I was quite impressed on my first visit to meet Dr Anitha Sophia Biju. Very positive & friendly doctor. Her staff Greshma, Terna and Padma were also polite, approachable & helpful with initial screening of patients.

It was very helpful for my recovery after my surgery. Dr. Musaina my physiotherapist was very friendly and efficient for my recovery

Excellent ENT department, Dr Vishnu Kumar and his team doing great job, I got speedy recovery from severe throat infection and and cough.

My treatment is ongoing with Dr Anitha. She is very kind and compassionate, listens to the problems with a lot of patience. The staff (Ms Grishma and others) are also very kind and very supportive.

New Review: I booked an appointment for follow up at 8: 20 AM, it was around 8: 50 AM still the Dr was not in the clinic. If Doctor can't make it on time so why Aster Clinic give the options to book an appointment. Such a wastage of time to book appointment and wait all time over

New Review: After posting below review I got a call from Aster Customer Support and then they escalated my concern to AJMC clinic. Further I got call from clinic and they followed up with Dr and got my scan approval issue resolved within 24Hrs.

This rating is not specific to any doctor.

Recently I visited Dr. Sabu (Gastroenterologist) for my health issue and for that Dr suggested some scans and tests. Few of the tests were approved instantly from my insurance but for the scans insurance needs some more information from Dr. And for that from last 2 weeks I am following up with Dr.and he just says he will provide information and you will get a call from Aster. But I never get a call.

Not sure till when I should visit Aster Clinic and waste my money and time for the appointments. Such a bad experience which was never expected.

Dr Manisha is a real expertise holding a subject knowledge in depth. Since last six months I have been taking treatment from her. Her way of diagnosis is elaborate. She tries to remove disease from the root cause.make our doubts clear in friendly manner. Highly appreciated and recommended for those suffering from diabetes.

Dr. Arti Vishwanathan is the best dentist.very experienced, knowledgeable and helpful. Her gentle handling of her patients takes away all the anxiety.

Worst clinic/hospital ever. Staffs don’t have the manners to talk and to help patient who’s going through the trouble which is caused by them. All the staffs were lying including the doctor as it was their fault.
Tried complaining through customer service still not getting any support. I strongly not recommend this clinic. I’m even going to complain at DHA.

The gp section has only one staff at the counter. Staff are impolite. No proper instructions or information placed that appointment customers are not suppose to wait in a queue. Hence, end up staying in queue despite no requirement. Not good experience at all

This doctor is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Especially Physiotherapy Dr. SRI HARI GOVINDARAJ KALIYAN, Orthopedic Dr. UDAYA BALLA and especially the sister also has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority.

They all are extremely knowledgable and personable. I never was made to wait for long. The office is inviting and the Sister is outstanding, very friendly and helpful in every way.

Truly, I would recommend this medical office to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized way.

I have been regular with Dr Anita from quiet a while now. She has been extremely supportive and friendly to me. Her suggestion to stop my depression medication and motivation to believe that nothing is wrong has really helped my health progress well and due that I have completely stopped the medication and been much more happier lately. I would like to share my experience with one of my best gynaecologist in U A E Doctor Anitha Sophia Biju. As a second time mother Thank you Mam, for your outstanding care and love for me and my lil one. I never had a feeling that I am Going to doctors clinic, rather I feels I m at sweet home in Dubai, You are like my friend my guider, another special connection between us is music, ma'am, which connects us by Dil SE DESHI that's our music. We both are the music lovers. Entire pregnancy I forgot all the pains, sorrow and stress while you told me to sing a song for you and I sung it well, and sometimes we sung jointly. You always give me the positive energy for new born and home feelings, you made my Maternity journey SO comfortable. I had a great, nice experience with you doctor. Very calculative, professional so highly recommend for her, Dr. Anitha. I ll forever be grateful to you for ur hospitality,

A clinic that I will never recommend people. Went for a PCR test at 7: 45 PM. Filled my form and gave my EID when requested by the staff. Waited for my turn for 1 hour 15 minutes patiently. Later the staff comes and tells me that form is misplaced. The staff was not helpful at the reception (Gate 1).

One more incident: One lady walked in at 8: 45PM and said wants to do PCR.the staffs replied in a rude way that it was closed when actually the counter was supposed to open till 9PM. Later the lady claimed to be a a staff of Aster hospital and she was immediately sent to PCR and the process was completed in 5 mins.

So you see I taught that in UAE all are treated equally but I was wrong, I realized that a normal person doesn't have value and the management is not even othered to read these customers concerns

Just a very genuine and heartfelt feedback coming from someone who was troubled with a very bad ENT infection and chronic sinusitis for 3 weeks.

Visited 2 doctors prior meeting up with Dr Vishnu Kumar ENT, he immediately diagnosed the issue, made me comfortable in my energy, asked for simple and mandatory tests to rule out further complications.

By far the best ENT, I have met in Dubai last 7 years I am here. Feeling better with his medications just within a week despite my chronic issues.

Highly recommend him to anyone who has ENT issues.

DR. ANITHA SOPHIA BIJU… An absolutely amazing Doctor that I came across in the whole of UAE. I have Consulted a few OB/Gynecologist in the past, however, the kind of comforting conversation that I had with Dr. Anita has been unmatched so far. I was suffering from a painful Vaginal Infection, which was treated by the doctor in no time. I’m not exaggerating while mentioning that I got well after the first dosage of medication. If this is not a work of a magician with the face of a doctor then what it is? Not just that, she helped me in showing a few exercises while seated on her chair that I can do when I’m in the office which will gradually play a very important role in weight reduction. What I should eat and what not was also discussed that will aid weight reduction and that during a visit for infection treatment. An absolute gem I came across. Thank you is not enough for Dr. Anita. I should say I love you ️

Very disorganised. Last minute cancellation for scans and no proper alternate arrangements for patients. You are left at the mercy of their decisions. Fasting and suferring or not. They don't care.

Dr. Anitha she is one of the best doctor I have come across. I really wanted to thank Dr. Anitha Sophia Biju, Gynecogist in Aster Clinic. I was not satisfied with my previous doctors and I met Dr. Anitha during my 12th week of pregnancy. I felt so good when I go to the check up. She is the only doctor who takes time to talk to her patients and answer all sort of questions and doubts we have. And always allow my husband to see the baby movement during each scan and explains well.

Accepting only online appointments which is no need of keeping a clinic for walk-in customers.

They should have posted only online appointments only acceptable in the entrance of the clinics or hospitals.

I have allergy and sinus problem. I got an appointment with Dr Vishnu Kumar in Aster Clinic, Burdubai. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and options for my treatment. He is very humble, patient, kind, friendly, understanding and very approachable. I highly recommend to consult Dr Vishnu Kumar. I felt the office staff were very accommodating and welcoming, and the doctor was knowledgeable and courteous. I found the staff to be very professional and friendly, and I thank you for the excellent care I received.

I don’t know how to start my appreciation message for an important person who help us with my pregnancy journey. You have the BEST OBGYNE DOCTOR!

When we found out that I was pregnant we decided to go to the clinic for a further check-up and we chose Aster without any doubt. When we came in the Obgyne Section we just asked randomly who is the available Doctor to do my check-up. We do not know who we will be meeting if the Doctor will be good enough to do my tests but we were very LUCKY to know our Doctor namely Anitha Sophia Biju - yes, she is our BEST doctor ever that we met! Since day 1 that we met her, we felt the security and safety of my pregnancy. Even though, she is very busy if there is an emergency she will help you - with just one message away she will definitely respond to what you need to do and what not need to do. She will provide what is best for the patient that the mother and child will be both very healthy. I don’t know how I deserve to have the best Obgyne Doctor as until I gave birth she supported me all throughout.

Visited Dr. Vishnu Kumar couple of weeks ago. Absolute gem of a person. He makes his patience so comfortable and relaxed that more than 80% of your problem is solved there itself. Such a humble doctor is rare to find. I would highly recommend Dr. Vishu Kumar for all ENT issues he's a gem.

Infrastructure very slow to tackle the huge rush of patients both at OPD and Pharmacy. Need more effort to support the rush of patients.

Inexperienced doctors! I have never received any solution for any of the problems. The only reason we kept visiting here because insurance is covered. So better advise is, regardless your insurance is covered or Not, regardless you have to spent some money, pls visit some good clinics or hospital with some experienced doctors

Adding to above: All staffs are so friendly, patient concerned and helpful including the reception, nurses other customer service staffs. I find they are ready to go any extend to help the visitors. I would give 5 STARS***** to all Nurses and Staffs

Sitting more than 2 hour 40 minutes to consult a doctor and not even call nearby token, reception not gave proper guidance about appointment. No value for others time, only staff is managing for three doctors patients, patients has to be in que more than half hour to get token, can't believe that we are Dubai.

This is the worst kind of clinic I have ever been to, had to wait for hours after u have the appointment as well. The basic medicines prescribed by the doctors are not available on their own pharmacy. It is the joke In terms of service. Definitely have to look a better way to serve
