Appointment time doesn't have any meaning.
Too much waiting time even if you reach way before your appointment time.

Today my daughter went to see an orthopedic doctor at the Aster clinic. In spite of been given an appointment she was made to wait almost an hour. She told the lady at the reception that she was in pain but no one was bothered. My daughter refuses to go back to this clinic.

Went for a PCR Covid test without reservation. I waited for less than 30 minutes; response via email in just 5 hours! Very efficient!

The worse experience I had in Aster Clinic Tecom, The stupid receptionist is rude and did not responsible at all. First time in my life the DOCTOR need to listen instructions from the Receptionist Counter staff. Is means the reception is powerful then DOCTOR.

The services I received in Aster tecom branch is excellent. Dr. Munaz explained everything clearly about my health condition. He's very kind and friendly as well as the nurses and the receptionists. This clinic is highly recommended.

This clinic is very clean and not crowded at all. A lot of patients go here but the queue is never long due to the fast service of its staffs. Reception staffs, all of them, are very accommodating and very professional in dealing with patients.

Dr. Usha Sethi, the resident ob-gyne in this clinic, is very commendable. She has been with us from the beginning of my maternity journey until the delivery of our first born. She was always available to answer all of our questions about my diet and about my pregnancy symptoms. For a first-time mom, I didnt worry much as she would assure me that my pregnancy is well taken cared of. She is also the one who helped us give birth in the hospital, which was a relief knowing that the doctor delivering my baby actually knows my medical history and has access to all of my records. And after giving birth, I saw her 3 more times to consult about postpartum concerns and she was all ears on me. She made sure I recover well, gave me all the medication necessary so I can take care of my baby and easily get back to work.

The clinic was organized. Dr. Shikha Som Prakash and her team are friendly. Dr is an expert and the way she treated is really appreciated. Kudos!

I got the important test on 24th, Tuesday last week, which is used to detect cancer. 6 days passed, no result yet. Nobody answers to my follow up. Same test is done and shared in max 24 hours in other clinics. Lack of management, care in this branch.

Staffs are not friendly but I usually don't care as long as job is done, but weird stuffs like: they ask you to pay in advance before consultation/have to always wait 20 mins even if I have a reservation. Always crowded.

Worst Clinic ever. Specifically the Orthopedic doctor Ankush Bansal. I had my ankle twisted and went to JLT Aster, there i was told to take the x-ray and go to Tecom Aster as doctor doesn't visit JLT Aster on Tuesdays, so after taking x-ray we took the soft copy and went to Tecom Aster. Dr. Ankush Bansal didn't even care to look at my injury, nor did he look, not even examined, nothing. He just saw the x-ray soft copies and said 21 days Plaster. Who gives a Plaster in a Ligament Sprain. Thankfully my wife who happens to be Physiotherapist she was with me and knows all this in detail. And heights is when I was leaving the cabin, he is asking me that injury is on left ankle or right? What kind of doctor he is? How can you not even look or examine the exact injury? Ortho is all about that, its not an internal thing. Worst experience ever.

Absolute ridiculous wait time liaising with the insurance team who are never up to date and do not process the needful in a timely manner.
5+ hours and we are still awaiting a response.
If not for the paediatrician we will never visit any clinic of Aster.

I cant give more than a star due to the bad experience I have faced.

Id say 5 stars for Doc Simi. Shes very nice and helpful however the staff and nurses are not very helpful. Too much que and only 1 staff on the reception. Id say they might be understaff? If your request for insurance coverage is not approve you will have to take the que again and wait again. The place is small as compared to prime tecom. Its a bit chaotic

It took me 2 hours to be entertained and when i called the direct line number, no one is answering.

I only go to this center for my physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Juwairia Ejaz. She is amazing! She’s got a light spirit which is perfect for patients who are suffering pain. She has excellent bedside manners, is gentle, very understanding & empathetic with the patient and explains everything she is doing highlighting the purpose & benefit of the procedure. She is competent and efficient. I’m very impressed with her. I highly recommend her.

I would like to appreciate the staff Praveen Jeevaraj he is an asset to the company his service is out standing and passion for is work can easily be seen by so many and he has very good customer care.

I would also like to appreciate Dr Sandeep Thomas for his warm welcome and attention to details always with a smile.good place to go whenever your not feeling well.

This places used to be good but it’s really gone down as per its service, I don’t know if doctors are to blame or the staff, every time I take an appointment and show up on time and they make me wait half hour, then the nurse checks bp and all and again I wait 15-20 mins, I see the doctor and if the doc suggests a blood test or an X-ray and again I wait half hour to do the test, I then go to the pharmacy and again I have to wait because everyone works so slow and I’m not sure what reason. I don’t think they realise that ppl have jobs and families and other commitments so they can’t just be around ur clinic for 2-2.5 hours to see a gp while being sick anyway!

The doctors and nurses here are very professional. They will do their best to assist your needs. We would like to thank Dr Thomas for his care and expertise.

Aster hospital at TECOM is One of best hospitals. I was admitted on 16th and I managed to meet one of the best doctor Sandeep. I would say the professionalisms is on TOP

Horrible clinic only one doctor working on a sunday morning, doctor writes unnecessary blood test just to increase billing for a simple check up. Will never go back to this clinic or any aster clinic again

This is to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Nagwa Joseph, Pediatrician in Aster Clinic, TECOM (Barsha Heights) branch. Not only did she diagnose our 11 year old son for Appendix within minutes, she helped us much beyond the normal call of her regular duties. Being a late evening on 25th August'19, all Ultrasound facilities had closed around 9PM in Aster Clinics. She personally checked many Aster facilities and then gave us a personal note to get the ultrasound done at the hospital. Based on her extremely Professional and personal help, our son could be operated for Appendix timely the very next day. Doctor Nagwa personally called me twice, that evening and next day again, and followed up on his health. Sincere thanks once again to Dr. Nagwa for all her help. God Bless her! Appointment is recommended here. If Walk in, usually it takes time waiting. This is Aster Plus clinic, double check with your insurance if you can go directly. EBP plans requires referral most times.

Not good at all. I saw 4 doctors in Aster clinic almost of them are the same. No Patient clinical exam, Doctors deal with patient as an object. Doctors were busy with their computer try to fill their admin task, they don’t listen to the patient like you are not exist. Unnecessary prescriptions and medications, lab blood test not following safety, precautions. They keep asking to come and come just to collect the money. Wondering why the insurance companies keep deal with this clinic.

Your doctors are putting a wrong diagnosis to make insurance decline the procedure. After the correction of the diagnosis your internal department is not approving the procedure. When we call insurance it confirm us that the procedure is covered. But clinic is rejecting to contact insurance to request the approval. It is ridiculous! I have spent there 3 hours for nothing. And the problem is not solved.

I have met dr Carmen Chiran ent surgeon and I think it’s safe to say she is the loveliest dr I’ve met In Dubai, she genuinely cares about her patients, shows a lot of empathy, very patient and caring, she supports the patient step by step which makes you feel safe in good hands and really confortable, she really puts the patient’s health as priority and money comes last, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, we need dr like her, god bless.

- in another note the guy in reception who takes money is the total opposite, very unpleasant unprofessional he talks to you very disrespectfully and has a lot of attitude and impatience he was literally screaming at a college in front of customers.

This place is great, right care with some great doctors and their brilliant problem solving experience. Aster makes you realize the fancy hospitals are just on the outside with no real value.

I regularly goto Dr. Aisam for any issues I have, he's a great doctor. Apart from that, the Nurses and the cashier Mr. Nabeel would help you ease the entire experience.
