocked because its free from DHA. I have confirmed with insurance as well, when I raised concern and starting arguing after few minutes other receptionist said no need to pay.so guys be vigilant when you visit aster.

An excellent clinic with experienced and specialized Doctors and Customer service, nurses and support staffs who were friendly and accommodative and making sure we were taken care well! Gr8 experience

This one Star is not for Aster it's for the reception people in that particular clinic Hor AL ANZ East Abu hail aster clinic reception staffs. Everyone should attend communication skills and customer care trainings. They are all rude and work on their own way. I have ebeen visiting the clinic for several times. Doctors nurses and all the other staffs are good. Only the people siting in the reception are really realty bad and don't deserve to sit in the reception and not fit to represent a Healthcare organization

I had good experience today at this clinic. Eventhough I visited as walk in I finished all procedures within half an hour time. Behavior of doctors and other staff are very nice especially nursing staff. Only some delay had in the reception. Thank you Aster

For gynecologist better go somewhere else. Doctor is rude. Doctor dont want to speak, what ever is your doubt you have to check with reception. Then i dont know why they work as doctor, instead reception ppl can consult patients.

For gynecologist please don't go there.very rude doctor. If you ask doubt she will respond rude telling why you ask doubt when you don't know about it. Very shocked to see such doctor as I've seen many before who are supportive. Own experience.

An outstanding customer service from entering the clinic, process to meet the doctor, insurance approval and the end of the process. I couldn't thank enough for (Ms. Prathiba) for an extra assistance and always on hand when it comes on insurance (since I am having the most difficult insurance ever). Not to forget about Rhea and other team, that makes everything is smooth. As well for My lovely Dr. Lakhsmi, I have been consulting her since my 1st stage of pregnancy until the last, feels so comfortable and very details in explaining the things that you couldn't understand. Bottom line, Keep up the good works and Glad to know all of you guys from the beginning and till the end of the process. Just understand the process and you won't feel disappointed.

Thank you front office, i have bad experiences and good ones, definitely this is by far one of the good experience, you people know to behave and respond to given situation.

Front office staff is totally unorganized. During most of my visits, I had to wait for more than 30 minutes in the reception queue despite having an appointment. The person looked disturbed from different angles while the people were waiting for him in the queue. The front office is the department where you have to wait more than any other department. The wait before and and after the consultation is really long and frustrating.
The front office person was behaving with customers in a rude way- I witnessed some desperate patients getting very rude responses from him for the recent changes in the insurance.
BTW, I have been frequent visitor to other aster clinics during my last 15 years in Dubai- I have not experienced such a bad experience from any other Aster clinics.

The customer service representative (Ms Rhea) is amazing.

No Arabic doctors no Arabic customer service it’s so bad experience and no one understand us please provide at least one Arabic doctor

Wonderful experience. Staffs are very helpful especially front office staffs. All their services are fast. Aster Mims does’t made me disappointed at my any visit. So happy and satisfied with their services and hospitality.

The services that I receive from Dr. Geetha & Ms Prathiba is excellent. Dr. Geetha is very kind & friendly and also the staff are very helpful.

If we ask any doubts, she is shouting. Even 1% we are not satisfied with this doctor. I never ever see a doctor like this. I will never allowed my family or friends to go to this doctor.

Dear Aster management, please take strict action or warning against dr. Arschana, otherwise she will be spoil aster privileges. I don't know how can a educated person behavior like this.
Honestly im saying again, *i never ever see a doctor like this in my whole life*

All staff are good and very friendly. Internal medicine specialists Dr: Muhd Jisheer is very kind and responsible for patient issues. Other Doctors are also good. Very easy access from Al quiyadda metro station.

I booked a PCR test at this clinic for travel purposes and before completing the registration form asked the registration clerk if I could bring back the test certificate the following day to have it signed by a doctor - because that was a requirement to enter Cambodia. The guy said no I couldn't. He said it didn't need to be signed. I tried to explain that it was a requirement of the Cambodian government and I was happy to pay an additional consultation fee to have it signed. I tried to show him the Cambodian Govt health requirements but he wouldn't even look at me. He was so RUDE and unhelpful. Absolutely no interest in helping anyone. When I arrived and stood in front of the registration desk he was glued to his computer and didn't even look up for 7-8 minutes even though I was standing right in front of him. ZERO customer service. The guy shouldn't be working in a job where he has to deal with people. I went to the American Hospital instead to get my PCR test done. I took the certificate back the next day and a doctor signed it with a smile and didn't charge anything extra.

Bad customer service. I tried to contact them more than 10 times and no one answered. I advise you not to go to them

I visited with my husband and sister in aster clinic Abu hail, their nursing staff is doing a great job and other staff co operating with patients very nicely and caring also. I am very happy to visited in aster clinic Abu hail.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Aster for the care given to me during the visit to the clinic. I had headache and ear block and Dr Midhuna ENT explicitly and patiently explained the details and reason for the same and I have fully recovered from my issue after several trials with medicines elsewhere. I also thank the ENT staff Nurse, whose promptness avoided any delay in the process.

For the first time I visited the clinic, it was well maintained and the staffs were friendly, I must have to thank Ms. Prathiba for assisting me with the enrolling procedures, Dr. Azam Ji medical advice was helpful also the nurses approach was friendly and caring.thank you all Aster Abuhail team for the hospitality.

Gynaecologist Dr Lakshmi Archana Kumar is very rude has no manners on how to talk to patient. Very bad attitude. Totally disappointed. We will never go again to aster Abuhail because of her.

It's always a disappointment to go to this clinic. I had to wait for 3 hrs which they are disorganised and the next day I came for the laboratory result even the doctor (Dr Geetha) was not helpful as am not an indian. I heard her saying smthg in her language seems like am nagging her to prescribe a medicine. She wanted me to go out and wait till she finished with other patients. They are so racist. Only Indians get the best service in any aster.

Last month I visited Aster Abu hail to consult with the doctor, nurses and staff help me through out since it was my first time in this clinic. A big thanks to them and Kudos to all Aster Staff and doctor. Wishing you all good health and always safe

I went to clinic to do my check up routine and met Gp Dr. RAMI, he was professional and polite. Staff in Aster Abu Hail are friendly.
Reception was able to explain clearly the things I need to do.
Nurses are very well experienced.
Happy for the service that I had.

I have been in Uae for last 3 years. I have visited many clinics for myself & my family health check ups. But i am taking a moment to really appreciate the staffs in Aster in Abuhail. Eventhough there was a bit waiting time for consultation, the staffs seems to be very aggressive & passionate in their work. They greeted us well & guide us properly.

Too long waiting, I got appointment on 06: 35 pm, 17th December 2019, still waiting, now time 8pm.
I asked customer service representatives on reception.
But no proper response.
They said we will check, we will check

Pathetic! Went to see a GP for loose motion today and also my wife is pregnant. The reception clearly refused saying that maternity only Gynae doctor can see and doctor was not there. Other places would have at least checked my wife and referred if they cant treat. I went there in abu hail one because i live close by. The reception staff was not at all helpful.

I would like to write a few words on Aster clinic located in Abuhail. My first visit to this unit was in 2018. Staffs & doctors were really helpful which creates a positive atmosphere for me. I visit this clinic with my family only because of their service. Even during my recent visit, i feel really wow with their service. So i felt i should put really an appreciation for the unit, which i haven't done for the last one year.
