Aster clinic, provides the best service and all the staff are approachable and professional

I visited in this clinic in July 2023.i has very bad back pain that time there staff, nurses receptionist they co operate with me very genuinely and told me don't worry we will take care and please take rest everything will be alright sooner I went for X ray there also radiographer was awesome she helped me and take care about me while X ray doing. I suggested my colleagues, family and friends please visit this clinic.

Worst experience for the approval.they don't send on time the approval request and you need to just sit there and wait because they don't have enough staff to send insurance request

Pediatric doctor sandeep is very rude. For every illness His remedy is antibiotic. Don't recommend

System changes should be efficient and user friendly, for an existing customer (patient) with all information in system, my aster app should link to that data after entering OTP, doesnot require customer to upload all existing information in your system

I visited there several times and had a good experience from the reception desk to the pharmacy. Especially Mr. Argie at the reception desk. If our health is too weak, his smile tells us, it will be ok, you will get better soon… Thanks a lot Aster and Mr. Argie.

Had an excellent experience, as the clinic has a very pleasant ambience, the staff was very welcoming. Got appointment with internal medicine doctor who made sure to understand my case in detail and provided with proper guidance regards to test and accordingly prescribed medicines through which have seen noticeable improvement in my health. I would recommend this clinic for internal medicines and medical tests.

I would rate it as best hospital in dubai. Treatment given was effective and also value for money.

Only one pediatrician is available in this area of more than 5,000 apartments; the doctor is always busy, does not accept walk-ins, and does not accept appointments as he is always overbooked. I request that an additional pediatrician be added to the squad

Dr. Sandeep as a Doctor, He is good, giving medicine, guidance etc. ” But the attitude towards patients are not at all good”. I had bad experience, fr my three kids I’m consulting from last 3-4 years, but if any urgent trying to consult this Doctor/clinic they will say n number of patients waiting etc, I hope they have enough patients may be that’s the reason, but u check with any other clinics they will have a better approach…

Dr Jibi did a great job on my visit to the clinic. She explained evrything to me in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff eas great, very helpfull.

We use to visit Dr sandeep for my kids, we are really comfortable with his treatment, all staffs are very friendly. Clinic has in bult pharmacy which is a good part to be mentioned. Well well maintained and neat.

The Philippino male staff at the reception is very rude n not helpful at all on my visit to the muhaisnah clinic for my friend who was in very bad pain in the stomach was kept waiting for 3 hours saying that the insurance is not yet approved while checking on the mobile app it was displayed that the insurance was approved long back but he had forgotten to check n inform the patient.he was busy joking and playing around with the other staff at the reception.
I think he needs to understand the seriousness and the place where he is at work is not supposed to be taken lightly.

I believe that Aster being a very reputed clinic would take up this matter seriously and would make corrective actions.

Dr Sandeep pediatricain a perfect example of being a good doctor he listens understands and expalins very well the best part is he makes sure patient has understood everything. Staff are supportive and caring

I visited several clinics and hospitals but found ASTER to be the best of all. Dr Donna - The gynacologist and entire team of clinic is well trained and highly professional. I would genuinely wish it remains the same and keep up their good work. Highly recommended!

This is probably the worst Aster clinic i have visited. I had an appointment at 5: 10 pm and i was not called to see the doctor for 1 hour. When i asked the nurse she said i have to wait for more 1 hour. I asked what is the point of taking appointment if i have to wait for one hour, she said that the patient who had appointment at 4: 40 pm is still waiting to see the doctor at 6: 00 pm. I wanted to see the doctor for my 5 year old child who was not well. Why are they giving appointment if they can not follow the timing and expect you to sit and wait with your sick child for 2 hours?

Please don't opt this clinic in case of an emergency, especially General Medicine. You will be forced to wait for a minimum of one and half hours to get the doctor.

Very good service and staffs they are taking care well. I like specially their pre booking system in which we are allowed to book the doctors online at our convenient timing. This is possible for any Aster medical clinics around United Arab Emirates. They have very good doctors in all types and we mostly used to go for our kids in pediatrics section and they are doing well.

3 General Medicine doctors can't give proper flue medicine. Even a pharmaciest can give better medication.

First choice of clinic when it comes to dr anuradha rahul deshmukh the best gynocolgist i have ever met she is soo friendly and impressive the way she handles the patient.she listen very carefully to the patient and the medicine she give everything excellent doctor i have ever met.dr meherunnisa made us to wait for more than two hours as she was having dinner in her cabin fom 8pm to 8.30pm.worst dr (meher unnisa) for no reason she made us to wait for longer time.dinner is more important to her than a patient.

Excellent Clinic and service, good staff, Dr. Sandeep child specialist, is the Gem of this clinic, he is is really good in finding the root cause of disease. Thank you Aster.

Best clinic.dedicated doctors and staff especially - Dr Anurada (gynecologist) and Dr. Sandeep (pedestrian) - one of the best doctors. Dr. Sandeep is always ready to guide us whenever our son is ill. He is able to find the root cause and cure it.
Friendly and cooperative staff- esp Sis. Niji, Remya, Ancy and Hima.always cheerful and finds time to talk and help us in the midst of their busy schedule.thank you sooo much for being considerative and helpful whenever we are in need.

The best clinic i have ever visited. The doctors and the nurses will offer the best nursing care. Its been three years i am visiting this Clinic and especially Dr. Meharunnissa have given the best solution for my body pain. The care what we get from a senior doctor like her is remarkable.the exercise and diet she prescribed could heal by body pain and the medicines where very limited. She has some magical power when its come to a patient care. Hats off to her and recommended couple of my friends and family members where they had the same issue.

Absolute service care is the only word can describe. A holistic approach and treatment to targets the fast recovery. Dr. Mehrunisa is like our family doctor, my mom, sister and wife visits her for their medical needs. She prescribe the medicines for fast recovery not for the sake of prescribing. She is blessed with the soft hand of patient care.

I lived in USA for 22 years and never travelled to any of the Middleeast countries before. I than finally had a chance to come to Dubai and as soon as i landed i felt sick, chest congestion, nausea, high fever and much more. I was staying in Muhaisnah area and discovered Aster clinic in the surroundings.
I walked into the clinic and was welcomed by the staff promptly and was recommended to Dr, Mehrnuneesa, she than immediately looked into my concerns regarding my health issues and advised me accordingly.
I was prescribed correct medication and in few days i was feeling great again. I would definetly recommend this clinic specially the Dr, Mehruneesa, She is super knowledgeable and proffesional.

Worst Doctor ever i have seen in this clinic. Dr. Meharunnessa. Money hungry, Pathetic attitude. I had been to her few days back for back pain with my Wife and she suggested medicines to us. We are having the normal insurance, we requested her to write medicine which will cover in the insurance. But she convinced us that this medicine which she wrote can cure better. We had to pay 220 Dirhams for the medicine, where as same medicine was available with the insurance of some other brand. She act soo good but this lady is to be careful about.the pharmacist told us that she gets the commission for each medicine and hence she can make money. Even after we told her we are not having enough money she does not care for patients.heart less doctor ever we met. DO NOT GO TO HER

Very bad administration.
Today, at 9.15 am, I went to collect my lab report, i was asked to stay in the long queue which is for registration. It could have sent by email or even print and kept ready for collection to avoid the waiting.

Unbeatable patient care. Doctors and all other faculties shown the almost care. Especially Dr. Mehrunisa. Thanks to all.

Good staffs and service, good patient care, visited for my mother to Dr. Meharunnessa, she given time to explain us everything we wanted to tell and know, she knows arabic so it was easy for us to communicate, only thing is long waiting but its ok as doctor is giving every patient enough time.overall good clinic and caring doctor.
