Aster Clinic, Al Qusais (Damascus St.)

My experience with Dr. Azeez was excellent. She was very helpful and kind. The staff at reception were also excellent.

Staff Elby provided good service. I'm so thankful for all help she has given. I thought I would go upset from clinic but she took all efforts to talk to Dr and I got consultation done on same day. IM SO HAPPY

I happened to come here after inquiring with the customer care who told me to reach aster clinic Damascus before 2: 30 as I am walk in to have consultation with Dr. Suma Arun and reaching there at 1: 30 I am informed no walk ins for the Doc. Better have communication with all the department than testing with the customers time and patience.

I am having very bad experience with the Aster clinic insurance team. My insurance is premium and international covered. Still all approvals are ok from my insurance Aster insurance department is saying for double marker test they have criteria that it should be above 35 years and they are not allowing me to do the test even my insurance are approved for me. It’s been more than 3 days they are calling me and saying something which is not logically correct. My insurance doesn’t have any exclusions or criteria for double marker test, still aster insurance team is making objections.

I have been here many times. Doctors are ok. But the problem is there is no point of taking an appointment. After taking an appointment also you have to take a token and wait.
I think this Aster team need some proper planning on pre booking or they should let know that there is no pre booking. Request to please update urself for the service u provide.

Had an unpleasant experience with a guy on reception.regarding medical certificate.if i would not have spoken convincingly, the guy would not have cooperated.i would like to mention the cooperation of one of the female staff (forgot the name, will update once i recall) who made it all smoother n got me the certificate which i required.but overall incident made me think many times before my next aster’s visit

All my visits have been extremely pleasant. Staff, customer service and doctors are the nicest you can ever meet. They are sitting there to make patients lives easy and comfortable. Special thanks to Dr Mehnaz for being the best doctor we have ever come across in UAE and customer relation officer Albie.

Slow staff, appointment or walk-in takes same time.is doesn't matter if you took appointment. 30 minutes after token at reception. As walk-In and appointment are the same. Insurance staff unaware of process, for pre-approved test, they are taking approval, which kept you waiting for one hour until you argue and tell them to cancel the request and resubmit.

Doc Mithuna of Ent aster al quasis is very helpfull. Plus the vital signs nancy is very friendly. Good service

I had a horrible experience with dentist Dr manikanand.
The most unfit for his profession.
My son already got his tooth extracted n other root canaling done few years before because of a fall.
This time his tooth needed extraction as new tooth was out. This dentist so unprofessional n rude that when I was trying to pacify him for the procedure n making him relax the Dr jumped in our conversation n said" see I'll put injection in ur gums n u ll feel 100%pain if u cooperate fully only I ll do " saying this he went backnro his chair.
He didn't even bother to give me time nor my son toale him relax for the procedure.
He doesn't have bqaic etiquette how to speak gently to a seven year old boy who is already terrified. I went my old dentist at NMC Dr shaheen
spital but nevr jad such a worst expeirnce of dentist like this.
Staff is polite.heen. She very lovely caressed my son forehead before procedure just spoke casual about school and all while the nurse patted him. Here in aster the nurse too objected for standing near my son. Either the hospital should looking into the behaviour of the Dr r should not give him cases of kids. I have been to thumbay hospital NMC hospital but never had such a dentist experience.
Pls I suggest you not visit this dentist to b on safer side and go for some humble dentist who we can trust and give our patient in care of

Bad customer service, always need to wait for long time and admission / payments.procedures are very slow. Hate to visit Aster clinics. Experienced the similar in their other clinics too.

Right from reception to diagnosis to treatment, it was a lovely experience. Will recommend this to other too!

She had been very courteous and helpful.

I had come without appointment as my test result just came and wanted to see my doctor.

Since my doctor is fully booked and not accepting waitlist anymore, I have requested to be booked on another day.

Juvy had taken the initiative to speak with my doctor to see if my doctor can see me. With such a delight, she was able to give me a waitlist number and I was able to see my doctor.

Wonderful experience with Al Qusais Medical Centre. Dr. Nazeeya was a great practitioner and most especially the multi-skilled staff - "MS. JUVY ANNE ADAP" with a special mention, who was always helpful, kind and super cheerful, she totally delivered an amazing and outstanding service to almost all the patients she encountered in the clinic. Worst clinic ever I came at 10: 10 pm and they are closing at 11 pm and refused to see me although I’m in emergency condition with tears all over my face they don’t have any mercy all they care is to go home no matter what will happen to me I will try to contact the DHA about this accident

Very nice doctor. Explained all treatment options in detail very calmly.
Nursing staff, are extremely helpful and was very nice to my wife and took extreme care. Nurse also helped to get the dischagre organized on a Saturday day night when most of the staff were already left or in day closing process.

Bad attitude & Customer service
As per the customer care they said walk in will be allowed until 1 hour before the consultation and I came all the way before 2 hours and 30 minutes but they said walk-in stopped.

Dr Suma Arun pediatrician highly recommended gives parents a very good knowledge on childs health care.thankyou Dr Suma.

I just want to thank Ms. Juvy of front desk for being so welcoming, systematic and respectful. I always come to Aster clinics and most of the time I would have to consume an hour or two falling in line just to register, and another long wait before I see my doctor. But it was a different experience with Ms. Juvy. Without even asking her, she did extra mile to assist me with my concerns and without hesitation, she immediately assisted me to different doctors instead of pointing me to another designated reception according to doctor’s dep’t. Being a patient worried over her health, we need more receptionist like her since she is not just doing her job, she also have a heart to smile and make patient’s feel like a family inspite of the her being busy in the ques. Again, thank you so much Ms. Juvy! You are a big help and Aster is lucky for having you.

I visited Aster and very bad service. Almost I waited 2 hours for consultation. For follow up also, they are not considering patients. Staffs are not responding properly.

Good clinic, customer friendly staffs especially staff in front desk are very much good and efficient.

This one of the best clinics in Qusais area, extremely professional staffs. They will provide best hospitality and no need to wait in a long queue, their seating arrangements are very good, and very careful in maintaining social distancing in this pandemic situation.

All the staff and Doctors were so helpful. The treatments and services were really comfortable and dependable. The customer service dept were so exceptional.

Dr. Nameer Abdul Majeed is one of the worst doctors. He is so silent and you need to struggle a lot to get his medical advice.
I appreciate many normal doctors who give lots of valuable advice & information to the patients.

It was my first time to visit this branch without appointment and I am so pleased by the service given by Mr. Fadi, Ms.mekha, Mr. Jawad and Dr. Sunil vyas. Thank you for the service you've given and Wish Aster staff all the best.

I had been to this clinic for my son's treatment. Dr Suma, the pediatrician was very kind and understanding and she even stayed back after her duty time to listen to my concerns. She advised some blood tests and the point I want to highlight here is the dedication of the staff nurses in the clinic who took my son's blood sample. My son is 5 years old and from the moment he entered the room for the blood test he started screaming and crying and pushing everyone around him violently. 4 staff nurses came immediately in spite of the clinic being so busy and they struggled to get my son settled and somehow extracted his blood sample. We parents had almost given up but the nurses there didnt hesitate for a second and they could get his sample in the first attempt itself. I really appreciate the dedication and skill of the nurses in this clinic, all of them, but I have to specially name the ones who were present there that time, Staff nurses Bincy, Anu, Alphonsa and Elmi. Thank you.

Recently visited this place due to cough and had an appointment with Dr. Shakeel Manan. It was a really bad experience and looks like he was least interested in serving the patients.

So crowded and waiting time was too long before to see the doctors but i appreciate the help and effort of nurses and the doctors.specially Dr Suma Arun she's the best and very helpful.

My experience dated on 14-03-2020 with Aster Clinic (Damascus Street). I will give 5 star for cleanliness and hygiene, the staff is awesome and the doctors take good care of me and I was treated very kindly from the staff nurse Miss. Ani.

My daughter was not keeping well and we had gone to Aster Qusais branch. Dr. Jincy Joy was pleasant and treatment was good. The nurse, sister Aronima was very helpful in guiding us for the next steps throughout. I couldn’t connect through the branch in the evening for some clarification regarding my daughter’s medication and contacted the helpline. John Patrick, the customer service representative sorted the issue within a short time and put me through Hazel, the supervisor at the Qusais Clinic. Hazel checked and clarified with the clinic within a short time. The response time was quick. I thank the staff and the doctor. Overall, our experience with Aster Qusais branch was good.

Doctors and staff nurses are very good. Especially the receptionist are well dressed and smiling. ️

Every time i call to book an appointment for gynecology always they are saying its fully booked, they are aware that they have a lot of patient so why they don't extend or add gynecologies? Not everyone is free on day time most people finished their work at 6 so of course that is only their free time!

Friendly staff. BUT Un justifiying waiting time. Minimum 3 hrs need to consult doctor even 5 people in the queue. And again 2 hrs for if any blood test.

One of the worst experience I faced for seeing a General Medicine Doctor in Aster Clinic in Muteena branch today. I had a booking and still has to wait for nearly 2 hours. And the staff is not giving a proper answer on whats going on. Each time I ask they will answer will call on your turn. If that is the case. Why bother with a booking system. Pathetic.

Appointment was at 8: 30am
8: 50am I approached nurse to enquire about the delay, answer left me speechless that doctor is having breakfast

Very nice and helpful staff and nurses. Doctors are excellent. No unnecessary medicines are given whether it is Gynecology, General Medicine, Pediatric or Dermatologist.

Worst customer service ever.we have just waited 9Hrs only for the discharge procedure.doctor told us to discharge at 1300HRS and they told it will take 2 hrs for complete the paper work and i didn't get any response and i approach the billing section at 1600HRS.after talking to me only they sent the request to insurance for approval.i did not find any issue with the insurance company i called and check with them they say they didn't receive a request from aster.the nurse and doctor are really good.treatment wish it was really good but customer service and process wish this the worst service i have never seen.

Excellent service received from the clinic. My doctor Anusree (aster clinic qusais) who has done an amazing care and guidance throughout my pregnancy and as promised she had come on time of my delivery to the hospital. Her commitment and passion towards the job is unimaginable. And she was available for me anytime, day and night support over the phone even after delivery. Doctor, you are really blessed with a beautiful heart. We will always remember you.

Nurse Shaija was an active and full time supporter in the clinic and handling all patients queries with a smile without showing the tiredness. We have been there for five months and she is a good example for others. Her politeness and excellent service is extra outstanding. Thanks to Aster for maintaining such kind of valuable and cooperative staffs.

Over all happy. The service from the entrance to the end is good.wish to suggest all of my friends. Doctor's treatment is good and the staff nurses are helpful and informative. Receptionist are very polite and guided me through the procedures.

Worst service ever.we were so not well.and in lot of pain.their procedure of taking patients and handling was so slow in snail pace, even though not much crowd.no proper organizing.making us run for one plc to another.waste of time.not recommending anyone to waste ur time and money here
