Aster Clinic, Satwa (Saleem Poly Clinic)

So far my experience with Aster Clinic (Saleem Polyclinic in Satwa) is really good.The front desk boys and Nurses are very supportive and friendly.Especially I want to thank for Dr Saleem.He does a great job.Highly recommend for everyone.

I have visited the clinic recently and really appreciate the care and help from the staff and the doctors especially grateful to Mr. Ashique for the excellent guidance throughout.

The lady who drew my blood sample is amazing. I didn’t feel any pain and haven’t notice she took two vials already.

Aster clinic satwa is one of the best clinic in the dubai. They give excellent service. Especially Dr. Anum Saif who is i can say one of the best and honest doctor in the clinic. Staff are the very kind and carring. A big up to all at Aster clinic.

Attending Nurse in Room 7 and the one who attended me in ECG room and blood sample room are very accommodating and kind. Dr. Giri also is very enthusiastic on his role as a Doctor and a good listener. Very nice service! Keep up the good work!

Worst clinic in Dubai.
Without the knowledge of the patient appoinment is cancelled. Reason Pedia Doctor took leave in the same day. Receptionist they dont even care to fully informed the patient.
Base on my experience Aster clinic cannot count for their service.

Excellent service. I was in and out in under 90 minutes. They dealt with my insurance quickly, had me see the nurse, sent me to the doctor, took some samples, and then treated me. The only waiting times were two ten-minute blocks - hardly an intolerable burden. Very competent and professional, and very well run.

Sister bincy she the one who assist me and make me feel comfortable while I'm having my blood test. Nice job sister thank u so much?

So disappointedits 2nd time we took PCR test and they never send the result in our email even in SMSwere paying that much money for PCR test.its very inconvenient that we have to go back to the clinic to take our result.

Good experience I came for pcr without any delay mr akhil did everything very fast and overall experience good

I can give the lowest rate possible. No system wise for queue over crowded always cut off line and no fairness. Sorry but waiting for almost 3 hours when u dont have the luxury is out of my list.

So disappointed with the service and treatment in this clinic, the GP Dr. Pramit is very rude with patient and no any attention to Listen the patient’s information and explanation. And Dr. Pramit asked patient to apologize to him in front of everyone including the staff and other patients which is very unprofessional action. So sad about this type of the doctor.

I had a flamboyant experience in aster clinic satwa.this is my first time I am giving a review for the clinic and the reason is that they have a methodology of doing things and cooperation with the patients and also giving importance to every patients without partiality. Dear aster group keep on doing the same.

The place was cramped with people on a queue. No social distancing.
I booked an appointment and arrived 10 mins earlier as advised. I waited for sometime for the receptionist who was either chatting with someone or on the phone. I informed I had an appointment at 8: 30 and he dismissed me saying "nobody is in a hurry here". Oh geez. People book appointments for a reason. I stood there waiting with people coming and standing right next to each other. Elbows bumping. Nobody cared.
The security guard was missing and a group of 5 people were hanging out at his desk chatting which made it difficult to get to the lift. People have forgotten that we are still on a pandemic.

I took my helper to see a Dr. During Covid it’s a little difficult to social distance in the waiting area if it’s busy but very efficient staff and Dr Anum Saif is very good and also generous with her time after the appointment.

Thank you Dr Anum Saif for your diagnosis and medication which helped me alot, my visist to the clinic was pleasant as always. I once again thank you for your dedication and compassion as always.

I think this is the best health care I ever got in my life.i went there feeling so sick but I got very warm and quick professional services. Dr Anju in room 8 is such an amazing doctor. Even before she treated me.her calm voice was so assuring that I would be okay. The nurses, lab technician and even receptionists were all so kind. All through the various appointments I went there till I got well.the services were so amazing. May God bless the whole fraternity of Satwa Aster clinic.

Very poor service.for registration it will take more than 2 hours never ever seen any other clinic like this kind of timing.advise your staff to give more respect to visitors.

The service is very slow. Reception was not paying attention. We need to give our information 5 times.

Some time back Consulted doctor Dr. Anum saif and was very worst experience with a doctor like that. That was the first time visiting her for my mom. Without knowing anything about our family matters. She kept on asking about my mom's visit, involved uncessarily in family matters and insulted my mom and me. She was attacking us with asking family related personal questions. As a doctor her duty is to treat patients not to poke into family matters. And by the way she did not do anything except for giving painkillers. I regret visiting aster. Very bad experience

I went to Aster clinic Satwa as I was having fever. I was very happy for the service, treatment and the professionalism. I was able to consult the Doctor on time without any waiting. My sincere thanks to Mrs Niji the incharge of the clinic and the other staffs Ms Reshma and Mr Akhil for their sincere support and helpfulness.:)

This clinic is the worst because you will wait more than 2 hours and still they not helping sometime reception only 1 person.they leave customer in any needs.and they will say that if insurance not approve im the on call the insurance.

Last week went for some enquiry and they were very polite and professional in their way and especially the counters and Even with long hours the customer services are doing great job.it’s very good all over.

Excellent service from all staff specially Nursing staffs are very coperative and communicative.

We staying almost 2 hours for dressing wound.after 2 hours When we ask nurse she say Wait we will call you. I told her i am waiting more than 2 hours. Then She reply me There is only one staff doing all the thinks. Same time i so one patient he came after us but nurse call is name before us how that can happen. Kindly request aster management to look on this and arrange more staff in clinic.

Excellent service. Appreciate Sister Srija's passion and help, She overstayed coordinating Insurance agency and Lab personal to make sure that I get my lab tests done same day.

I'll give 5 stars because of the doctors and nurses. At the reception there this mother queen at the cashier soo rude as you are talking to another receptionist she will interrupt and talk to you so rude no attiqque at all.
I'm sick already dont make my day sick as well.
Learn how you approach patients in conversations you are not invited.
I don't judge people but you have done this to me many times as I have watched you talking to patients in a very rude way.

The lady on cash counter is rude and no proper reply.standard is not matching with other Aster branches

The facilities are not well sanitized, reception doesn't have proper system.wondering how it pass in DHA.

Poor service receptionist very slow even Dr very poor service and not organized the number. Dr Vinod very slow 1 patient it took 45minutes inside.like they doing operation inside.very very very poor sevice staff all indian very slow.

Worst service ever. I came at 8am and finished by 11am.the doctors is unprofessional and the staff as well. The nurse is rude and was unprofessional. I will not recommend this clinic.

Worst polyclinic ever.it will took you like 5 hrs before your turn.they keep accepting patients and the waiting area became like a can of sausage.not recommended.not worthy.its like client will die of waiting first before it will treated.

I have been to this clinic 9PM there is no doctors and before that also I faced a problem there will be no doctors everytime and if there is doctor 1 they make you to wait in huge back tokens.

Long queues. No token system. You have to wait in line even if you are dieing. People cut lines easily. Admin staff seems like they do not care and least helpful. There is this lady in cash, I haven't seen her talk politely even, absolutely unpleasant character. I have been here about 3 times, her attitude is same. Doctors and rest of the staff seems good and helpful.

Very unorganised, slow, and staff including doctors are rude and not thorough at all. I will do my best to never have to come to an Aster Clinic again. This is my second time coming to one and f their clinics and I am horrified. Never again

Very bad experience this clinic, that time when i come i feel too much pain in my stomach i reach 7 pm, staff told me cut off already they were closed at 9pm. No need to recomend to anyone.

Aster Clinic is one of the bad clinic that ever i have experienced in dubai never ever recommended to any one this is writing while im waiting in Clinic this has taken 1hr not my token W503-W its say im the 3rd patient staff in reception is not professional They dont want to listen to patient anf rude if u sick please go to another clinic not Aster clinic in satuwa.and i will write more about my personal experience in satuwa polyclinic dont vist this place stay away.

I do not recommend this place staff is not nice to customers.also waiting time so long they dont manage token well i hhav waited 45 minute to meet doctor. This place not recommended.

Patient oriented clinic with good Cse staffs, nurses and Doctors. Put in their efforts to meet the needs of patients. Keep it up:) :)

After my 2nd visit i can say this is really the worst clinic. Having the name ASTER, the management should take a look on how they do customer service here. 45 mins for a sick leave form.

4 hours waiting and still not yet called! I will never recommend this at all! 45mins in qeue yet no one inform us that they only have ONE DOCTOR! Yes ONE DOCTOR ONLY! For this much volume of patients.someone will die in waiting plus this rude indian nurses roaming around this clinic! Will never go back to this clinic again. People dont you ever try this clinic you will be very disappointed!
