I recently had the pleasure of receiving medical care from Dr. Darwin Vamadevan, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into his office, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.

What stood out most during my interactions with Dr. Vamadevan was his exceptional bedside manner. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly empathetic.
Dr. Vamadevan's dedication to his patients extends beyond the consultation room. He was easily accessible for follow-up questions. Furthermore, the office staff and nurses at Dr. Vamadevan's practice were equally friendly, efficient, and professional.

I got 5 sessions of therapy from physiotherapy department and all was smooth. Booking for therapy is flexible and nurses are calling to confirm/remind of the appointment before scheduled therapy. Doctors are approachable and everyone is nice.

Visited Aster day surgery after suffering severe allergy and face and eyes swelling. Was treated by Dr. Moutusi and was helped by Mr. Suhail (staff nurse) who took utmost care of me to help me cure.

Today, I had a surgery with Dr Samir Issa, he is so kind, professional and really I didn't feel anything during the procedure, always smiling and reassure me well. After surgery the nurses took care of me although I asked them many questions and disturbed them often they were so helpful and kind. Thank you both Money and Linu best nurses ever.

Best physiotherapy ever I had, Dr priya from Aster hospital she is well knowledgable experienced physiotherapist, After each session of therapy I can feel that my health is improving more than I even imagined. Her compassion towards her work and caring nature much benefitted me to achieve my goal in short period of time.
Not only Dr. Priya each staff in physiotherapy department are much more dedicated in their field.

The session lasts for 15 - 20 mins. Majority of it just hot pack and vibration machine. Time spent with Physiotherapist less than 5 minutes. He/She informs of exercises to be done at home. They should spent more time with the patient, making them do all the exercises at each visit.

I had done my facial wax in saloon at sharjah, after that my skin got burned, I had consulted DR Rohini Dermatologist at Aster Day surgery she had advised to apply cream on face.
The next day my skin shows drastic changes, and unbelievable am really happy that my skin came to back as normal.
The facility is well maintained the staff are so help-full from reception to billing. Am gratified with service special thanks to Ms chikku, Ms Gissa, MR Pramod, and Ms tigy.

I had a cataract surgery under Dr. Vikram and his crew. From the first visit until the surgery done i was very much satisfied.the hospitality shown by the staff in the hospital as well as the day surgery center was overwhelming.really appreciate them for the care taken by the entire team.

Dr. Rohini is excellent and very professional dermatologist. She always gives good advice, , And her nurse simran is also very helpful and efficient. Good team!

Procedure to see a Doctor and leave:

1. See the reception and wait
2. See the nursing station and wait again
3. They check your blood pressure and height and weight which should be connected to their systems from Aster Clinics but they'll waste time doing that anyway
4. You wait again to see the doctor
5. Once you see the doctor - she is great- listened and answered everything appropriately but has too many back to back appointments it seems.
6. The nursing station receptionist doesn't really know how to communicate in English - you ask her a question and she gives you a different answer. (You wait again for insurance approval and when the nurse was asked approximately how much time she was answering something totally different.
7. To get a blood test done that was given to you by the hospital requires you to come back to the main reception again- collect some paper then head to the "MAIN" hospital which apparently I'm supposed to know which one it is.
8. Your prescription from Nurses desk cannot be taken to another hospital, it has to be taken to the pharmacy in the hospital itself. If you want to take it somewhere else you have to waste more time going to the pharmacy anyway and getting a prescription slip or something.

I took time off from work to quickly see the doctor and this was unacceptable. My appointment was for 1045 and Aster the customer service CLEARLY told me as long as I make it by 11 it is perfectly fine. And I was there at exactly 11.

This is the most absurd system I've seen - how complicated can it be to just see a doctor and leave? Ridiculous.

Service is excellent, kind staff especially sister arya and vidhya.dr.nomesh is the best anesthesia doctor I have seen in UAE Dr. Vaneesha also is very kind and understanding person, God bless you all, wish you all the best

This Review is specifically for DOCTOR MEHREEN HANI, a doctor in the physiotherapy dept. I can't lie, she's the best there is. Good customer service, soft spoken and she knows her job. Does physiotherapy session on you as required and not for the sake of doing it. I give her 5 stars with no doubt and I wish her all the best in her career plus all her future endeavours.
