Have been in this clinic couple of times, the doctors are very good, and the nurses are amazing, friendly and willing to assist at all time

Staff's are incredible. Not only has taken great care of my health, but also lovely to speak with at every appointment.

The bad clinic ever, I had a 2nd degree burn on my legs with almost 60% burn. I visited this clinic to bering down my pain. All what the could respond to me " you don't have an insurance, and we don't have a speciality doctor we can't do anything for you" I had to go back with the same pain I came with.
This is shameful.

Think twice before visiting this area!

Receptionist and Nurse are busy in their phones and as a patient, you have to wait. Ya, it was just 5mins wait, but there is no other patient too and it's just me. Whats so more important in your phone than a patient visiting your office? When to room myself to nurse and mam is busy in her Instagram reels and tells me to wait outside still and calls me after 2 to 3 mins. Receptionist takes 3 to 5 mins to check phone before getting me my token. Somehow got token at 17.06.13 as per time stamp in token and noticed nurse mam already busy in her phone. And finally nurse checked me at 5.14pm, that is 17.14.00, though there was no patient waiting.

Service was pathetic, even tortoise will be more faster than your services, the staffs are like damm care. The management should really look into service improvement

I want to take medicine due to cold and fever
Around 3 pm there was only one doctor available, he treated me very bad, he said I am lying, I dont have any sick, he cant give any sick leave, he didn’t even listen my explanation while am talking he just decided with my body temperature that I am not sick and he canceled my file in rude way. I just spend hours to waiting in the clinic and I came back without any help
I dint go to take medicine due to lack of time and am suffering with my sick until now and I have to go to duty as well. Doctor Mahamed rizwan

Love the service and the hospitality of the people working in the facilities. Specially the nurses and doctor most of all the people in front desk near the entrance door

World worst clinic. Especially the Front desk.they dont want deal any patient. Just they pretend they are very busy in computer but the are not doing anything on it

Short of doctors, don't recommend it, its in high population area and from big Name of medical provider BUT unfortunately they have no time respect for the patients NOR the manner to inform the patients that they have only ONE doctor on duty by 4 pm

One of the Volunteer at the reception lied to Patient saying doctors duty is over. He did not know how to speak to a patient or how to treat a patient. The money what we pay they are thinking it's a service only. But they need to see the age. Criticality. Issues n respect patients no matter what gender or what nationality.zero care to patients and without giving proper customer service training to then or briefing daily how to. Ineteract with patient is missing.

Excellent clinic, staffs are very polite, even in rush hour they keep them self calm.
Dr. Ravish Shah is best GP with excellent knowledge, we have observed many time that we get fit immediately based on his description.

I dont have any issues on the doctors because they are doing great but the staff in the reception area.if i can just rate them with a negative i would do that because they are on below zero kind of service.they are just saying things just to let client feel better but its just a word and NOT in actions.its been 4 days since the check up and until now the client didnt take any medicines since we are waiting for the laboratory result before they prescribe medicine.so like are we going to wait for the client to die before the medicine will be prescribe? I was so embarrassed on recommending them to my friend.i also told them aster will treat you well.oh no.my bad.

This is the closest and the go to clinic for me and my family, they've treated us well. Friendly staff and friendly doctors.
Have not had a hiccup so far! I recommend them.

Poor service in pharmacy if you go to get medicine covered on health card they become least bother & make to wait longer.till they complete the private walkins

Doctor is very nice especially dr.asra fatima.but the worst is the staff in cashier.they dont know how to treat the patients properly.they are not putting in first priority all the patients who are waiting for so long.the staffs are talking with their own language which is like personal matters.i took so long in this visit today.

About aster gp clinic, first i would like to say heartleft thanks for all the doctors over there.but for the customer service staff i would rate less than 0 if i can, i visited there got advised to do scan nd some bloodwork.after getting the approval they informed me to do scan n blood test at jubilee clinic.i asked the two lady staff sitting over there about appointment requirement for scanning.they said no need to book appontment you can just walk in i repeated the same question still they have the same answer.when i went jubilee they dint do my scan as slots are taken by other patients they asked me to come after three days and gave appointment on august 3 that means still i dint do my scanning! I put one star only post this comment.

Worst clinic I've ever visited! Its already 6 days when they took blood samples from me until now no report and they are not giving a clear answer why still not ready! Specially the guy from the reception very poor service!

Worst service on the reception management should take action against reception staff specially suja.

But there is no benefit to write something about their services because no body response to comment.

It's take long time to process and when we call to check if docter is available or not nobody answering the call. Atleast we need to know particular doctors availability so we not waste our time going there and return back if docter not available tht time.

Guys make sure you find a spot to park first coz it’s difficult to get parking in the lot next to the clinic.

The receptionist, her name is Suja I guess. My god her attitude. Waited for almost an hour. The nurses and receptionist keeps on talking in native languages and wasting time. These kind of staffs ruin the firms. I am a medical insurance consultant for me the patients are god. Any way I know there is no use.

A great experience as a patient. I do appreciate and acknowledge the empathetic attitude and prompt service of the staffs right from the receptionist to the doctor. They were really approachable and supportive. Thank you.

This clinic reception area prioritize only their own color.been waiting almost an hour and i wasnt registered yet.seeing how they make attended some indian after i came.i walked out and go another place.zzzzz

Horrible clinic in uae, they only want to eat money out of you, proper diagnoses is not carried by them also the doctors are not well qualified. Please visit a government hospital in case of emergency as its free and proper diagnose is done. Aster gives a patient most horrible terrible experience waiting que, unorganized and waste of time. Kindly do not waste your money and time. Delay in handling patients. No empathy on patients and wrong diagnoses more pain to patient. A proper law case should be done against them

Terrible wait time!
Dr was supposed to be in the clinic at 5pm. He came at 5 45pm (it could be accepted if thats due to an emergency) and after punch in process he again wasted 20 to 30 minutes doing nothing. (Visibily)

Very bad experience. 3 hours to just see the doctor very slow staff processing no professionalism dealing with patients.
Free parking in the basement is only 1 +ve thing.
