Really had a bad experience. Staff is not copering at all. Too much waiting. Doctor is on call and greeting friends. Wouldn't come again

I highly recommend Dr. Aditya Priyadarshini for anyone seeking excellent medical care. Not only is Dr. Aditya Priyadarshini extremely knowledgeable and skilled in their field, but they also approach patient with compassion and empathy. Their professionalism and effectiveness in treatment truly set them apart. The support staff at their office are also friendly and helpful, making the entire experience seamless and positive.

Dr. Aditya Priyadarshini L. C. I can't express how dissappointed I am with your service! I went to aster because Im not feeling well and im sick. However, from the start only you diddnt pay attention to it. The worse thing is when Im asking for medical certificate you refuse to give despite of telling you what im feeling and coming from you I have a temperature! On my 10 years here in UAE. This is the first time I encounter someone like you! God bless you!

Very poor response by the clinic. Visited on Sunday. Was advised a blood test. Report came on Monday and since then trying to contact the doctor for a review of the test. No response from her. Very unprofessional. Called the centre twice to connect with doctor. No progress. Other Aster clinics are great. Not this one.

This clicnic has benremmenda the are sonhelpful and so very attentive to the need of the patient and the dr as well dr. Harris and the whose assisted me Aswethy and her collegue

Apart from the duration of waiting, Doctors, Nurses and Clinic environment all are very good.

Written 10pm as closing time and at 9.30 clinic was not accepting registrations.you must update your timings on board pls

For a month now I have been regularly visiting Aster Clinic Karama.the one near Karama Park.after my mother suffered a fall and required daily dressings. Led by Dr Ajas.and his team of nurses Greeshma, Uthara, Aswathi, Theresa Mary.they took such good care of my mother that I felt touched and happy with the service. Dr Ajas was very supportive and explained everything without scaring us.he referred us to specialists on a need-to basis. And most of all Dr Ajas was so accessible reassuring us.as we were very worried because my mother is 83. A very good doctor without a doubt, most of all because of his patient bedside manner. Uthara and Greeshma and Therese and Aswathy were very friendly and went out of their way to make my mother comfortable. I would also like to commend the Front Desk - Raibin, Vilancy, Gifty and Muhammed. Any service when delivered with a friendly attitude has so much more of an impact. Special thanks to Raibin for sorting out the issues I was having with the Aster app. Thank you so much to you all.

A very badly managed place, just for 1 appointment for GP you have to wait more than 2 hours for your turn to Come

I recently visited this clinic for General Medicine consultation. Dr. Ajas C Haroon was very professional.
The initial registration procedure was very fast and thereafter we have to wait for consultation.
No appointment required, you can walk in directly.
And if you have insurance cover from your employer, the charges are relatively low. There will be reduction in medicine cost also.
Generally their service and medicine costs are very high. You can prefer only if you have insurance cover.
This clinic is opposite to Karama Park.

I recently visited the clinic to get my abscess dressing done. Nurse Aswathi did a great job in the absense of the female doctor. She explained the procedure so well and has done it well which relieved me from pain. Thank you to Aswathi

I had severe backpain and joint pain, i consulted DMCC aster clinic, she did x ray and advised for physiotherapy, and she told once i get approval I can start my physiotherapy, I got approval on 21st of December 2022 and I visited Karama aster clinic for physiotherapy. I visited 3 times and they ask me did the Doctor called you for physiotherapy? I said no. And all the time they are asking me to drop my mobile number and they wil call you back, since 1 week I am waiting for there call. But no response from them. It’s not good. Still I have some hopes and waiting for the call from the hospital.

Went here for a PCR test for travel. This is a very clean location. The staff were courteous and efficient. It was easy to call and make an appointment and my test was completed quickly.

This is one of the most prominent Aster clinics in Karama. The clinic is big with most of the available doctors. We visited for the PCR test and Monica was very helpful. We had issues with the pricing disparity and raised the issue and it was clarified immediately. The service was very quick and helpful. Among all Asters would not recommend this most as its quite crowded and also its difficult to find appointments sometimes. Overall, it's a good clinic.

It was good being in the aster clinic. The service, staff and nurses have provided has been excellent. I am very happy with the staff's friendliness nature. One of the very few clinics in the city offering PCR test results in 8-10 hrs for AED 399. However, not sure why they don't give a receipt for the payment unless you ask for it.

Went to do my PCR test got the report super fast.also forgot to collect my invoice and then sent a whatsapp with details they replied with the invoice all super quick.good job guys

I was visited the Karama branch for PCR test who was sitting at the front reception their behavior was terrible then I left from there done the PCR from another clinic

I was consulting Dr. Haris Thalanar for my periodic check ups. Suddenly they don’t accept Nextcare insurance and I’m hunting for a new doctor! & the receptionist boy was not courteous enough!

Yet another disappointing experience with aster clinic. Their website for appointment booking was not working, so called them to book an appointment and mentioned the name of insurance. After booking an appointment u reach the clinic to hear that a particular insurance will not be accepted. These ppl will make us more ill with mistral distress

Had many issues relating declining of insurance even though it was approved by insurance team.i Was about to loss my wife's covid test payment which she had already covered under insurance but the staff over the reception told that it is declined. After severe debate and arguments later on they approved it. Hectic experience all the time. Not recommended at all. Better go for other choices around you if you are in Karama.

There was a long queue for covid tests however, they do allow walk ins without prior appointments.

Wrost clinic in my life I never seen. For covid test you need wait outside on the road for que. Even if your are sick with -40 temperature. Security is rude there

Nobody answering the call I have been hold for 10 mins for Multiple times I have to disconnect the call. How would patients book the appointment without knowing the dr timings.

Very bad experience, no one take phone call, i did covid- 19 test here and the result has not been maild yet.

I visited this clinic at 12.30 pm today.
It was too crowded in the reception area with patients who wanted to take covid tests. Social distancing was not being followed.

Have clinic done COVID 19 Tests? I know Aster clinic at every where in UAE best for their services.
