I had fillings of two teeth by Dr. Cauvery Sharma. She was very professional, respectful and very engaging making patient comfortable and relax. The job was excellent. Felt really good. Thank you Mam.

Receptionist staff Mr john attitude is very bad, kindly give proper training to him, how to behave with patients,
Aster has its own Standards, someone like him sitting over there don’t know how to behave with patients it will spoil the name of Aster Brand.

Staff members are cooperative as well as if you have medical insurance, then most of the tests as well as medicines will come under your insurance. Doctors are very calm in nature, and they listen to patients.

The Aster clinic at UMC Karama has been a place where I have been visiting for my PRP dermatology sessions. The doctor assigned Divya Kamat has been very helpful and diligent in her sessions and has been a true professional in solving my hair thinning and hair fall problems. After three sessions the results can be seen as my bald patches are getting covered by new grown hair. The support staff Reema has also been very caring and supportive in conducting all the sessions. Looking forward to conducting more sessions here.

Most preferred hospital to visit in and also very helpful staff. The most kind person I have come across is Steven who helped me a lot. Thank you for your help.

Worst experience ever. I drove all the way to Aster Al Karama UMC just to meet their gynecologist, but I faced mistreatment and discriminatory behavior from the reception staff Nawijett (not sure about her name spelling). She made me to wait for almost one hour just because of my ethnicity (I am Arab). Finally in frustration, I left without even meeting the doctor.
I already lodged a formal complaint on Aster website against the staff hoping for corrective action by the management.
Conclusion: I don’t recommend at all to Arab crowd.

This is the 1st time i am visiting a clinic after reaching in Dubai. All Staffs and Doctors in this clinic are good. From the reception and customer service part Ms. Remya helped me alot throughout my consultation.

I had very severe tonsils and I did not know where to go. I met Ms. Monica front office staff of aster from Seen express and she suggest me the doctor and because of her I am completely fine now. Thank you For good treatment.

I visited the dermatologist Dr. Divya Kamat.cause i'm facing some skin illnesses, I like her approach. She gave a detailed plan for treatment. I was very happy with results of mesotherapy done for face. I highly recommend her.

But the other side customer service needs to improve more. It’s take lot of time and long queue just for a appointment

Do not visit the ophthalmologist Dr Janardhan here if you value your eyes.my husband would have lost vision in his eye if we followed the senseless diagnosis given by him.absolutely careless and unprofessional service. He should be sacked! Dr Fouzia (optician) however was thorough and helpful.

Had a problem with my teeth regarding filling and removing my teeth
DR SHARMA in aster karama was my DR and I had a very good experience first time with a female DR
I would strongly recommend her for any Kind of teeth related issue

The lady staff from the reception is very rude it takes my appointment long time. Not good service

We went to see Dr. Fouzia. She is very compassionate and professional. The nursing staff is also very supportive. Would recommend them to all.
I would rate a 5 star for the doctor and nurses.

But sorry to say the reception at the building backside is a nightmare. If it weren't for the doctor we would never visit this branch. Their attitude is not customer friendly and their service is pathetic. I reach there 15-20 minutes earlier as per schedule but spend half an hour waiting in the queue even if there is 1 or 2 people only in front of me. I spent more time waiting at the reception than the consultation and other procedures. This is not what I have experienced at other Aster branches. There is something wrong with the reception at this branch and I strongly recommend Aster administration to take care of this.
I would not even give 1star for the reception.

I’ve almost forgotten I have Dry Eye Syndrome. My eyes feel great now because Golden Optometric got to the root of the problem, taught me how to care for my eyes, and most importantly, Ms Shabnam khan carefully adjusted and fine tuned my treatment as needed.

I visited Aster clinic karama for Pediatric Dr Bhavani and found the Doctor is very experience, checked thoroughly to my children and given all medicines.

I went to see Dr. Cauvery Sharma (Dentistry), appreciate her professional attitude. From checkup to cleaning and polishing teeth was so smooth, I just didn’t feel any pain. Very detailed and caring approach to patients. Would definitely visit her again and recommend for any dental consultation/ procedure. Thanks Dr. Cauvery!

I was at Karama Branch (Dr Abraham Paul) orthopedic doctor, had a worst experience of my life in last 10 yrs in Dubai.

Doctors attitude is so rude towards the patient, it’s shocking. I walked away without taking consultation and medical aid since he was not willing to treat me and told me “ that I should have gone to some other hospital instead coming to him. His voice had a rage tone which is not acceptable to me.

Surprisingly even after complaining to customer service Dept and receiving assurance to get some feedback on the grievance but no one called back. So unprofessional and really bad. I will keep posting and sharing my negative experiences on all the social media platforms

Had been to Aster UMC for Orthopaedic problem. Very satisfied with treatment by Ortho doctor Dr Daljit Singh. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment with the eye specialist on 4th August At 7.15 pm.
I had to wait for 40 minutes to find out the receptionist had forgotten to enter my token number……
The process takes about 30 minutes of waiting after the eye drops and it would have helped if my token number was not forgotten.

The doctors at Aster UMC are very friendly, experienced and very professional. I have been visiting Dr. Fauzia, Dr. Chinnu for my health concerns and they have given me spot on medication and accurate diagnosis.

A healthcare unit that cares! A patron of UMC for past 20years. Always been taken cared by and attended to with smile, in jiffy and promptly.

Wasting lot of time on the reception not enough staff. Spending more than an hour for registration and again have to do the same for billing.

My visit to all the Aster clinics has been so satisfactory. From the front desk to the doctor, especially Dr Fouzia Hussain Pengatteeri OMG, she's so welcoming n very explicit.if you need to see a gynecologists: pls rush to Aster clinic karama (UMC).
Above mention makes me rate 5*.

We consulted at their Karama clinic and the doctor referred us to take a early pregnancy test along with double marker blood test ; because of the worst response from their customer service, it took us more than 10 days to get an appointment. As soon as we arrived there, they asked us to pay money first for the test without even consulting with the doctor (that test has to be done before 14 weeks of pregnancy, and we were already in 15 th week because of their delay). Doctor informed us that the blood sample will not be sent to the lab and we can take our refund back. I was following up literally for 10 days to get appointment for the scan. Do you think we will ever be refunded?

The worst clinic you can ever imagine, you end up spending the whole day over there, staff are too sluggish and lazy and not willing to assist especially the reception staff. Queue is too long and slow staff complicates it more. Its been three days I was told to wait for appointment for scan and blood test however no one from the clinic has contacted me even after calling the customer service line several times for follow up.
If you are thinking of a good clinic, not this one. Unacceptable and bad customer service.

Worst ever service, non of their employee know how use system just for an simple checkup it took 6 hours, customer service associate have no knowledge.

Hi i was waiting around 2 hrs to meet Dr. Varsha (Dermatologist) but they not calling any token no. Very Slow

Reception Philipino lady in evening are not helpful, receptionist should be very good. She is not interested to assist and support in a helping way.philipino lady Just want to finish the work. After meeting her we decided to go to different clinic.

I consulted Dr Paulson on 1st april with 37 degree fever and body pain. I had a lump in my body and i kept talking about it. He paid no attention. After two days temperature was 38 and i consulted the clinic three times in 4days. Third time i again told him how painful it is and showed him my report which stated crpc is 11.68. He didnt even see my report and my consultation ended in mere 2minutes after waiting for 2hours and he said i am ok.
Again i attended another clinic and i was referred to general surgeon for surgery. I am writing this review from Kerala as i left uae on an emergency leave as i lost trust on doctors there.

Please pay attention to your patients no matter how experienced you are Mr Paulson! It might not be a matter of sick leave certificate!
I had huge respect for Aster as your ernakulam one saved my brothers life and my relatives are doctors there. Some people doesnt look sick even when they are.without even seeing the lump you just suggested me ciprofloxacin.and tomorrow i am undergoing surgery because your doctor didnt even notice my pain once.my health, continuos sick leave for over two weeks and the trauma you face when you are alone away from your homeland. Aster UAE, never again.

Aster is the worst clinic I have ever seen and they literally play with your health and make it lengthy and complicated because of their own interests. They see you as an opportunity not as a patient. And they don't even deserve a single star but I'm left with no option. My message to all patients better look for some good clinic who really cares for you. After all Health is the most important thing which you can't even buy.

Yesterday we went to ASTER CLINIC Karama for consult we patiently we waited in Queue from 7: 35 pm to 8: 10 pm only 3 person in front of me.

* Arrange a token mechine for registration of new customers.

We got token w 523 at 8: 13 pm. At that time receptionist select one doctor as a GP.

She never said this doctor may take these much time, she can refer the doctor which have very low booking.

Nothing she did. Only this reason we waited more than three hours.

Only this reason we were hate the aster for next reference and consult.

The front office people have no control over the crowd waiting to meet the doctors. While suffering patients wait outside, medical representatives keep getting into the doctors room, one after the other, leaving the patients to wait for long and the front office staff and the nurses turn a blind eye to this, which is frustrating.

Thanks to sister Jolly who really supported me and gave me a positive vibe n helped me throughout my treatment. N also Mr. Christopher the physiotherapist who helped me get rid of my pain. His motivational words while doing the exercises supported me alot to recover.

First off these people are absolute gold diggers - They are going to make you wait 3-4 hours for a job that is about 15 minutes. Personally I was going to go see an opthamologist and they check my weight, height and even ethnicity, like how on earth does that relate to my eye! After 30 minutes they do a regular eye checkup for an odd 20 minutes. After this unusual hour you would think that this overly complicated procedure is finished but no there is more to the tail. After another 20 minutes I get called by another doctor and apparently the previous one was his assistant. He does the exact same things the previous one did but with eye drops (15 mins to take effect) just to "clarify" everything. After this monotonous 2 hours the bill was a whopping 240 aed. In conclusion this was by far the worst clinic I have ever been to with a 30-45 minute waiting period for the unfortunate.

Only smiling face to make business and fool people but don't have treat patient well I went there two days before still I am not getting well also they have hidden charges even patient cover with medical facility it's really a bad spot to visit reception as well as cashier very bad staff well trained only to fool innocent people those who are away from family and looking someone with smiling face I am urge to think how they are getting awards every month just only because they have contact and relationship with same nationality

Staff are helpful, we went for pediatrician, they helped us so much and even gone the extra mile to coordinate with another branch we neeses to go to, we felt like been treated very well although they seem crowded with patients. The parking is behind the clinic, may be a problem as all allotted for staff and others. But in general ok

I visited this clinic before and I was happy with there decent service, this time I am extremely disappointed in how they have address your issue.

I had my wife suffering with high fever and she was denied to be consolidated by a Dr (do not wish to disclose HER name) just because there was 16 more patient in queue and her ends at 10.00 PM. We were just denied and recommended to visit hospital for high fever.

They should at least have 2 Dr when there are 16 more patience in queue.

Its been completely very dissapointing service specialy the doctor Paulson Chaliserry Joseph who assist us during our visit. We wait for about 1& half hour to check my wife’s high fever, then when are turn comes, another patient is inside already in the doctors room and I think that is his college. When we enter the room the doctor said wait outside again, so just to check I ask the token number of the guy whos inside and we discovered that his token number is next to our number which is not RIGHT. (Our token number is 527 and the other is 528.) sobI ask the Doctor is that right or wrong? And the Doctor is keep saying that we are not here when he call our token which I believed its not true and still the monitor saying 527 turn not 528.this incident is not a small issue and I am hoping Aster management take some action of this matter. Even after taking an appointment and being advised to come in 10 mins prior, I visited this clinic 15 mins prior only to find that I have to stand in a queue of about 10 people before me, some taking about 7 to 10 mins at the counter. I was well past my appointment time and still had 5 people before me.
Can't understand the logic. Why is there no separate registration desk for appointments? Not a very pleasant experience.
No proper guidance as to which doctor sits in which BUILDING/Block. So if u are in the wrong block, you have to start at the back of the queue when u finally get to the right place!
And this system is going on for years I suppose.

Pathetic Service. You call them on their number to check on the report status but no one picks the call. Worst than C grade clinics. Only Show off no good doctors and no good service.
Guys please avoid Aster. They will only suggest number of test and will make money.

Very bad service, if you speak their language you get things done easily. I was waiting for a ophthalmologist consultation, the token specified 2 patients before, waited for more than a hour but never get chance to meet. Nurses were pushing without calling numbers. I was so upset because my daughter was sick and made her to wait with me, in-spite of her difficulties. After 1 hour patiently I waited and when I asked, the admin saying cooly it will come sir wait. Never Again worst service as ever.

Pathetic, disgusting and worst customer care. The least they could do is stick to their words (return the call back request). And expecting a comforting message over is a no acceptance of keeping your say “We will Treat You well”.
