In my recent experience with this medical center, I faced significant challenges. Despite booking an appointment and submitting required documents via WhatsApp, my inquiries about insurance coverage went unanswered. Upon reaching the clinic on time, I was made to wait, and the staff was unprepared, unable to locate my insurance card number. When I raised concerns about the lack of preparation and time wasted, their response was unacceptable. The staff claimed they don't check WhatsApp, citing technical issues. This, coupled with a lack of courtesy, resulted in a disappointing and unprofessional encounter. Specially the front office staff behaviour was so unprofessional and pathetic.

I recently had an excellent experience at Aster Clinic in Remraam where the exceptional hospitality and treatment exceeded my expectations. The staff and nurses were incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a wonderful visit.

I had a visit at Aster Clinic in Remraam and their hospitality and treatment was very good.

The gentleman in the reception is really rude and unprofessional, it took him more than 30 minutes to deal with customer before us, when I asked when we can be registered he was so rude

I would like to thanks Dr. Nida Shaheen, it was very fantastic journey with you from my prenatal to postnatal, I'm staying in Al Barsha where 2 aster clinics are Just walkable distance from my house, but I managed to travel reemram for all visits just for Dr. Nida Shaheen, while I admitted for delivery in aster mankhool, hospital told me to ready for C-section as per my condition, where Dr. Nida Shaheen when she come from her clinic, she managed my normal delivery with peace and calm, I found her she is just not a excellent dr. But also a nice person in herself, I highly recommend Dr. Nida Shaheen to ladies who are looking for friendly and very experienced dr.

I want to mentioned my OB Dr. Nida Shaheen for taking care of me and my baby during my prenatal care until my delivery. I'm on my high risk pregnancy to be considered because of multiple CS DELIVERY and on my 40’s. Everything went well after all.
