I did beard shaping at Aster jlt with DR. RAMILA with great experience she is very professional with her work she had great experience in this work and i suggest my friend's and family too for laser treatment thank you ramila see u at next session.

First time I see ENT doctor that doesn't care at all.
Someone has throat pain n can breath in difficult way n all what she said that breathing hard is not my responsibility.she didn't even bother her self to use the stethoscope n check the patient.for sure we will never visit that clinic again.driving 20 minutes n paying 300 aed consultation for a doctor that is careless. These r the types of aster's doctors honestly.if these doctors were doing well in their countries then am sure that they will never come here but lots of clinics hire those doctors that were barely graduated n give them low salaries n train them to do business more than caring about the people.yet she gave us 4 types of medicine that are honestly useless coz all what they care about is to increase the sales.will be my last time to visit aster ever again

My visit to Dr. Sabiha exceeded all my expectations. I am very happy that I found a professional who is also a very kind woman. I highly recommend her.

I am happy with Laser treatment available at Aster. It is very impactful. Worth paying high price Technician Ms Ramila Is very nice and superb with her task. I love going to Aster for my treatments.

They should hire a competent laboratory technician. I went for a medical test a week ago, received a big bruise in my arm and ideally not on the correct area to draw blood. The bruise gets worse everyday.

Had a good experience visiting the clinic. Friendly and accommodating staff nurses insurance co ordinator and doctors as well. Will surely recommend Aster Jlt to everyone

NEVER VISIT ASTER CLINICS! They have the worst service ever. WHY?

I had visited one of their doctors on 23 August 2021 7: 40 PM and the doctor had asked to run couple of blood tests and on that basis they took a sample of 4 test tube.

ON 24 August, Aster Clinic personnel calls me to ask me if the insurance was purchased personal or by my employer (NONSENSE QUESTION)

TODAY 26 August, another Aster personal requested me to call my insurance since none of the tests requested by the doctor got approved.

Calling my insurance company, they confirmed that after 10 min from sending approval request on 23 Aug evening they sent an email for additional information BUT TILL DATE no ANSWER!

WHAT SERVICE IS THAT! No one cares and thats just a simple blood test thing!

Went there for a PCR test as I was close by and it was easy to park. Waiting time was short, cost was 150 aed and the nurse performing the test was very efficient and gentle. It was fast and the least uncomfortable than I've ever experienced. I got the result back within 6 hours. All in all great experience (if you can call that a PCR test)

Mr Avinash is one of the best service associate there. He is proper information services.

Great place to get healed. Doctors seem competent. Paperwork is time consuming somewhat. Plenty of parking outside. Friendly and helpful staff. PCR testing available.

Visited this clinic, very clean surrounding and very professional customer service received from their side. Mr. Shagir helped me very much as I am new to the area and don't know much about the hospital policies and the required doctor which I needed to consult for my issues. Slowest and laziest receptionist/cashier amongts all Aster clinics I’ve been. They will only answer you yes and no in all of your questions. Not helpful at all. Nurses will ignore you by all means. Try other Aster Clinic. Not this branch.

Thank you Aster clinic for providing me a good service every time I need. To be honest - I was afraid of an injection but since I’ve met two an amazing nurses Ms Sreedevi and Mr Princy I have no issues anymore. Thank you ladies for your kind smiles and postive energy. Wish you all the best!

I was there for a PCR test and Fasleen took care of the test and she was really professionnal. I didn't feel anything.

Very unpleasant experience with Aster Clinic JLT. My mother broke her finger and we went there for first aid. After two hours and several different doctors we finally reached the surgeon. His conclusion was to wear a finger splint and make a super extremely urgent operation at AED 8000. Worth mentioning that the doctor’s cabinet didn’t look equipped at all, it was just a room with cheap furniture where nothing reminded about medical services, even the doctor didn’t wear the white robe.

We contacted our insurance in Switzerland for approval and shared the file with them. We received first estimate of AED 8000 and were surprised to see that costs for outpatient operation with local anesthesia included more fees for the hospital than for the surgeon work. We asked to review the costs then they accepted to lower the costs to AED 7000 however refused to send a new estimate.

Then the doctor started calling daily to remind how urgent and important it was and always repeated that he’s salary based and has no financial interest. He called to make sure that the coordinator from the clinic called, then he called to make sure that we went for COVID test. However still no final estimate whatsoever.
Then we just decided to call the insurance again and asked for medical assistance consultant to confirm how urgent the operation was, he said based on medical report they received the operation was definitely not urgent and could wait for the return to Switzerland. And of course they highly recommended to do the whole procedure in Switzerland.

So as conclusion, why the salary based surgeon didn’t recommend to postpone the operation and so much insisted to urgently get operated in Dubai? Maybe because there is not to much business and doctors are more businessmen than doctors?

One of the worst places to call health care & bad service no follow up with customer or insurance.

Did not expect Dr Manoharan Ramalingam to do this. I was his regular patient and today when we booked an appointment we waited there for almost 2 hours and our token was not called then the reception said there is some mistake and they informed the DR to attend us. In spite of this the Dr didn’t want to see us and continued to see other patients. Very very very disappointed with the doctor and the reception team.

I went there to do the covid 19 anti body test, was told I'll get the results within 24 hours. Whitch never happened. I spoke to a call center, the staff there didn't even knew they are doing such a test there. Extremely disappointed I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs fast and effective service.

Yesterday I was to this clinic for the PCR test to going back to my country, and I waited for my turn from 10: 30 am to 3: 20 pm, and I think this fact talks a lot about this miserable clinic. The worst clinic ever, everyone was staying in just one little room, with No distance restriction for 5 hours.

Horrible service from the reception. First visit was okay but the second time I went there for follow up checkup with a scheduled appointment, reception refused to book me as she said it was not stated on the system. I was advised to go and ask the GP's nurse instead and later on was referred back to reception.
When I got the referral letter to see another doctor, I gave my documents back to the reception and advised appointment has now been booked for the new doctor. After 2 days, I called to re-book the time of my appointment and guess what, the representative said I don't have any appointments and the doctor is fully booked. Such a waste of time.

Professional and well organised staff.
We are very happy with the treatment by Dr.tarun for my baby and he answers all the queries in detail without any hesitation and he is very helpful in case of emergencies (in case of appointment unavailable) and the sister Marianne is very kind, helpful and great with smile.

We stay in Dubai investment park 2 and its little far for us. I suggest Aster clinic to kindly open 1 branch in DIP.

Visited a pediatrician - Dr. Tumar Shukla yesterday. Awful doctor. Listened to the chest while talking, not stopping at each point even for a second. Did not even check ears. At night after the visit my child had an earache which could have been prevented if the doctor had checked the ears and diagnosed otitis. Prescribed cough syrup when the child did not even cough, the syrup turned out to be not suitable for the age of 2 years and 11 months (Sinecod).

If you have an opportunity to go consult another doctor please do, don’t go to Aster clinic JLT, pediatrician Tumar Shukla.

I visit Aster clinic JLT branch for my baby. Dr Tarun is a very knowledgeable doctor. He talks to the point, he is calm, listens to the problems and on a very joyful way gives the answers. With this I can't miss to mention sister Marianne, she is an awesome staff. Irrespective of being busy throughout her shift, she keeps smiling.my baby boy (9 months old) is fond of her.

The doctor's are so careless and unprofessional like nowhere in the world. You wait 2h for consultation then they send you to another doctor in a way like (no go to the other room) without any specific instructions. Then we wait there 1 more hour someone to call us but none of the nurse came to us. Then we went to the reception to ask if something is wrong and we got the answer that the doctor couldn't take care of my wife because there shifts are finishing.

Dr. Tarun Vijaykumar Shukla is one of the best Paediatrics doctors have ever came across for my Son. It’s very rare to see a doctor who listens Parents very calmly understand the Child Problem and Parents concerns for Child Health. He will always explain Child Health issues in detail and Child Behaviours and how a parent should take care in a correct way. He always ensured that correct treatment is given to child with corrective follows up every time you have concerns, I Have build good trust on him for my Child.

Will Highly recommend Dr. Tarun Vijaykumar Shukla Paediatrics Doctor if you’ve been searching around from a place to place to find a good Paediatrics Doctor for your Child.

Also would like to say about Staff Nurse Marian, she is very good and caring Nurse have ever seen.

My appointment was at 1: 30pm and I came to clinic by 1: 15pm. It's 1: 35 I am still at the waiting area. Can't the clinic speed up the process of attending the patient?

I visited this hospital before 2 days. I was having hiccup problem. But the staff was very careless they didn't pay attention on me.after waiting about 6 hours the pharmacy staff said we don't have medicine.you have to visit to another hospital. Really Im very disappointed about this hospital.

Dr. Usha, the Best OBGYN in the entire UAE! God bless her! Her kind attitude and soft words healed me before the medicines!

I think from 2018 me and my husband was checking pedia for our daughter for her cough which cannot cure of any other pediatrician for how many months here in Dubai but thanks God one day we found Dr. Tarun and his nurse Marianne. Then when my son came he is also sick (new born) again Dr. Tarun and Marianne help us, there is no words to describe to them because they’re love their work, the desire of their heart is to save life not only to check and give medicine, they are 10 steps ahead on the situation and checking carefully. They are perfect partner please continue guys what you are doing and saving more lives. I went for a visit. The clinic was well-organized and quick. I had a huge support from Ameera, the receptionist, with a big smile on her face! She assisted me from the minute I walked in till I left. She is a well multitasker with a good positive vibe. She helped me with the insurance reimbursement while taking care of my daughter at the same time.
