Great Experience made a Same day appointment on aster Clinic International City and got in right way. The front desk staff and medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Doctor was great and gave clear explanation on my medical condition.

Very very poor service, I will not ever suggest this to anyone. First the receptionist tell a lie, that he is not aware about our company registration (because our company registration give us discount to employees on medical basis and now it's almost 1 week they are not providing me invoice for payment receipt.), I have all the call recordings anyone wants to listen can take me.but don't take their service.

I went today for because I had severe throat pain since 3 days. I thought to consult Dr hanaan اشرف. She diagnosed me well and treated me very well. If I hadn't had gone there I would have known my cause and severity. She referred me to hospital. I didn't know the case was that severe. Any way. She explained the things well and I may better get well in coming days. I shall refer this clinic to all. Thank you. Great service from reception also. Thank you so much

Waited almost 2 hours to see doctors when I was sick. Entire clinic is operated by 1 doctor, never suggested to visit Aster, Doctor inside but no idea what is happening as the calling screen doesn’t have any call out.

1 Customer service officer Fatoma gave me very helpful and patient services. Bcoz her help I completed my medical journey. She is best~!

I was visiting with patient suffering from ulcer.
Very little relief after the first visit as the prescribed medicine didn’t help at all.
In second visit, doctor advised to continue with same medication after few tests and patient situation didn’t improve.
Then we change the doctor and he prescribe different medicine (ulcerbrex) after 14 days it’s remain same.
Finally, life pharmacy suggested Gaviscon that worked like magic.

Visit silicon oasis center. Really slow service at appointment counter. Had to wait for 30 min with 6 month old baby at walk in counter. That too when only couple of people were in queue. Then had to wait at counter 9 as thier was no one at counter 9 for almost 15 min. This is really slow and poor service and their was no one to help people. Everyone was angry in clinic with their behavior.

Dr. Anuradha is very very nice doctor.she give good response at any time. Also given good suggestions. Treatment also nice and good response in phone also.

Service is very bad, made online order and it shows all products in stock and would be delivered 1-2 days.

Now some.products out of stock after they deducted the money. And now 6 days they dont know where is the order and they just open a complain

Dr shilpa Dermatologist is very efficient, with good knowledge, and having good behavior and manners to talk with patients, so you feel comfortable to discuss your health issues.
I felt much improvement in my plantar warts treatment after consulting her.
Must visit Dr. Shilpa in case of any dermatological issue

Im a frequent visited to this clinic, basically to Visit Dr Vimal, the dentist. He is like a family doctor for us, since last 10 years.
We strongly recommend him as a dentist.

All their staff is very friendly. Doctor in the ent very good doctor he is explaining very well giving best medicine (taking care a lots) salute to you mr shilendra.

Normally I could rate them 3 stars, but after meeting Dr Abdul Suhaib Shaikh, I will recommend then to everyone, this doctor cares a lot for his patients, I went to Aster dying from kidney pain, and helped me a lot that day and after, still till follow up with me in my ultrasound and CT and everything, I just want to thank him for his kindness and providing so much care for us

I have a bad experience with Aster clinic, Russia cluster. We 4 guys went for covid-19 test and next day we get report 2 for negative and 2 for positive. How it is possible because we are living together. And when we did test from another clinic then we get report negative. So means this is clear that they are making money only and make peoples fool. I want say only this as a human being. Don't go in any Aster clinic.

I am doing from Aster the covid 19 test for all my company Staff's every week.
Now we will not getting results proper time.
So I switched to another medical center

The pediatric section is under staffed in the morning session. There seem to be only one person at the reception to handle walkin customers and phone calls etc. Also only one nurse to assist 4 to 5 customers. Very poor service with too much delay. I have also send a review on the aster patient experience app.

The search for the best Gynecologist ends here with Dr. Anuradha.
One of the best doctors and nurses in this area. The treatment is very different and satisfying. Hygeine is maintained well and the receptionists have lots of patience.

They told me that I will get report by mail around 5pm today but I didn’t get the mail I inform to call centre aswell still I didn’t get the mail I have to catch the flight tonight that’s why I call them back again now no 1 responding

I never post any feedback but can i give them zero star already REASON since my daughter is born i was going to aster like blindly for pediatric in international city and was happy but what opened my eyes was one day i checked the medicine given by doctors and i was in shock my daughter is less than 2 years and he was giving medicine suitable for 6 years and plus.can u imagine how strong were those and he even gave me something for cold which turned out to be for the patients for asthma problem wow get a life doctor u have literally ruined my daughter immune system by giving her such strong medicine.can i sue u for that i would happily do that but to all the mommies do not go to aster for pediatric please read the medicine leaflets and if u feel some information is missing ALWAYS TAKE SECOND OPNION OF ANY GOOD AND WELL REPUTED DOCTOR

Kept calling for so much time on the given number but no body answered my phone. Such a poor customer service.

I had a appointment at 11 AM and doctor recommend me an Injection, I waited more than 2 hours for Injection, every time I am asking for Injection they said wait, wait and wait. I was badly sick and the staff is not caring, once you finish with docter, no one listening. Staff is unprofessional rude and not supportive at all.
Please don't visit any ASTER clinic or Hospital.

Never ever prefer this clinic if you want to b alive. Even doctors don't know or not ready to refer/ explain test reports. Without looking to patient health they are just giving over dosage. Especially General Phycision

Dr. Hanaan she’s one of the best doctors of Aster.but the staff specially the front liners are rude, unfriendly and very poor customer service. I’ll just finish my medication with Dr. Hanaan and will return to Aster Pavillion, I never visit again this clinic ever again.

The customer service at the reception is extremely slow.most of time systems are down and takes long time to even get u a token. Given the massive group it is, reports shud be received online instead of going back to clinic and going thru that queue ordeal once again.it wud not only help in clearing the queues faster but wud be a great help for patients who r suffering.

They dont care about health of patient, give anibitics without taking test, when after 6 days u dont feel good they will take test and give u another antibiotics, that means u have aready take one full dose and it is wrong, they are playing with u life.

Now i am on second antibiotics and i am feeling worst than before cant sleep in the night, calling clinic for 2 times for half hr no answer, i hate this place, i will drive from half hr to go check if my specialist is there or no. If she is not there i will waste time and need to go back again

once you call they say.no appointment to be taken they accept ONLY walk in.once you arrive to recaption they surprise you that you will be taken between appointment and you should wait at least 30 minutes between each walk in and each appointment

Arrived at 17: 35 and doctor started the duty at 17: 30 you are late and there are 5 people ahead of you and I’m waiting now for 1hr already.

Doctors are superb! But operating team is very poor in terms of communication and serving patient in a timely manner.management must take action.

I visit Aster every time for everything in Kerala. So obviously, this specific Aster clinic was my first and only choice.

I went their for my insulin refill. I told the doctor (a young general practitioner, not naming her) that these are my insulins and i need a refill. I understand the doctor wants to do ta est before prescribing medicine in fasting sugar. I told the doctor to give me a 10 days medicine for now since I will be traveling for a week, rest I will come early morning and do test and when I return, then you can prescribe my monthly dose after the test. She not only without my consent put a fasting blood test in 1 weeks time (the time I am on my travels) but also insisted that I change my insulin to tablets. I kept saying this medicine was prescribed by a specialist (not 1, but after 3 consultants) after many trail and runs; and I want to stick to this because my sugar level is absolutely normal when I check with my strip and only happens with insulin. She still kept pushing for tablets for a high sugar patient. That was my last visit there. Doctors words are 1 thing, their ignorance, their greediness for making more appointments and more busines, morale and understanding of a patients history is another

It's always crowded and busy. The clinic is too small to handle all the patients there for the doctors don't have much time for you.

Consulted Dermatologist but not happy with the result.
Handling by the staff in the front desk were good + pharmacists were excellent.

Its been third day I am trying to contact with international city clinic, call center they put my call on transfer from last 18 min, they have already taken call back request but no call back at all.worst clinic of Dubai.when its comes towards Doctor I must say Dr. Stuti Mishra is the best doctor I ever seen, she is so nice, caring, informatics, proper guidance she give on every visit.its hospital staff and the management system that is the worst part of aster (specially when the concern is pregnancy, who can a clinic management so irresponsible).

Horrific patient service from your support staff.
Met the dermatologist on 2/2/2018.
Was supposed to give sample for testing.
Was made to wait 20mins, not because there was queue. But I feel the the lab technicians were hesitant. Sample was taken by a third person.
Anyway after that no reply from the center. Went today and was bluntly told we don't inform patient if the tests ar normal. For God sake aren't you obliged to tell patient about his results.
When I insisted to complain to someone responsible. I was shown one sign board with a mobile number.called that number 4 times. No answer
The staff told me the so called responsible persons duty is over and it's Thursday so he may not be answering.
Really then how can he be responsible then?
The only good experience is the Pharmacist Trisha. She promptly gave me the medicine which was not available at the time without any fuss.
ASTER YOU NEED PEOPLE LIKE HER MORE.
