Fast service and very helpful. I was a walk in and was seen very quickly and issues dealt with professionally and efficiently.

I highly recommend this clinic. For 3 years now, me and my husband are consulting Dr. Vinod Nair. He is very polite and caring doctor. All medications are well explained and also suggests tips for a healthy lifestyle.

I had an excellent experience with Jam from the customer service. I sincerely wish the whole of Dubai will have full of Jam's!:)

The worst clinic ever visited. Not enough staffs to receive the patients, and the system is too slow. Better to close down than wasting time of patients.

Worst experience. Not enough staff and system also slow, calling so many times to get reports but no one answering. We have to beg for our report. Non of online services work

After 90 min waiting, an interfere by receptionist with the doctor to allow me to pass.
Doctor VINODE NIAR decided that i have to wait for one patient
Then I got inside his clinic. He simply kicked me out to allow another patient.
I got to know that the selection is not as per numbers, niether waiting time.it is What is your name?
Mine is not Indian name, so.wait. Not a priority
It is worth to mention that the attitude and behaviour of car work shop staff is more respectful than this clinic
Congratulations for the worst ever medical experience I have encountered through my life.

This is one of the worst experience I ever had. Went to see A GP and the waiting time exceeded 2.5 hours! Priorities were made for people with appointments even if their token number passed which is completely unprofessional. I’d never come to this place again

Dear Aster,

Observed very slow response from reception personnel. The same person handling appointments and the same person is also handling insurance cases for all departments. They do not have manners to speak with ladies and family with small kids.

Appointment was with Ms Seema Choudhary, Dr requested for some tests which needs to get approvals from insurance. Insurance proactively replying and requesting queries, however Aster clinic is not responding to the queries and each time we need to notify person on desk that insurance have replied and requesting queries. There are 2 times claim forms rejected from Aster due to not filling forms correctly.

We the family of 3 including small kid, waited for 3 hours coordinating 10times between insurance and Aster desk, and at last moment Aster desk said Doctor went and will come back at 5pm, You can wait or come back. The same case could have been solved in 15minutes if Aster desk have responded responsibly.

The whole experience is so poor, Aster desk is irresponsible and rude behaviour people. They shows themselves very busy but also can be seen chitchating among themselves, between girls and boys. We cannot see any manager or responsible person who can supervise inexperienced, misbehaving Desk representatives.

Aster needs to improve on front desk people efficiency with faster responses and it is very common to see aggressive customers all-round DSO reception desk. Irresponsible people should be taken out. Also, we called to Aster helpline and they are helpless.

We strongly expect Aster line of action for above scenario and response to this mail. However, if Aster quality is going down and if no one cares for to improve quality, there will be no responses for complaints.

Poor customer service, they are not able to manage the queue or people in their clinic.
I got my PCR done and not posted to Alhosn any each call center agent gives different information and blaming Alhosn App.

Not recommend poor service, front counter not paying attention on your request.

Bad customer service

We arrived in the morning for PCR test.no one was there. No crowd no lines and yet we waited to be registered for PCR test over 15 min. 15 min for registration and 5 min for swab is unreasonable. Waste of my time. What kind of information do they put in their system. I suppose hoarding info on patients is their priority instead of treatment or health. Maybe they should rebrand as Data center. On top of that I paid 500 AED just to hear the rude receptionist Rizi telling me I should be patient when I asked why does it takes so long.

Very bad Service, no one call you back if you asked them, they promise to send your report in 0ne day but they ignore you and you need to keep running after them for another 2 or 3 days. They simply get your money then ignore you

First of all Dr. Vinod Ramchandra Nair is not only a good doctor rather he is a good human being. A doctor with great patience & kindness. Most importantly he is such a good doctor whom you can rely upon with full confidence for your health-related issues. He is always available when I need him. Apart from this Aster as a clinic is very well managed by trained and courteous staff who attends me as soon as I walk in the clinic, Mr. Hamid, who is always there for any assistance.

Perfect clinic and really helpful and efficient staff.
Specially hamid. He helped me and made my experience really smooth.

Pediatrician  Dr Manosh was warm, friendly and concise. Long waiting hour but was happy with him. No staff to help, sad to see Aster leaving doctors to do everything on their own. Doctor was apologetic but management should look in to it. Will go again for the doctor but scared about waiting hours and lack of direction.

The covid test done at Aster Clinic was a terrible experience. The nurse wasn’t professional & so rough she caused me to bleed.

Aster clinics are usually known for their good staff and quality healthcare, but this branch fails to deliver. The front desk is the main problem as they are extremely unprofessional, the nurses as well just waste time chatting and making the patient wait. It took me 4-5 hours just to get a COVID PCR test, which is quite ridiculous. When the waiting became unbearable, I went and asked the front desk about my appointment, and they just, without any consent or notice, said they canceled my appointment because "it was a rush hour". They instead let patients who had no appointments in first which is quite preposterous. This stupid place wasted my precious 4-5 hours, I DONT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Made a blood test yesterday. Was painful and bruises left. Maybe because free tests.

Had good experience with MS LARISA, she helped me alot in getting my approval from issurance.whenever she is on the counters she clears the crowd quickly. ASTER should hire more staff like her.

I wrote a bad review about Aster clinic in DSO, but I am updating it now from one to four stars. After the bad experience that I had last February, I had to visit this clinic for doing an urgent PCR test and I noticed a drastic change in the service, safety and hygiene measures. They also hired more employees to improve the service and serve the patients faster. The smell is also nice as well as the ambiance. You really feel you’re in a clinic now. This is why the pharmacy is always crowded:)
In Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are always under the influence that clinics are clean and sterilized all the time. Thank you aster for achieving the DHO standards.

One of worst customer service in dubai, did a covid test for travel. The promise was to deliver results in 24 hrs. After 24hrs no results nor an info on delayed results. When enquired with customer service simple answer is it is delayed with no indication of when it will be received. We are at verge of missing our flights and customer service just keeps saying we forwarded your request to clinic for results.

From my personal experience Aster clinic Silicon Oasis branch was really having amazing services with kind staff, helpful nurses and professional doctors.

Dr. Sunil Kumar one of the best family physician in Dubai, highly recommended. Done PCR test, result came within 24 hours and the staffs are very friendly.

Went for PCR test and its fast only. They are very accommodating and all staff are very helpful and all smiling especially the girl in the reception and Ajman who is in the covid pcr station in the clinic. We will definitely be back here for any consultations.

Poor service. Was promised a call back within 7 days regarding my blood tests. But no call received. I had to follow up. Which means after 7 days they can charge another consultation fee. This is not right. Be aware of this.

Worst Experience with Dr. Anuj Taneja Dermatologist. My husband got Herpes skin infection and as it was on back doctor said i can apply the medicine for my husband. I even asked if this infection can spread to me, he said its non infectious. But unfortunately i got the same virus. They dont even value the lives of their patients. I got a miscarriage because of weak body due to this virus. This doctor doesnt have knowledge of simple infections. I regret that i went to this clinic as they have useless doctors. I would advise never visit thia doctor No option to give negative or zero rating otherwise it deserves negative rating

Didn't get any proper feed back after my covid 19 test they said 7days it took. I called call center and they said they will give a call back request from the clinic I didn't received anything yet. Now I tried to call this call center two rings and hang up. Worst experience and communication.

Had to visit thrice due to doctors mistake

It was a good experience for me. Clinic is very clean, everybody was friendly. Doctor Liny Jose was very good, she suggested several tests to check if there is any issues and she called me same day to update about results. Also lady who took blood test was very professional- I didn't feel anything and there is even no any mark left.

No one knows the job behind the counters. Everyone is asking 1-2 people who knows what needs to be done and this is all causing huge queues.
All the patients seems frustrated. I came here just because it was near my place but for sure won’t come back. Better to go to some better place which is far.

The team is completely lost. 40 minutes in que to get token and then 1 hour to get call for blood pressure checking.

I would not recommend this clinic for COVID test.

As you cannot reach out to clinic directly the centralized customer care team contacts the respective clinic who are being told that they will call the customer back. Trust me I have been promised 10 times since last 7 days that I will receive a call but haven’t received any.

Tried messaging on messenger. No reply.

I am stepping out and getting myself tested somewhere else. So you think before visiting Aster again. I am giving up.

They cannot blame the current situation for their poor customer service since this is not the first time I have faced this. Faced it last year and last to last year.

Given the blood sample on 28th May 2020 & calling everyday for follow-up, the call center got one reply to all your questions "The clinic will call you shortly" and nothing then, don't know they take sample just to charge the patient & insurance. Big tumps down to Aster DSO

I'm extremely unhappy with DSO branch despite letting them know my condition. I receive a call about my reports only when I complained to the CS the previous day. I don't think you really care about your patients, so change your tag line!

I have been here couple of times since i live in dso and this is an easy accessible one.very long waiting time at each stage of consultation. One visit from Appointment till pharmacy is around or more than 2 hours.must say, one indian front desk guy with name sounded like Shyam was very customer friendly and helpful, Please tune your process to reduce the waiting time.

This aster clinic has messed up my appointment not once not twice but thrice and I've only been there thrice. They make appointments but forget to check whether the doctor is available. They said the doctors timings changed and they called (ONCE) the day of the appointment to inform they could have sent a message unfortunately I was busy and did not pick up the call when I called back the phone was answered but no one was speaking at the other end. The other time the doctor went on a vacation and they booked my appointment and when I reached the clinic I was told he was not available.

I went to see a dr few days ago, I had waited a bit (longer than i expected) but after receiving treatment from dr and this nice Filipino guy from the reception who helped me a lot and explain everything regarding my insurance approvals and payment it was worth waiting.
I highly recommend this guy and other staff should be more cooperative like him. Btw his name is John. Thanks for your help.cheers!

It was a wonderful experience to be assisted from team of Aster as this was my first visit to a clinic from my stay of 2years.
Special thanks to Larissa who was able to assist and guided me.

Friendly staff and pharmacy is just next door.
Doctor George whom i've went in was so friendly and he explains very well.

Horrible service. People are waiting for paper work process for hours which means the counter staff need help. Work on improving your customer service by having a stream system.

Long waiting hours. Too much paper work.pediadtrics dnt even wish small kids or make a dialogue, no talks at all between the parents&doctor complete dead air.only typing typing in thr computer for 20 mins without explaining whats next. Worst doc met as DSO branch. So brutally instered cotton in my daughters nose for a test no calls for the test result. Prescibing test and medicines to make mney for no reason. Vitamin D not insured for cold? No improvement in my daughters health temperature just increasing. Felt i was in some uninvited free medical camp seeking for medical help. Will never ask anyone to take their kids to DSO branch

GP doctors are good, rest specialities are below average doctors. Staff needs to be more attentive. Crowded on weekends.
