I love my doctor for Psychiatrist doctor, because I have tension anxiety for 100 percent, now fully recovered I’m ok because of the doctor. Mohamed yousef Nadakkavil in aster clinic muteena diera… super thank u doctor Godbless youand the staff nurses they are very helpfull, because that time my anxiety attack I’m crying palpating, and have a lot of patients but they ask the patients if I’m the one first because I’m crying.they way they handle is very good.so they prioritize me because I’m not ok.thank u so much.fully recommended. Very pathetic service… it’s been more a hour I am waiting for Aster to submit my insurance approval to the Insurance company… am receiving reply from the counter staff that he is making follow up with Aster insurance team. Such a pathetic internal process

Good doctor and good services.but they have long waiting and queu.
No matter you have prior appointment stilk you have to go through long que getting token waiting for your turn.

I just visited the clinic today. Consulted Dr. Imran khan & Dr. Jayakumar. They were nice and excellent. Especially Miss. Shahamath, the counter staff was really kind and helpful.

Great service. This clinic has very helpful and friendly staff. Ms. Shyne (reception) has helped me throughout my treatment and made this a smooth process. Doctors are also experienced and friendly.

Came for ent doctor treatment ins was not covered but Mr Eric helped me regarding all the details for the treatment.

It was an amazing experience through the excellent and accommodating service of the staff most especially to Ms. Priya. She was consistent and diligent in checking on my status while i was in observation and on the process of IV drip. Her sweet smile and positive aura had made me feel better faster than expected in addition to the meds and drips that she had provided on me. I would highly recommended to visit Muteena branch, as they have an exemplary service and commendable staff esp to Ms. Priya. Thank you and Godbless.

I am afraid to undergo the procedure but these lovely people made it easier for me. I felt the sincerity and dedication they have to perform the best on the line of their duties. I felt comfortable and secured. One sister Jayasreee, held tight of my hand and holds my head back. I’d been a patient of Aster for 1 yr and 1 month now and I will keep on coming back to these lovely clinic as they really treat me well. I even told my friends to get checked in your clinics if they are unwell.

15 Min wait for Appointment by phone, 10 min to wait in registration, 30 to 45 min wait for doctor even if you have an appointment, 15 to 20 min waiting for payment, 30 min in pharmacy.

العياده حدًا فاشله ودكتورهم سببلي التهاب في اذني والان جيت اتابع بعد ٣ايام يقولولي الدكتور اجازه صرفي نفسك يارب تنقفل عيادتهم الفاشله الي بتموت الناس حسبي الله وين الحكومه عنكم ووزارة الصحه

Thank you so much for helping me. I came late for the PCR but the counter staffs Donnet, Sreedev, Vivek and Goutam helped me in the proper time to the test. If it is not possible I may miss the flight. Once again thank you so much guys for helping me in the proper time!

For PCR covid. 130AED (300 EMERGENCY). Quickly and professional.
But fo have result, must come back. Not possible to receive by e-mail.

Pathetic! Understaffed. Long queues. Small place. Promised I would be given my COVID-19 test results within 24 hours hastily and it has been 36! No answer when you call. No way to contact them whatsoever. Just grab your money and go. Would not recommend at all. Very disappointed.

I would like to thank Lajina who did my 5days phisiotheraphy. She is really helpful and guide me well doing exercises for my frozen shoulder. You are really an excellent medical staff. Again, thank you.

Pathetic service. Doctors are also partial. Had to wait for 2 hours. My token number was 207 yet Dr. Kassim Rawther took token number 209 whose appointment was also after me.just because the patient was a Malayalee and spoke to doctor personally to take her first. Irresponsible and partial staff. Do not value time of patients.

I decided to check the review first of this Aster Clinic and noticed a massive negative comments from their previous clients, 9 out of 10 reviews are negative. But I still decided to give it a try myself so I called just now the site number 04 297 9000 and I found myself 11 minutes and 49 seconds waiting for someone to answer my call, well I decided to end the call. Nobody is answering. This is indeed the poorest of all clinic service in Dubai, hopefully not the entire Gulf.lol

Trying to book an appointment for MRI. Tried 10 times and wasted about 45 minutes. No response. Very very poor service.

Arrived at 5: 50pm got a token at 6: 50pm.doctor arrived at 7: 30.its 9pm and im still waiting for my turn.there were zero patients waiting.i wonder how come im the last one waiting to be servedlll imagine im waiting for 3hrs and this is the second day the 1st day is a whole other story that i commented aswell. Im a pregnant lady just trying to see a ob for maternity consultation.

This is so disappointing! Such long waiting hours? The token system is really bad!

We've visited this clinic several times. Based on the experience, we'd recommend
1. Orthopedic (Dr. Aswin) - excellent
2. GP (Dr. Amutha & Chetan) - good
3. Skin specialist (Dr. Sumy Thomas) - very good

Infrastructure and response is good. But the down side is
1. Pediatric department- very poor doctor and unnecessary treatment for my child.better to visit another clinic for pediatric.

Aster Muteena Clinic is a famous clininc in Muteena area, Deira, Dubai. It provides a wide range of treatment facilities with famous specialists. Aster pharmacy located on ground floor of Aster building.
1 star due to dead slow service.

I would like to convey my thanks especially to Mrs Jessy Abraham for her caring approach and courteous behavior. She is also very down to earth and always ready to help the patients. I feel that she meant for it and all these qualities of her are very evident on her smiley face. She is an absolute human resource asset to your organization. Also team of doctors are also very friendly especially Dr. N P Sivadas - Cardiologist & Dr. Hemjith - ENT Specialist, Dr. Jose - Internal Medicines etc.

Not proper assistance. Next day also face same problem running here to there without assistance and we ask something on the reception most of receptionist busy over phone.

I am Nitin Antony. I am under treatment with Dr. M P Sivadas, Cardiologist Al Muteena Branch for the last 4 years.
We have always noticed all the team members are very co-operative, particularly I would like to mention staff nurse Ms. Jessy, who is working with Dr. M P Sivadas. Jessy sister has been very enthusiastic, helpful and maintains a gentle smile in her face with every patients even during busy hours. I would say that Jessy sister would be an asset for aster.

Very bad clinical service. To get a lab report, I spent more than half an hour. Administrative staffs are behaving irresponsibly and not responding properly to the customer enquiry.

If u r pregnant take full set scanning appointment for whole 9 months, immedietly. Or else u never get a slot. For us dr precribes scanning, but appointments will be full for 2 months.

No use of taking prior appointment. Even after taking an appointment 1 month prior we waited for nearly 2 hours to meet the doctor. Appointment and token system in aster muteena is completely humiliating.

Very poor service they treat with insurance card peoples like animals and the people who r seating at the reception they behave like they owned this aster, aster made only for those who have money
