Dr help us for les them 2 min dit not listen to us. And on the scrip they put my husband details not the patient we ask them to change it so insurance can cover medication they said they can’t change it so we hat to pay cash for medication

I had a very good experience with doctor Mrithul Ramachandran Nair, General Medicine. I consulted him for fever and Colon infection and i got a very good treatment under his consultation. He do the follow ups through the call and ensure if we are okay or not and he used to check us through Watapp as well.

And Doctor Harshal, Dermatology is also a very good doctor. I consulted her last day show my injured nail. I Alhamdulillah she did the procedure very carefully and she is very friendly and pleasant. Masha Allah!
And a big thanks to nurse neethu who was very supportive through out the procedure with doctor harshal.

Great Service, Dr. Zevnep Zehra Gumus is one of the best Doctors we have experienced. Me and my wife went there with sever symptoms and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable and great diagnosis. Hopefully she will be longer at this Branch. Also nurse Selina was amazing, fast and smooth reaction for IVs and injection. I got pregnant with Aster!?
Particularly with their obs/gynecologist Dr. Astha Mishra and her assistant sister Ms. Rangel. I love them ️
I feel in Aster like at home, warm smiles and special care of all staff are always welcoming you. And the energy in the clinic always feels comforting and relaxing.
I'm having PCOS, and couldn't get pregnant for more than a year, and only being with Dr. Astha for a month, she got me pregnant. I can't explain how much happy I am!
In my first visit doctor draw a picture explaining how, when the conception happens and what is happening in my situation. And I asked to keep this drawing with me, and thought if one day I got pregnant, I'd say that's how everything started. But I couldn't imagine that it can happen so fast! It is a miracle ️
Thanks to Dr. Ashta and her lovely assistant Ms. Rangel. Rangel she is like an angel, always there for you, no matter early morning or late night. I really appreciate her help and care.

Sick patients like me yesterday had to wait 25minutes to get my name registered and after seeing the doctor I've waited 33 minutes to print the prescription due to an error in the printer which is 5 or 6 years old.they took my email ID at 6pm to send me the sick leave since there was more than 15 patients waiting for some docs to be printed.called at 7pm, 8pm, 8.30pm 9 pm. Next day I called 5times and no one sent it to me until I left home sick drove all the way to the clinic and got it hard copy.

Aster Clinic Arabian Ranches is becoming our family's local to-go clinic for any medical concerns, from myself, my hubby, and my kiddos. We’ve been their regular patients for almost 2 years. The service that we received from the doctors, nurses, and staff are excellent, super friendly, and professional! We are delighted to have found such reliable doctors e.g. Dr. Astha Mishra, Dr. Hesham Farouk Sayed Gomaa & Dr. Abhinav Gupta; amazing stuff especially Ms. Jam and Ms. Jenny; and last but not least our fav Nurse Ms. Rangel Shaju, she is just simply amazing! I must recommended this clinic as absolutely the best in allaspect.and parking are so easy and extremly professional and effecient staff special jenny in receptionist special how she handle busyness even dr omar he is extra mile treating the patients.

I went in aster clinics in Arabian ranches because I need to do pcr emergencies I need to go back in my country due to emergencies matters and when I came there reception attend me and promise me to help me to get my report within 4 hrs I'm so happy because I never regret it came in that clinic they are so helpful as long us they specifically Jenni in reception. Now I'm traveling to go back in my country

I thank and appreciate the excellent experience I had during my treatment at Aster Medical Center in Arabian Ranches 2 by dentist Shahid Rashid and his nurse Heidi through my sessions, where I received great care and attention from them

Some facts:
The clinic charges money to register you on their system, interestingly I have never seen it happening anywhere in UAE, I have really no clue why they would charge me for something that's not even a medical service.
The clinic staff couldn't (or possibly didn't want to) apply for insurance claim for a lab test, they kept saying it's 'self paid' on 'our software' without even sending it once to the insurance company, my guess, they hardly cared,

This place became my local to go clinic for any medical concerns, over the excellent and above customer experience in all my visits.
The staff are amazing front of house, back of house staff including the doctors as well special mention Dr. Shilpa cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, concern, consistent follow and identifying the problem and resolving it completely. Another amazing staff member a lady who is always keeping us updated on what's app, always responding on time to the queries and fully informed, and advising and aware about everything, that's an amazing individual.
All you guys there keep it as it is do not add do not reduce keep it looked as it is, happy to be associated with yourselves. I like the way you treat patients like your own family member.

Everyone at Aster clinic was very welcoming. The doctor was very friendly and professional, and i got medical assistance within a short amount of time. The medical bill was also not high even though my medical insurance couldn't cover my bill. Very wonderful staff at the Clinic.

I have good experience with Aster (Arabian Ranches Branch). Good Service provided by the Staff. Nurses are very friendly and professionally good. I was provided the best care and advice from my doctor end right from the all trimester (Dr. Astha Mishra). I truly recommend a visit.

Never visit this clinic in case of emergency cases specially with kids who need further tests with the doctor check up.they will not give you results shortly it will take them long while your child needs immediate answer of what his/her case is, my son has a fever for 2 days and I went there to check him up.he needed throat swab that will indicate whether he needs antibiotic or not still 7 hours now and I don’t get an answer to thay and he still has the fever shame on them

No care for patients, I went there as walkin and GP refused to entertain.

Personally I have had the best experience with Aster. I have seen a few endocrinologists and have been taking a few treatments for my diabetes. Since I visited Dr. Prakash Pania, I have been able to have a great control of my diabetes. His expertise in this area is incredible. The services of the people at the front desk, nurses and support staff are very professional.

I went to the clinic as I was suffering with body ache for quite some time. The Doctor whom I consulted was Dr Abhinav he is an specialist in medicine he was very polite to talk to and very patient He understood the root cause of the problem and then made me understand why it was happening. Further he gave me his mobile number and told me I could message him in case of any questions or concerns and he was very prompt with his reply. Thank you Dr for being too sweet and concerned. It's been 15 days and I am completely fine now.

Good Service provided by the Staff n attended well by the Nurse on my first visit and later gav proper follow up on medication coordinating with Dr.on call bein Positive. Unfortunately, the receptionist directed me on call to get connected with DHA for medication instead of connecting with my Dr. Hence would suggest to look into this n guide the patients with Doctors/ Nurse on Call after being given request for Call back with Dr/ Nurse instead of directing straight to DHA for medication for throat pain on bein positive in the first chance.

Dr. Abinav gupta is very helpful and understanding. He understood my problem and cured it efficiently. The staff was quite helpful with a very neat clinic. The best part is unlike other clinics like discovery garden the waiting time is very high and it takes approximately 2-3 hours here I was a walk-in patient and everything was sorted in less than 15min. Dr. Abinav, his work timings were finished still he attended me, understood each complain in detail.

One of the best clinics in dubai with the most courteous staff and almost no waiting times. Everyone from the clinic manager to the receptionist are very professional and efficient.

Every time I visit Aster Clinic Arabian Ranches, the service from support staff, Drs and the Manager have been excellent, always going above and beyond my expectations and are helpful, supportive and friendly. I wouldn’t visit any other clinic.

Over crowded, understaffed. Same nurses conducting PCR n same checking vitals for other patients. When we objected and asked for the manager, reception staff informed, there is no manager.

Bad experience with pcr test: the clinic was very crowded and they were completely disorganized; despite the appointment we waited almost one hour and many people had the test before me even if they had arrived after me.

We were made to wait for so long to see a GP. Token number given by SMS is sent to multiple patients hence there was confusion on whose turn it is to see the doctor. Lab test result took time to be released, had to wait for the next day and doctor was not even calling to read the report. Took multiple calls without any luck. As I write this review, I am still placed on hold. Avoid this clinic or any Aster at any cost! Prime is better by miles and miles!

Dentist no good! Long waiting but empty chairs in waiting area. Use ur words politely. Rude and disrespectful.

I was really amazed with the service. I had booked an appointment and when I turned up early they were able to see me without any problems. Staff were extremely helpful, definitely will be going back there.

Worst experience ever Aster Arabian ranches, no one care to follow up with the patients, I have made a lab test and no one called me for follow up or to explain
I have called them two times requesting for call back and although the doctor shift ends at 8 pm she didn’t bother to call me to explain even the next day no one called to follow up
I have called the call center for the third time to follow up and it’s useless

The entire team in Arabian ranches seems very panicking when they work under load of patients and they have a low level of customer service after they complete the service

Until now no one contacted me and I am sure that they will only call after adding a negative feedback on them

This type of people and service providers shouldn’t be exist

Luxury Clinic of Aster! I am really surprised when they told me they are not accepting Oman Comprehensive plus Insurance card! All of the major Hospitals, Aster Clinics and Hospitals in Dubai they are accepted this Insurance. But the customer care person don't know about this and they said this Insurance is fine with their clinics at the time of appointment

One of the best clinic in Dubai. The service provided by them is too good and the doctors are also doing a great job. Another highlight of the hospital is its cleanliness. The hospital is very clean and the toilets were also neat and clean. I would never say the hospital is congested but in a way, it's quite small but that is not at all an impediment as they are providing a class and quality service. Very slow in attending patients. Even though appointment was prebooked. They simply wait for your insurance approval rather then attend to patients.

My family and I have very Good experience with the doctors in this clinic. We also consulted Dr. Fatima Aghanasiri here if we needed a second opinion after visiting other doctors in a reputable Dubai hospital, when we were in doubt.

We have come to this clinic a good number of times. Everyone there is very hard working. Our appointments have mainly been with Dr. Fattema, she is a great doctor! Her attention to the patients and professional diagnosis is awesome! Highly recommend this clinic.

I love my local surgery. When I last dropped by without an appointment the receptionist told me the doctor was on lunch break. She called her to let her know I was waiting and the lovely doctor hurried back to see me cutting her lunch break short! I also like that they answer all questions patiently.

Ample parking to start with, and extremely professional and efficient staff to take care of pre and post appointment formalities with the Doctor. A couple of renowned pharmacies too within the Ranches Souk which makes this Clinic one of the best in this area.
But the best part is my experience with Dr Fatemeh the GP. She is a wonderful human being and goes an extra mile in treating the patients. She is one of those doctors who are easily accessible and makes sure the queries are answered rather promptly and to the patients satisfaction.
I cannot recommend her enough!
